Have always had a good experience at this sheetz. Ordered a giant breakfast sub with a lot of toppings and it wasn’t a huge mess when I went to eat it like other times I have ordered at sheetz.

Update 2023 - no better, ordered a burrito bowl and they left out the rice and beans. So I have a steak guac and cheese mess. Still awfulThis is about 1/3 of the issues with this meal. Pretzel bun is literally a rock, burrito falling apart. And this isn’t even tasting it.Sheetz is awful, get gas and keep driving

there’s a older woman that works here, she accused me of stealing a stuffed keychain and tried to hold me in the store until i proved her wrong showing her they don’t even sell my keychain there. i spent $30 on food and a drink went to my car to put the drink in my car before using the restroom. in that time she claimed i stole the keychain went to my car put the keychain on then came back in the store- like how stupid does that sound. im a black woman and i can’t help to think that had something to do with it. already contacted corporate and i hope something is done about this. pretty sure her name was amy

Great for fuel and drinks. Anything MTO is overpriced & tiny portions. Waste of money. Even if you do find something good, it’ll be made completely different next time it’s ordered.

This is the best sheetz I have been to in Pa. When I was living in the area it was a great stop to get food.The sheetz location is a perfect location and easy to get in and out without any trouble.Customer service is top of the line and if there is a problem they go above and beyond to fix it. Years ago I had the wrong order but they fixed it the next visit and were very professional and apologized several times with the mistake. It was the only mistake I have ever had at this sheetz.I visited this sheetz and it's the same as when I was living in the area. Quick with getting food. Staff were all friendly and very clean store.Every time i visit this store the staff are very friendly and quick with getting the food out and with the cashier checking out orders.The store is very clean inside and out. They take a lot of pride with keeping the store clean. The men's bathroom was very clean.They have a nice variety of food and drinks to pick from. The prices are a little higher then other sheetz but for the area they are not high.I have never had issues with parking or had to wait to get gas.The only problem I had with this sheetz is the breakfast food, but it seems to be all of them. The breakfast burrito falls apart and had no flavor. The rest of the items were very good and the buns for hamburgers and hotdogs were fresh.I'm not sure what has changed with the breakfast burrito but it use to be amazing. I hope this is something that can be looked into by Sheetz, there breakfast foods have always been the best for fast food resteraunts.Thank you for the amazing service. Anytime I am in the area I will be sure to stop.

Listing says this Sheetz has a drive thru but that's fake news. Very annoying because I was on a time crunch.Edit - the listing doesn't have drive-thru listed anymore because I submitted to Google that it doesn't exist and their system approved the edit.

Had to get a refund for my shake which took over 10 minutes and they still were not in the process of making it. Does Sheetz hire lazy people on purpose. Also when told to bring me a coupon they also did not have time, this place is terrible.

Sometimes, they don’t fill the fryz bucket the entire way. Still, it is a convenient location. Yummy sandwiches. Great salads. I wish they still had the beyond burger.

This Sheetz I've noticed the staff in the kitchen are extremely quick. A few forgotten sauces here but other than that they are a well oiled machine.

Sheetz behind the times. Need to get scanners at your pumps to scan loyalty cards on phone or key rings. Even Speedway has ability to scan at pumps now.Update 2/4/20: Added two stars. Starting to find scanners at several Sheetz now with ability to scan your card on your phone. Now it’s Speedway that needs to catch up.

Was harassed by employee and told to "(expletive deleted) off" and got cops involved because I spilled Cheetos outside near the gas pump. After the police told the employee to drop it, he came into the store yelling "oh yeah I'll make your food no worries" very sarcastically. Most incredibly ridiculous thing to happen. At a convenience store.

I found a cockroach in my food. Spoke with a manager Allison and was only offered a refund. I will never order food from any Sheetz location again and will avoid getting gas if possible.
