Im alittle overdue, but this is for May 23rd 2023.Whitehall Petsmart team are very knowledgeable, caring and friendly.I called in to ask if they had any balls for my hamster as I don t live close in their area but I work by them, but I love their location and have been a customer of theirs for many years. They did have one and said they would put it aside until I was able to get there to purchase it. Plus they answered all my questions and truely care about your pets and are invested to help you anyway they can to help make your pets life the best it can be like it is their own pet.Thankyou again,From a lifetime customer

Highly disappointed! Brought both dogs in for grooming- it was their first time there. Groomer looked over both dogs, said everything was fine. I left, 30 minutes later get a call neither dog could be groomed. One for a broken nail and the other because she's too tiny! Never again HORRIBLE SERVICE & ATTITUDE!

The employees are super friendly, and they have everything you could ever need to own a cat or a dog. They also had a lot of other small animal products. There's also a vet inside the store I was in, which is pretty neat all on its own.!!!

Martina was very gentle with my puppy and gave him lots of love. She clearly has a passion for what she does. I will definitely be taking my puppy there again.
