Absolutely horrible. Supposed to have medication monthy since it is needed every month. Sent in script for Friday, no meds nor Saturday or Sunday. Called again Monday didn't have. I called Dr and had sent to Rite aid. No problem. This is happening frequently. The meds are not being ordered. Wednesday and no word. Am done! Complaining does not help.

The Techs and Pharmacist Chris go above and beyond. But they have no one there to help them. You have 1 point of sale register? I spent an hour waiting for my meds. Never got them. Because their 1 register was down. I can't get my heart meds because Giant as a Corpdoesn't care if we die.

Changing my pharmacy. Phones are down so my doctor unable to send in my prescription, having them send it in to a real pharmacy. I worked retail for years and can say their customer service is not the best. They need work in having their people interact and be more friendly with their customers. I only gave it one star because I could not post it until I clicked on one of them, actually I give them a negative rating.

Completely unreliable service. I can call in a refill one day and it sits in the queue for over 12 hours nearly every single time. Even when I call and ask for an update and offer to stop in several hours from then, the refill still sits in the queue. I don't know what the issue is (or issues), but a simple refill just doesn't take that long to fill. I have worked in numerous pharmacies over a span of nearly 20 years and Giant is hands down the worst. This location doesn't do the volume that would justify a 12 hour turn around on a non-narcotic, in stock refill. And the male pharmacist is RUDE.

Scheduled an appt. on line for the Moderna Covid Booster, and also the Flu vaccine.on the Giant site. I filled out all the forms on line and submitted them. No where on the Consent Form did it state that I had to bring that with me to the appt. When I arrived for my 1 pm appt., I was asked by the young man at the window if I had my Consent Form with me to which I responded that I filled it out on Giant's website on line and submitted it there. Was told I had to fill it out again. This is a long form which requires all kinds of information and documentation of insurance and prescription plans, dates, etc. I filled this form out, again, and handed it in. By now it was 1:15 pm, and the Pharmacist on duty still hadn't so much as acknowledged me. I was told to sit around the corner in a chair and the Pharmacist would be with me shortly. I waited another 10 minutes with no interaction with anyone. I went to the window to see what the delay was and was told that my insurance does not cover the Flue vaccine and that it would be $85.00. Still no interaction with the Pharmacist. By this time I was completely dissatisfied with the inefficiency of this Pharmacy and decided to leave, which I did. I have no problem paying for the Flu vaccine and that was not why I left. The way this whole appt, was handled was inexcusable, and the rudeness of the Pharmacist is also inexcusable.

Why doesn't Giant have an online tool that allows you to get refills like every other pharmacy? It is a nuisance to have to call every time I need to have a scrip filled. Then I have to wait to talk to someone if I don't have my pill bottle nearby for the scrip #. The pharmacist at the Giant in Williamsport is very rude too! The other people are really nice though.

Worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with. They lost my prescription when their computers went down. That was no problem. I called my physician and asked him to call it in again. The next day, they still said they did not have my prescription and asked me if I would call the physician again. I gave them his number and told them they could ask him again. It is 100 miles round trip to go to this pharmacy. I told them that I had a friend leaving to see me in thirty minutes and he would pick it up for me. I called back again and was told that they were too busy and had not called the physicians office. Finally told them to forget it. I got my meds elsewhere.

Adequate service but less than adequate performance!.... numerous times I have called this pharmacy and many times I have had to call a couple times to get the proper prescription and sometimes play phone tag between my doctor and the pharmacy to even get needed prescriptions I need filled!.... please get better @such an exact science!

I wish I could get a refill in a decent amount of time. It always takes days and I have to call to check if it's ready in order for them to get to it. Unneccessary stress and annoyance.

Terrible pharmacy service. Called to check if they had a prescription in stock and that I would be using a GoodRX coupon because it's not covered under my insurance. Immediately he told me "No we don't accept those coupons and we do not have that medication in stock." He offered no help.
