I was there last Friday, February 9, 2024. My first review was, conveniently, never posted. I was not impressed. The worst was having to listen to two employees, a male and a female, fight over who was getting their smoke break first.

This store is atrocious!!! Oh my goodness, no organization whatsoever in the housewares/home decor. In one shoebox size bin was craft ribbon, glasses cases and a lone “feminine napkin”. This place needs to take a week and organize. It’s like someone opened the roof and just dumped stuff in. And the items are priced really weird. For example a small sleigh was priced at $4.99 and a larger, almost identical sleigh was $2.99. I felt like I needed a drink and a shower when I left this store. After much searching, I found a couple nice things but I won’t be going back. What a disaster!!

I've shopped here before and it was fine most cashiers I had experience with were really nice so I decided to apply it seemed like a nice quiet and friendly environment to work at plus I live a good 7-10 minute walk from there. The first time I applied I called to ask about my application a associate answered very kindly then put the manager on not sure what her name was but she was very rude right off the bat then flat out told me "Yeah we're not hiring you" rudely and with no reasoning. I just took it that they weren't accepting anyone new at the time but I applied more than 3 times and each and every time I was denied without them even reaching out and I'm sure they didn't care to read my application. I'm only writing this because it's frustrating contstantly seeing job listings on indeed (urgently hiring btw) I have all the experience they ask for especially for the position I applied to but they're not giving me the time of the day with no explanation at least. I don't even want to work here at this point if management acts like that towards customers/strangers imagine how they treat their employees. 2 stars only, one for the cashiers and one for the clothing/prices -3 for management. Making this review so people can know how they treat people/potential employees.

My husband and I went for the first time and found the coolest thing for ONLY $4.00. We are definitely going again. Items are priced well.. One mans trash is another mans treasures since you never know what you will find.

The store has a ton of items, some of which should have been thrown away instead of trying to make a buck.You can find great deals here but you can also find used items that are in terrible shape, and more expensive than they were brand new. Definitely need to know prices before shopping here. Still fun to browse every once in awhile- might find a treasure!

Different colored tags on them .sun and Mon are the cheapest, they always have a 50% off. And they also have a discount for different colored tags also on the sale days. Purple black grey and white tags are never on sale so if you have to be there on a sale day and see something in one of those color tags it will never go on sale. The store is nice and clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. You find a lot of nice designer clothes too.

Really large store, ok prices.At one time they sold furniture, but no longer do but there's a lot of clothing.If you're going in, plan for 15 to 20 minutes extra for when you go to check out. The cashiers really like to take their time examining and commenting on what thrift treasures you've found.

Great store that is always well stocked! They don't keep the good stuff in the back either! Clean, friendly staff and fantastic prices! I always look forward to a visit here when I'm in town! Funny in that I used to work in this building when it was Curchoes groceries back in the late 70s!

I LOVE this place, there is a TON of stuff on the shelves, I go every day thinking i can't possibly find something but i always leave with a cart full of stuff ! This place is a secret gem of williamsport, with inflation being what it is..i get great quality vintage stuff that far outweighs anything that i can buy now for a fraction of the price. Please please dont remove the items in this store to make it more "organized"...i love the hectic treasure hunt feeling of this place!

When Goodwill was established locally here and opened it's doors truly my favorite store. The deal days on Sunday and Monday offering the primary color at .33¢ enabling you to get an outfit of any kind with accessories for less than $3.00 was truly an amazing gift. You could donate your old wardrobe and start over each season and spend less than $200.00 and get your family clothing. I was excited to be there each Sunday after church. Single mom low income hard working and limited budget?....yes yes yes!!! Long story short new employees were brought in. I have left crying on numerous occasions because staff was so mad after the prices increased when I brought too many items up. Well then the information about the prices should have been posted in large print upon entering but still it doesn't exist. I am made to feel like an unwanted bug each time and yet I found today the clothing is .99¢ triple what it was to start, and people are going through so much more today financially. And goodwill a company whose claim to Fame is about helping the little guy is actually marketing and increasing it's prices to take money off of lower-middle class people who r just barely surviving. I think management on down should be given empathy training and up the chain should be ashamed to profit like this. Shaking my head and sad.

On the plus side, this store is huge and had lots to choose from. Typically you can find high quality women's clothing at great prices.It's well organized and has variety.The drawbacks though can be frustrating - little care is taken in filling the clothing racks. Clothing is smashed together, wedged in, and almost impossible to separate easily. It's a huge drawback, and makes shopping difficult. Additionally, the music is played quite loudly, and it's difficult to think while shopping.

I go to the goodwill and get new stuff with the tags still on I just got two very Bradley purses with both goodwill price tags 19.99 but today was yellow sticker day got them both for 99. Cents each u always find one of a kind things at the goodwill it’s fun just to see what people donate too 👏 ❤️

Good will is literally one of the best stores ever to exist. You can get great brands, and even brand new stuff not even opened yet.All super cheap! It's my favorite store for sure!

They had a good selection and I found several items that I wanted to try on but the fitting rooms were blocked off. I don't buy clothes without making sure they fit properly. I was disappointed.

I visited this Goodwill yesterday, and was highly impressed. They have such an astounding selection of items, that all I could do was search through the clothes. They have a large amount of brand name jeans, (Hollister, Forever 21.) The jeans were all apparently the same from Hollister, all brand new, in different sizes. The prices were very reasonable, and I found lots of brand new clothes inexpensively. The staff was VERY nice, helpful, and assisting. I'd recommend this Goodwill over any in the area!!

I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to mix maternity clothes in with the regular clothes, but it's a pretty dumb idea. You are the largest thrift store in the area and you expect pregnant women to shuffle through the thousands of women's clothing items to find the "needle in the haystack" that is the maternity clothing items. FYI the other thrift stores in the area have a small maternity section right by the women's uniforms, this would be a great place for you to put it. Ya know, after someone weeds through the thousands of clothing items to find all the maternity clothes first 😑

This is a great goodwill. Probably the best selection of men's clothes I have found in a thrift store yet, though it doesn't take much to beat out some of them. You can't beat the 49 cent clothes days on Sunday and Monday and the workers are always very polite.

Very Very over priced. I never went into a good will that charges $20 for used shoes, $8 for a used shirt! It's insane. Those stores are meant to help people who can't afford much but I can sooner afford Wal-Mart before this place. Or it's like... pay $20 for shoes someone else's foot was in or pay $20 for new shoes at Wal-Mart because at least they are clean and no one else owned them.... come on, really!

Great store to shop when you don't have a lot of cash to spend on clothes. They also have more than clothes, also have dishes,toys, household decorations,etc you have to stop in and see for cheaper price I'll be going back again

Fairly clean and organized for a good will, but it is just a good will. Confusing tag pricing system with colors that are probably too close to each other on purpose? Not impressive.

Has great nicknacks if that's what you're looking for. Personally however I haven't found much modern clothes, more fit for old folk rather. But if that's what you're looking for this would be a good place to stop

Sign said DVDs and CDs are 2.99. Found around 15 CDs but since they were 2 disc sets when I was checking out she decided to charge me $6 per CD. No way am I paying $6 EACH for used CDs. I’ll go across the street to ARW Thrift where they’re 0.59 cents each

This place is pricey for a GoodWill store!! There are so many clothes on the racks that they are jammed together and u really can't get a good look at any of them. They want way too much for their purses and shoes. Their shelves are so messy and look like they just throw any junk on them they can find.

Prices are way to high. 79 cents for a coffee cup. Way to much inventory. Not sure how the shelves hold all the items. Have seen employee looking for room to set stuff.

Despite the current photo and street view of this area, this Goodwill is open (visited January '17) - I think it's a newer one; opened after the map view that shows the building as empty. Very, very large store compared to most of their other locations. They sell everything you've found at any other Goodwill - clothing, housewares, furniture, books, games, movies, etc. Store was clean; staff were all very friendly.

Nice clean store. Was permitted with disapproval to use restroom. Long ways from home and cannot always put it on hold.
