I would say Giant has competitive deals on their large selection of products. Giant is clean, produce is fresh, use the flower section frequently, and in a convenient location with lots of free parking. You can accumulate additional savings year round just by purchasing here.

Make sure to check the expiration dates on anything you buy here. I bought several packages of the egg bites and they were all expired. I bought them in December and they expired in October. I was just there a few days ago and bought coffee cakes that expired December 25. I took them back. Pay attention to the dates

Giant is a good solid local Market. It seems to have a balance of decent prices, good selection. The store is not too big, not too small. Some of the other markets tend to be very small or overwhelmingly big, making it difficult to find what you're looking for.

Avoid Bonnie H. Cashier. She was very rude she threw my food after she scanned it she backed it wrong even though I had a setup on the Belt correctly to be bagged in the orders of cold to Frozen to dry. She was complaining about how she wasn't going to make it to happy hour. she was talking to the cashier next to her, complaining about how she's having a horrible day and that everybody just keeps on coming and how they're shorthanded there anymore help. She should not be working in customer service. Her ugliness of an attitude just made my day horrible after that

Disgusting store. Needs a deep clean at least once a month. Need a sign saying no carts in the bathroom. Bathrooms are nasty. If the bathrooms aren't clean, don't shop there. I used to like this store but it's become rundown.

Staff needs training in safe handling. Went to checkout. Cashier was putting bloody chicken in bag with donuts. I politely told him he could not do that due to getting sick. He argued that some people request it in same bag. Rest of checking out was very cold. They Def. need training in safe food bagging.

There bathrooms are disgusting. I had to change my baby in their bathroom. And when i tell you i bring my own lysol wipes in my stroller to wipe things down before i use them. I wiped this changing table down and still decided to change my daughter in her stroller. It was terrible!!!!! I was affraid to touch anything.

I prefer to shop in store if I have time, usually a good experience other than at the deli- the staff is usually busy prepping online orders or shuffling around to make themselves look busy..too bothered to even greet the people standing there waiting.Recently I’ve done several Giant Direct Orders. The first few times I called when I got there and a tall man came right out with my stuff (wish i knew his name, he is very nice). But then the last time, I called at 8:10pm for pickup 8-9, no one answered. So I called back and pressed the option for customer service…. That person proceeded to have a totally unrelated conversation with someone in the store while I was on the phone. He finally said he would try to send someone out. 5+ mins later I tried the Giant Direct line again, a woman picked up and brought my groceries out quickly. She said it was just ”by chance” because she heard the phone ring and that the Giant Direct person left for the day??? What?? Lol you have orders 8p-9p but don’t have coverage for that department??Yes, I am capable of going inside but the point is to not have to do that, and some people are physically unable to go in- that’s what makes it convenient.

Great selection of products and average prices but...Pathetic small manager and employees.Order 1# (17.99) boars head and they tried to give me soggy leftovers.Asked for fresh and deli rep calls manager.Manager tried to lie to me- called them out- they CALLED POLICE!POLICE and I finished my shopping and politely left the absurd storeSo glad it's all recorded and can't wait to Speak to the "GMs" boss tomorrow.Enjoy managing the gas stations in your future.Pathetic

I like to shop at Giant. They have pretty good bargains but I have to admit that I'm not too fond of their bakery department. Not much of a selection and expensive. It's too bad the PNC isn't there inside the store anymore. It was very convenient.

A little pricier but so is Aldi anymore. It's more probably inflation than anything. Their selections of things are awesome and they have products you don't find in other stores. The older lady that works at night with the purple hair is a treasure. She is so pleasant she could make the devil smile. I adore her and always choose her line just to get to interact with her. I like this place a lot for the reasons I mentioned besides the prices. They are no worse than other stores when it comes to price.

Giant is an excellent place to shop overall, normally well stocked and clean. At times there is no one at the beer and wine counter and there is no bell to announce your presence to whoever may be working that counter. I wish there was a gas station at this location so I could use shopping points for a discount on gas.

On our last Direct Pickup we called as usual. Took a good two minutes as the call got forwarded to the front desk. The service counter kid had no idea what direct pickup was, or why he was talking to us, he then guessed that the person running pickup was out on lunch and told us "it could be awhile".No, I just got done working a 14 hour shift. This is why we do this. So I went inside after waiting a good 10 minutes. The kid at the counter continued to try and page the girl running pickup until someone said she must of went home. What?I asked him if I can just get a cart and load my own stuff up and take it out. By this time someone was just getting off lunch break. The guy that normally does the direct pickup. He questioned me about being the customer even though he's seen me many, many times.He gave me a cart and pushed it towards me so I can take my own stuff out and load it up. I mean, out of courtesy of going through all of this you think he would walk out with me and give me a hand... Nah. Won't be shopping at Giant for quite some time. Most of the kids they have loading up groceries have a bad attitude anyway, one girl was really bad. It can be a mixed experience but this last one just had me fed up.And they put five 2 liters in a single paper bag. Yeah that broke for sure going into my house.
