We didn't think our 2 guinea pigs were right. We went to exchange them like the lady said we could. And when we went in it seemed like they didn't want to. The guy working there made sure we picked out the right guinea pigs. And I got the new ones today and one of them died. It didn't even last one day.😭

I wasn't sure at first about taking my puppy to a chain store for grooming but we've had all great experiences there (4 times so far) Our furry friend gets nervous easily but he likes going there and is so excited to greet the staff. He is a large breed with thick fur and he always comes out looking great. I highly recommend Whitehall petsmart for grooming!

Always love coming to this store, everyone is helpful. Even when they aren't sure of something, they'll find the answer, too, which is helpful.Today we got some snails and I wasn't feeling picky, so I asked her to just give me a variety of colors. We ended up taking for a few minutes while she did, about some of the colors that don't get picked as often. Great customer service!

Groomers would not groom my 1 year old Golden Retriever because they say the dog was having a stressful day and the groomers wanted her to have a non stressful experience. My Goldie is a very lovable dog. The 3 groomers I believe did not want to work. None of them were doing anything. They should be fired.

Clean remodeled, but missing common things like koi in the Fish Department, and certain cat foods, I really think maybe this is a b grade store, since they're not stocking things regularly, there are some other common things that seem to be missing her out of stock so I don't know if there's shortages going on or just the store or Regional issue would be nice to know, it'd be nice to have a store that is fully stocked but unfortunately this store doesn't seem to be it.

Took the 3 month old golden retriever, Apollo for his first public outing. The very best place to go for your own meet & greet. This tyke stold the show. Sure wish he was mine.

I came in the store last week, looking for a box of Fancy Feast. I remember the associate came over to help me because she probably thought I was up to something nefarious, I accidentally knocked some cans off the shelf and made noise, then she saw me stacking the boxes on the floor.I work as an undercover Asset Protection Detective and the fact that she was proactive and came over to provide me customer service, even though I was a well meaning customer, made me smile inside, that's the way I train people where I work! She wasn't too friendly though, she really thought I was probably up to no good, but no, I was looking for Fancy Feast, that's it, sorry to disappoint. Lol 😆I bought two boxes, I will be back for more! Thank you! I don't know her name.

I’ve been there everyday this week getting my terrarium set up and everyone I have interacted with is so willing to help and answer any and all questions this is the only location in the area I haven’t had issues with my fish and shrimp in terms of health.

We got some supplies and a custom tag made here. Somehow we dropped the tag in the parking lot. Someone from the store called us and set it aside for us to come pick it up. It’s a small thing but they certainly didn’t have to take the time to do that and I was appreciative. Also this is the only store nearby that carries the specific variety of Purina Pro Plan we use. All around nice store and staff.

Love the exceptional service we received. I was looking to add a new fish to our aquarium and they gave recommendations and told us wich was the best fish for our type of tank (for the gallons). We will be definitely coming back cause of the service and great variety

I work in the area, so its easy for me to go to the whitehall store but even when im off and need something i don t mind driving up to them. They are very knowledgeable, friendly & always find what im looking for...have everything my hamsters could ever want and need in one stop shopping. Many many times ive shopped them & a competitor equally & their competitor has always given me bad experiences. In july i purchased my female hamster from the competitor and they gave me nothing but a hard time.Petsmart was shocked when I told them what the competitor had done.They are truley the best and they do care about all your pets needs and me being in retail myself and knowing good customer service I appreciate it.Will be a life time valueable customer and would not go anywhere else for my hamsters needs.

On two different occasions my dog was turned down for grooming at this location. Your Groming team does not want to work with dogs that have minimum knots on their coats. My dog had three tiny knots near her belly and according to the person there the dog had flees. I think I saw two flees on her coat. So what does a groomer do? Does everything have to be easy and served on a silver platter?

We found a 4-5 week old kitten in our back yard and thought we had the info from the web locked down on what to do. I asked one of the vet techs and they helped me dial in on what we needed for food and formula along with providing information on how to take care of a young kitten. Very helpful.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable. I was fulfilling my "Pets in the Classroom" Grant and I had like four great conversations with different staff members about it. I go here for my personal cat supplies as well

Used for grooming services. Staff was very friendly but grooming was expensive and I had to brush my dog when we got home because they missed quite a bit of fluff. Would have been five stars if the would have filed nails for no charge and brushed better.
