We're lost, trying to find a friend's house. I pull over so we can figure out where we are and where I pull over is Twist and Shout. I'm irritated and frustrated so I'm like 'ice cream sounds good!' I go in. It's a little place with a couple of tables and a tv hanging in the corner. It is nice, bright and clean. I'm greeted with a smile by a pretty little lady. She took my order and was very professional and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all for my food, which was brought around the corner by another smiling little lady. And you know what I thought? 'Somebody should give these people a good review bc they deserve it! People are so quick to write the bad reviews...' So here it is! Everything was great and i how we get lost again out this way so I can use it for an excuse to return for more ice cream and smiles!

Quaint little retro shop! They have a full menu of food including pizza, stromboli, subs, and more. The main attraction is probably their desserts though. Ice cream, sundaes, and tornadoes, their spin on DQ's Blizzard.I got the cookie dough tornado--very good, comparable to the medium DQ Blizzard. I definitely recommend it.Finally, the shop has places to sit inside and out. It is very clean inside with a cool 50's theme and doo wop playing on the radio.If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in for a bit to eat.

It's a really great place for ice cream!! I also recommend the burger and fries. They are delicious!! I haven't tried anything else yet but I bet it's all good. Very nice staff as well.

Their blizzards put Dairy Queen's to shame, as far as candy quantity. I wish that there were more varieties though. Soft serve cones are the best around!

I love coming here for ice cream! Their large twist cone is HUGE! Their food is also super good! They are always so pleasant to talk too.

Great place! I order pizza and or wings and burgers from here for my family at least once a month usually. Never have a problem and if there is something that needs corrected they do so ASAP. My only complaint would be the wait times to get ice cream in the store but that is understandable with their size business compared to how much business they have. There's almost always a line and I don't mean that in a negative way. I'm only a mile up the road but delivery times are usually under 35-40 minutes.

This place is like a little hidden gem! The food was reasonably priced. And it was delicious. Their cheesy bread sticks 😋 amazing. Just enough garlic in them. Pizza was so cheesy and good! And it was "old school" inside. Coca cola items inside. And old timey pictures of cars while playing old classics in the background!

We had the BEST fish sandwiches last evening that I think we've ever had! We've been all over the place during Lent, trying different fish frys, and I guess we saved the best for last, right here in our own neighborhood. The sandwich was huge, and the fish had the good crunchy breading, not that greasy batter-dipped fish everyone is pushing, and the bun was soft and fresh. Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for the fish sandwiches!!

Only got ice creams but it was amazing! A small was way more than any of us could handle! Great service and great ice cream! Next time I will get mine in a cup and share. Lol! Price was amazing!

Great service, great Ice Cream. Even better in the fact that when I ordered a medium ice cream for 3 dollars, I got an 8 inch behemoth! I definitely look forwardbto coming back and ordering one of the smoothest milkshakes I have ever had at an amazing price.

I ordered a medium twist cone. It was huge! It was also delicious! I can't imagine what a large is like. Got husband a strawberry milk shake. He said it was great!

Twist and Shakes has hands down the best ice cream. I don't know what it is that makes their soft serve so special but it truly is the best and everyone I've taken their has said the same thing. I absolutely love this place!!!!

You get so much ice cream for a low price. This is our favorite ice creamery around.They also sell pizza. Although I have never had it, (I have heard from others that have had it) their pizza is supposed to be good.

Good food and appetizers. Clean dining area and clean restrooms. Quaint dining area with 1950s decor. Good ice cream and large portions for a reasonable price. Also good pizza and subs.

The "small" cone was huge. So huge that neither me nor my wife could finish it. It was good ice cream too. If you are used to eating a small cone the best strategy is to order baby cones.
