This is the most unprofessional dollar store in the town of Williamsport. If you tell them the price on the shelf says one price and it's coming up different, too my understanding the employee is suppose to check the price on the shelf. These lazy people don't wanna do their job at all. Horrible service!!!👎🏾👎🏾

This family dollar has a decent stock, fairly clean and prices on most items are reasonable. The staff..... it's 3 or 4 different checkout people that aren't right out rude, but could at least be a little more pleasant. I hear customers asking, "How's your day?" And they just look at you as if you've insulted them. There are very kind workers there. I've needed help looking for something and she stopped what she was doing to help. Even going into the back to see if what I needed was back there (which it was). I rated it 3 ☆'s because it's 50/50 what I'm gonna get.

FD Drivers, use 180 to Mansfield Exit to 3rd St. Follow 3rd street and turn left onto Grant St, you can make it. Then turn left onto 4th st. Sometimes you can go into the first entrance you get to back back out of the other to make blocking traffic easier.However if there are too many cars in the parking lot you will have to back in from the St. It has a dock. Once you're in it's easy to back up.4th St is a VERY busy street.

The store is huge & definitely one of the Family Dollars that carries a huge variety. I sometimes feel this store has more different items the others in the area don't. The employees are all very nice! I've never experienced a negative encounter with Family Dollar. They do need more employees though. This location is usually constant traffic.

This Family Dollar is much like other Family Dollars with good prices & decent selection of various groceries, and household items and seasonal decorations. However the sign stating "2 cards for $1" in the greeting card section is misleading. The card that I chose was $2 when I reached the checkout. Apparently not all cards are included in the special price. If there is a sign indicating that not all cards are included in the special price it is not very prominent. When I mentioned that there needs to be a sign in that section to the checkout clerk she responded, "I hear that all day m'aam, what do you want me to do?"When I suggested that a sign be put up, she again replied in a exasperated voice, "Do you want to talk to the manager?" I told her no but I hoped that she would tell the manager about my suggestion. She not very convincingly replied that she would. I told her I was sorry & did not mean to make her day worse but if there was a sign perhaps she wouldn't have to "hear about it all day".

Tried to return a pair of ear buds I purchased the day before because my daughter found the pair she thought she lost I had the receipt and the package was never opened but they wouldn't give me my money back. As a matter of fact they wouldn't even give me store credit. It was a measly $5 but it's the principal. I threw the ear buds behind the counter and had some not so very nice words for that employee. I don't know her name and don't care but she should be fired. I guarantee if I wanted to press the issue and go above her to management it wouldn't end well for her. But im not that guy I don't want to be responsible for anyone losing a job. I will however never shop at that store again. I would rather drive an extra 10 or 20 miles just to avoid that person. I wish I could give less than no stars because I would.

I went to that store to pick up a few odds & ends. the place was really busy. I asked an older gentleman i think his name was Mark or Mike for help in finding an item. He personally took me to it, answered my questions and offered an alternative product. I was impressed he took the time to to help me and he even had a sense of humor and was polite. I'll be going back to that store.

Family Dollar is a Great Place to shop. The employees are very friendly an courteous. An they even address you by name they are as the store name reads " family ". The prices are low an the selection is very good. Usually if they are out of an item its back on the shelf in 2 or 3 days. It is indeed a " Family " store.

The cashier was horrible. By the time I was ready to pay for my merchandise I was afraid to. I got the impression that they sell junk and then if you open a package and it is broke you can't get your money back. I won't be going to that store again. The second thing is while he was waiting on the lady before me voice​ out loud that if you are got stealing all they do is tell you you can't come back to the store. Yes let's encourage shoplifting.

I only go to Family Dollar store if I have to. Some of their stuff is too expensive for the quality of said products, IMO they are good for some quick groceries/paper products. I usually find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Oh before I forget this goes for the other Family Dollar stores in the area as well.

Only go there since it's close to my apartment and if I'm in need of something. Some of the staff are friendly. Just not a big selection and sometimes over priced for the convenience.Update: most of the good staff are gone or work mornings. Evenings are not the best times to go.

The cashier (Luke? Nate? Some monosyllabic name...) was incredibly rude to me in spite of my attempt to be friendly and cheerful. I said hi, he ignored me. Then he said hi to the guy BEHIND me. I said thank you when he handed me my receipt and he completely ignored me again - no response. Not once did he even make eye contact with me. And to top it all off, he didn't put my sandwich bags in the bag with the rest of my stuff (but he sure charged me for it!). I don't usually do those customer satisfaction surveys on the receipts but I did it today.

Good store, good staff, very friendly employee base. They used to sell furniture items that you can put together. They don't get that stuff in anymore, only 1 once in a while and it don't stay on the shelf very long.

I luv da way this store is heading. Whoever da manager is is really doing a great job. Everthing from da employees to da renovation is beautiful. I found out da managers name is Latoya. Well Latoya, u have done a masterful job. Keep up da gud work. It's a pleasure going to ur store.

Garbage store the worst, most of the employees are rude, you'll stand in line for a half hour just to get through a few customers and the deals are not worth the wait. Stay away not a good experience
