I’ve ordered from this company several times a year for nearly 20 years. The phone staff is friendly and efficient and the orders are shipped promptly. I usually get my orders in Chicago next day or 2 days later. I had a problem with an order a couple times, and they quickly took care of it to my satisfaction with no hassle. Their prices are usually the best, and if they’re slightly over others you at least you know you’re doing business with a company you can rely on.

I placed an order and everything was confirmed and then a few days later they said that my card wasn't compatible for the systems but it already said it was confirmed and approved I will shop at Atlanta Barber supply they always have good customer service!!!

This is literally the fastest shipping company I have ever seen. I am in Houston and both orders I have recieved have been shipped by the same day or next day and get here in like 2 to 3 days!Website is easy to navigate! Will continue to use!

Been in the barber business for 20 plus years. I have ordered parts for clippers, clippers, accessories, razor blades and everything else a barber or shop owner would need from just about anyone who could supply what I needed I a decent amount of time. I placed a order with Appleton Barber Supply over a month ago. The money was takin from my account immediately ($23 bucks nothing major) after waiting 2 weeks for the parts for my wireless trimmers to arrive I decided to call and inquire what was taking so long. I was informed that even though the money was takin from my account, there was a letter sent to me to verify my identity. I asked why did my identity need to be verified in order to purchase products from them, especially since they did no verification before they took my money. After getting none sense excuses I asked for a refund. Now I am on week 3 of waiting for my refund. If you are a professional and you depend on merchants to be reliable when ordering products from them DO NOT TRUST this company. They are rude and will tell you ear to ear they don’t care about your concerns just like they did me.

I received my order very quickly in Hamilton Montana western side of the state. Later called back spoke to Vern and he was willing to spend time with me on the phone and even offered to help with warranty concerns on a clipper NOT purchased from him. He even shipped me a couple of tiny little parts that were add-ons that I missed at no cost to me. Folks this just doesn’t happen anymore. I’ve been out those 27+ years and have never had this kind of customer service.Vern and Appleton barber supply are one of a kind. Your new lifetime customer thank you.

Worst customer service. Totally unfriendly on the phone. Placed an order and the girl on the phone wasn’t listening to me. Gave me the wrong gel, so I returned it. No apology. Then got mad I returned it without a yellow form which nobody even told me about. I talked to multiple unfriendly people. Not only did they NOT believe me when I said they were unfriendly they played my phone call back to see and STILL no apology just more attitude. If it weren’t for my shop owner I would NEVER order from them again.

They don't answer emails, products are out of stock, Wahl Magic Clip Connector/Circuit Board, I want to buy, but they don't care about meeting the needs of their loyal buyers.

They need to work on there returns you buy it from them your stuck with it even if it don't work. Even if your under 30 days return. This is last time I will purchase anything from them. Vern the owner won't return my calls.

My go to for supplies. Often cheaper and better stocked than cosmoprof or sally and I usually get it the next day. I always recommend this place to my co workers

They think they do this now with no phone communications. Good Luck plus I think they are violating there merchant's agreement with Visa and Master Charge even pay pal require you to have a Service number to live contact They were a great CoTo Bad.

Even though my clippers I bought didnt work out this place has excellent fast customer service and they are competant when you call. I will definitely use them again next time I need something and I look forward to getting my blades sharpened, they said they do that too.

Poor customer service ! bought from them for years yet they have no record of me being a customer . Could not look me up by the customer number they assigned me and are very rude ! I will never do business with them again .
