Everything is behind locked glass cases!This is getting out of hand. Now you can't even get lotion without there being a person available to unlock these godforsaken glass cases.I didn't mind when they only did this for consoles and video games, etc, but come on! Lotion?! They're seriously worried about their $5 lotion getting stolen?! This is insane!I wouldn't mind, except there's never anyone available to open these cases. I once waited for over an hour but no one showed up. They only have a handful of people who can open them, but they're always busy, due to their understaffing.No, Walmart. Forget it. I'm not wasting any effort towards buying lotion, something you can easily purchase from all of your competitors. Instead, I'm taking a picture of the product I want and ordering it from Amazon.

The belt that the food runs on is very filthy when I ask to speak to the manager the manager said "oh my staff was very busy all day she cannot clean it after every customer" and walk away. Very unprofessional.

Very busy & crowded today. I was still able to quickly find the items that I went for and managed to check outat the Cosmetics department (I did not have anything from Cosmetics, but I didn't have to wait .. the clerk was very pleasant and efficient. In & out in less than 20 minutes.

Don't believe sale prices they are just away to price googe the people it just a fraud sale!!! . Today I saw embroidery pillows rose cross pillow cases on sale for $4.00 a piece I took a picture of the sale item listing which made the manager anngry. The manager at the Walmart was like No No no. You have the wrong pillow cases! Like hell I did ! I actually cross examine the sale sign to the packaging. . Sad, the store sale prices are an absolute fraud they do not match up at the sale register 😕 Beware Beware Walmart is using sales to price googe people. So So Sad. Note I ended up not getting the price googing items. 😢 The manager at this location is one of the rudest people. Not a people's person that's for sure 😀😀😀 uhh

As always, the place is super packed. Not enough lanes open. There was a long line to wait for both self check outs. I'm not sure why the self checkout with the long belt is never open. It's so much easier to put all my stuff on the belt. The self check out I was at had 2 employees just standing there chit chatting. Not even paying attention to a single thing. At that point, go hop on a register. There weren't enough bags for use. Those always seem to be empty, yet 2 employees were just standing there. My daughter was buying her own stuff and checked out in the beauty department. She was upset because the cashier kept speaking to her in another language, and she didn't understand what she was saying. I guess the cashier assumed that she knew Spanish, but she does not. Overall, I avoid this specific location, and if I do end up here, I make sure I go super early in the morning.

Reading over the ratings and some of them don't make sense they have to be fake! This Walmart gives the worst customer service ever. Try to find an associate that knows something about their inventory is like searching for a needle in a haystack. Most of their check out associates act like they are doing you a favor. I feel like less product would need to be locked behind glass if the security wasn't on their cell phones and bsing with each other. Just an observation I made after not grabbing certain items because I didn't want to wait for service. I realize this must be a high theft store but way too much is behind glass.

I really like how they keep this particular Walmart clean and organized. This is a supercenter, so it has home goods and also you can shop for your groceries. For today’s experience, the self checkout line was extremely long. People were standing in line, not paying attention to the Walmart employees assisting them to get to an open register. So I went to a regular line, but the person in front of me was paying in cash, and it took forever. Plus, they were having a conversation with their friends and not paying attention to those that were behind them— inconsiderate folk. So this Walmart attracts a certain crowd, and for lack of a better term, they can be very ghetto at times. I’ll just leave it at that.

Placed an online order for a 30 lb bag of dog food they decided to substitute it for a 6 lb bag of a different dog food brand. So I went to the store to exchange, and that was a process. Trying to get the managers attention to explain what's going on completely disregarded me continued eating her bag of chips and we never was able to have a conversation. So I proceeded to the dog food and lone behold a 30 lb bag of dog food the one I originally ordered sitting right on the rack. Now I have to wait 10 business day for my return. This store is extremely disorganized, associates doing whatever they want and no one to help oh and forget about trying to call or get in touch with a manager not happening no one picks up not even HR.

Hardly any cashiers at the customer service desk. One was on her phone and acted like I wasn't standing there. I had started my return in the app so all they had to do was scan a barcode. When I finally got helped it only took 2 minutes. SMH. That's why I mostly order online and do pickup or delivery just to avoid having to step foot in this place.

The food sold here has surprised me, actually being sometimes better than name brand items, such as their seasonal ice creams, which were wonderful, but are not being offered this Christmas season, which type activities dropped their rank, in my opinion, to four stars. I'm not going to complain because the low prices offered at this store, and also noted are the bakery clearance carts, have saved me tons of money, and I've been able to obtain pretty much everything I need to maintain a comfortable lifestyle, all in one place.

It's definitely a bit of a mess throughout the whole store. It is also one of the largest supercenter stores I have been to.I spoke to one employee, who was very clearly busy, but he took the time to direct me to the area I needed. I found what I was looking for and got the heck out of there.

This place is a hot mess. Busy, dirty, and lacking any organization. An extra star for the additional self checkouts.Update 2021: This location has started a series of improvements. The whole store is looking much better, although a lot of it still looks like its been through a rummage sale (See photos).

I think the Walton family created this specific Walmart so that they could collect data on human behavior under strenuous conditions and sell said data to the highest bidder. I think it's the only logical explanation as to why everything goes wrong here with one's order or in-store experience nearly every single time.

Walmart was trashed. Shelves were bare. Kids running amuck. Broken liquid items busted on the floor and left. Bathrooms looked like a high school bathroom at the end of the day, on a good day. School custodians will understand that. But there was poo'd everywhere. Someone overflowed one toilet with poo and toilet paper and seat covers. We will be avoiding this walmart whenever we are in Allentown.

Night manager is useless does not do her job . Front desk NEVER answers the phone. The female night manager from tonight was unhelpful very rude and lazy . Disrespectful employees make you lose business good luck with that I will never go to this dysfunctional place again .

Not a good place employees are rude or can't understand you. The cleaning section was messy. The baby section was very unorganized. Pet area was the worst off all couldn't even find anything for my dog. I was very disappointed. Went down the road to the other store found stuff there. Was very neat And stocked. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed of the lack of cleanliness and lack of product they have in certain areas. I will take my business elsewhere.
