Never had an issue until recently. Went last night to get balloons for my sons birthday and woke up and they were all on the ground. You could already notice they were filled low. Also, every single worker was talking Spanish even to customers that had no clue what they were saying. I’ll just continue to go to the dollar store where they actually do it right and the balloons are a fraction of the cost.

The staff is always kind and helpful at checkout. They’re prices, overall are usually fair and their selection for party supplies is decent. I enjoy coming here with my kids in preparation for a birthday party or Halloween costumes.

I love this place. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean and organized. I like to go there for inspiration. If you are looking for something that is hard to find, you can try there website ahead of time to see if it is in stock before you go to the store.

Went there to find a hard to find candy called Pez it's one of my son's favorites. Got a big huge bag for a small price. The employees were also very helpful and nice.

Worst customer service. The manager tabby was less than knowledgeable, had no resolutions other than offering to give us "our money back," which still left us with no product. That's NOT resolution in my book.The store advertises items they dont have, then blames it on computer errors. I had confirmation on a customized banner on Sunday and find out that following Thursday it will still not be available until Friday. I was happy to drive past 2 other locations because Brianna seemed helpful on the phone. But After this, I will never do business with this location again.

Ordered some things online and got a Notification by email that they received the order and it would be ready in about one hour!!! Waited for one hour and checked my email and still nothing that my order was ready,, went to the store and asked for my order and to come to find out my order was still on the printer and not touched,, I am really not pleased with this at all.

Well-stocked, friendly & helpful staff, but really expensive in comparison to other places selling the same items (especially online). I really like to shop "brick & mortar" stores but the dramatically over-pricing definitely deters me.

Nice new store that is very spacious. Unfortunately, it seemed like they got a lot of their inventory wiped out over New Years and hadn't replaced it. Also, girls behind the counter were not very friendly or helpful.

Party City depending on what kind of Balloons and expensive but you can get Play text balloons and even my lower at times are cheap.I use I go there for the special T balloons like it was Ballantine day and I found a big heart with little heart candies on them candy hearts but with emoji sayings on them.She simply love that.The employees were friendly and knowledgeable.Also like going there for getting stuff for birthday parties an graduations, Halloween costumes, Any occasion that you could think of they have it there.

These people are beyond lazy! I honestly wouldn't hire these 3 morons who have no clue for what company they are working for. I had called to see if they had an item in stock and they said yes, checked google to see if it was in stock and it said yes. I went over a 20min ride for an urgent item i needed! and asking if they had the product and they didn't even bother to check for me! Basically they guessed or they didn't even know. Yet again i asked 2 females and 1 male.. and none of them tried to find nor give me options of what other items i could use. If they knew who i was then this situation would of turned around quickly. -Vetements

Great store for 1 stop immediate needs but a bit over priced I have found items cheaper through other retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. Definitely utilize coupons! Other than that they do have a good variety of items.

Great selection of party supplies for almost any theme you can imagine. Great selection of Halloween costumes. They have a large variety of seasonal decorations too.

Went in for Peppa Pig gear for my little girls 3rd birthday. Only to find out they were out of helium. How in the world does a party supply store run out of helium. You would think they would offer a coupon or something off the order since I had to purchase a $35 helium tank....and the damn life size Peppa pig has a leak and lasted a day!! Definitely not returning.

This is the worst party city I have been to, as a person who enjoys traveling to many party citys (I’ve been too all within 140 miles of my home) this has definitely been the worst in my opinion, apon showing up at 9:59 they told me that I had to leave, because they where closed. Even though the door said they closed at 10:00pm on Thursdays

Just left the store with absolutely nothing because I waited in line at the front of the store for almost a good 20 minutes with my hands full while a woman was standing behind the counter to concerned with filling up some balloons than she was about assisting the check out line!!
