They had one worker and the line was all the way to back of store, not enough shopping carts. Out of sale items. If I was that worker I would have walked out. A lot of people walked out upset and frustrated. I felt sorry for the worker.

Customer service needs to speed up a bit. As a former assistant manager for this company, I know that customers expect faster service. Also, I truly wish the store was as neat and tidy as these pictures that someone else posted.

Terrible customer service. I live 4 hours away so I don't go in there very often. I asked two people if they had something both people said no we don't have have that stuff. Is funny because they have at least 200 of them or more. They need to learn there store. Won't go back. I'm sure no one who is important from family dollar will read this

They don't follow you around like your a criminal as does dollar general friendly knowledgeable staff. It's clean and easy private parking not shared with 5 other stores

The new Family Dollar is much nicer then the old one! I enjoy shopping where there are aisles that have enough room to push the basket through and not hit something!

The store is chaos and really messy. I couldn't find what I was looking for (super glue) and there wasn't an employee to be found. I finally found it behind an l cart packed with merchandise.
