I visited the bra store in Wexford in apr 2024 and found staff friendly and would return if I was in the area. The web page scheduling portal could be made more visible in one step on home page but staff is super helpful via phone to get it figured out. Appt was available within a day which was great. Small store with average setup. It is nice to have a place in Pittsburgh to get bra advice beyond the department store. We can spend a lot of money buying the wrong bras, just like jeans, and it is overwhelming to figure out style and size on your own. We tried many on but did not find a regular day to day bra that fits yet. I think that can happen at any store. I bought the cleaner and 3 items. Happy with the $20 underwear - Very light material and no panty lines. I will look forward to trying the sports bra we selected and assume it will be fine. I also spent a lot on a tank top but happy to do so since I requested one that finally won’t lift at bottom. Built in tank Bra part is good and lifting and comfortable. But, tank bottom back lifted above my waist a few hours into the first day I wore it, which obviously you cannot mirror during a brief store try on. The store fitting advice and product is not stood behind since now I see receipt says no returns. No returns is unexpected in current times. So Ive just put the tank down to another expensive mistake and will wear it short periods and keep looking for another. I would return to store, but if for an unfamiliar item, I’ll probably think about 2 visits to allow more time to carefully research each item and its reviews before leaving a store with no returns.

I've been searching for years for a bra that actually fits and does what it's supposed to do. I made an appointment at Levana, and I can't praise Serenity enough for her bra fitting expertise. She is totally attentive, professional , and knowledgeable. There is a huge selection of beautiful bras. I even wore one of my new purchases home. I didn't want to take it off!!!

I had such a great first experience at Levana! The girl who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was so nice and I was blown away at how accurate her measurements and recommendations were. My bra size is pretty uncommon in traditional lingerie stores, but they had a such a wide variety of styles to try on. All in all, it was a fantastic experience + I will definitely be back!

I return over and over again to this wonderful business. Their products are beautiful and fun, obviously carefully chosen. All staff are highly trained and skilled at bra fitting. They are also kind and wise, giving great advice and suggestions. I always walk out of here feeling like a million bucks with gorgeous comfortable bras.Edited to add that I just had another great fitting and great experience in general. The staff pick out beautiful bras to try and they give helpful advice and feedback. This place is worth the trek! Be sure to make an appointment so that they are ready for your fitting when you arrive.

I cannot recommend highly enough! Excellent in every way. I haven't had a bra that fits in... Ten years? More? Who can say, but I now am the proud owner of a perfectly fitted, perfectly flattering bra! I will be back!

I booked this appointment begrudgingly as I had never been fitted before & didn't see the need. I walked in wearing a 10 year old C-cup hand-me down bra. I was unaware of just how uninformed I was about not only bras and being fitted, but bra maintenance and care. I walked out wearing one of my new J-cup (insane right?) bras and it truly was an enlightening, informative, and judgment-free experience. Thank you so much!

Levana is the only place I will buy my bras. Every woman within the Western PA area should make at least one appt there to get fitted properly and buy at least one good bra for herself, even if she is of the average size.

I came across this wonderful boutique and so happy I did. I was planning to go to a large retail store for a bra fitting when my google search lead me here. It’s small business with a vast selection for all shapes and sizes. Staff was wonderful. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Beware! I was charged significantly more than the amount on the price tag. The explanation was "The new stock is coming in at the higher price." But the item I bought was from the existing stock! I would not recommend this store.

Worth crossing rivers and bridges! This was my second time at Levana. I was 40 when I came to the store for the first time and I learned *SO MUCH*. Like, how did I wear the wrong size and not know how to properly put on a bra for so long?!I came back today for new bras. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. They truly want to help you find the best fitting bra possible! I left feeling confident and beautiful. 💜

Honestly the best bra place I've ever been to. I love this store.everyone who works here is always super nice, they always remeasure you and they MAKE SURE the bras actually fit you before you leave. They genuinely have a wide variety of sizes, even going down to a 28 band with very large cups. They are also QUALITY, that don't break or wear out within a few weeks. They make sure you know how to care for your bras before you leave, and even sell a wonderful wash for your delicate items. I suggest this place to literally all of me friends, and genuinely believe I will be shopping here for the rest of my life.

Went to get fitted for a bra for my wedding dress. I was nervous about what to expect. I cannot have been more comfortable and felt at ease the entire visit. The lovely workers there take time to make sure you have everything you need and answer all your questions. They had me bring my dress in to make sure I was getting the best possible selection! Highly recommend this store and the lovely souls that’s work there!

If your girls need a new treat you have to go to Levana Bratique. The women there are wonderful and helpful! I love both my new bras and panties and my daughter loved hers as well. They have a wonderful selection for all sizes and maternity items as well.

The experience at Levana was fantastic. It was well worth the drive out to Wexford from the city. I’ve never found a bra that fits me before, but now I have two that are amazing and supportive. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Their staff is knowledgeable, and they will help you find exactly what you’re looking for in a size that actually fits. They also have a very cute dog which is always an added bonus.

Do yourself a favor and just make an appointment. I’ve wasted more money ordering bras online and guessing sizes and fits when I could’ve spent 30 min at Levana, learned my true size, and been our the door quickly with 3 great fitting bras. Deeck worked with me to find great styles and perfect fits and they were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable! Take yourself, take your girlfriends, take your daughter, take your mother. Just GO.

Levana Bratique is a little gem of a store and an oasis for women/people who’ve worn the wrong/incorrectly sized undergarments for too long. Serenity was such a knowledgeable and kind-hearted salesperson and made my (first ever) hour-long appointment relaxing and successful! I came in wearing one ill-fitting bra and left with four that fit like a dream. Such a beautifully decorated and well-stocked store; owner Judy has done a fabulous job of creating a place for people to feel good again!

I've never owned more comfortable yet supportive bras in my life. The entire experience was great!! I didn't have an appt, but I arrived at open. I was paired with Serendipity, who was very patient and knowledgeable. I was outta there with 3 bras in under 40 minutes. I recommend this place to all my girls!!!

This is the best place to get fitted for a bra and get hard to find sizes hands down! I had a fitting there after really struggling to find bras. It was amazing! Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got fitted quickly and they had several options in my size which is impossible to find in department stores. I left with three amazing and super comfortable new bras. I will definitely be coming back.

Really great service. It had been along time since I had a professional bra fitting and I was shocked at the size I’d been wearing vs the properly measured size! Wide selection of bras, personal service and fitting, as well as ordering colors not in stock. Very pleased, well worth the drive and extra expense vs the so-called lingerie specialty stores. I'm only giving Levana two stars because I feel their refund/ exchange policy is very outdated and in my opinion a huge inconvenience. I will say they responded to my emails and answered all my questions in a timely manner. As many women know It can be really difficult to purchase bra's online without being able to try them on first. I ordered my normal size in the same brand I've been buying for a while and unfortunately it didn't fit. I contacted Levana to initiate an exchange for a different size (not return) and was told I would need to repurchase the different size bra. That means I would have to wait about a month to receive a different size if I wait on my refund (per their refund policy 3 weeks) to repurchase or I will be out of another $100 and the possibility of this one not fitting either instead of just being out the initial cost. All because they don't do exchanges. I opted for a complete refund instead of an exchange because of this. My return was received by Levana on 4/6 and it's 4/18 and my refund still hasn't been processed by this business. I emailed with my concern and received a response stating that it can take a few weeks for them to process refunds after they are received. I understand this is a small business as I'm a business owner myself however processing refunds in a timely manner is part of running a business. I couldn't imagine having my customers wait weeks for me to process their refund or have them repurchase as an exchange. I feel like having your customers wait weeks on a refund is a huge inconvenience for the buyer. Even though that's their refund policy having your customers repurchase for an exchange is not stated in their policy. Their policy states exchanges and returns accepted however that's not true and is very misleading and should be stated more clearly in your policy. I'm not happy with this purchase and I'll be buying somewhere else. Buyers be aware and know it will take a really long time for you to receive a refund if needed and no exchanges.

I’m recommending this shop to every woman I know! Levana is SO worth a stop. I’ve always heard how important it is to be properly fitted, but I thought the bras I’d been buying fit just fine. I’ve been wearing an A cup and was fitted for a 30C! The help was amazing too, so thorough and kind. She grabbed me a bunch to try on so I could find what style I liked. Again, highly recommended, give this place a try.

I lost a significant amount of weight and had no idea what bra size I was. I was greeted at the door for my appointment and that just launched a great experience. Tried on lots of bras, was educated about bras and support. I had no idea how much I did not know after wearing a bra for 45 years. The best part is they listened to my point of view, understood my insecurities and worked with me. I love my purchases and feel so sexy and and confident. My new bras are so comfortable.

Absolutely THE place to go to get assistance with buying bras. Respectful, Pleasant, Effective... I found 3 that fit great, and have 2 on file, just in case I lose weight and need those in smaller sizes. Just wonderful. Highly recommend. A Venango County, PA happy customer! THANKS

When other bra stores brushed me off for sizing and offered me their largest size, she took the time to properly measure Me, starting with my first pregnancy 8 years ago. Ever since, I wear nursing bras because that's all that fits and I always order from her! Love the store, environment, and her obvious passion to help others!

Has some good stuff but honestly the place is just oddly organized. The bras are all in the drawers. Which no one told us. Everything is quite high priced, which would be ok for something worth it. I was told if I gave my email and signed up for their stuff I would get an introductory discount but it's been over a week and nothings come. The girl who helped us wasn't rude by any means but had no personality. Just a weird experience honestly.

First time visitor as I am need of replacing my bra wardrobe and wanted to do it right so I went in for a fitting and did find some items, but felt neglected as there were multiple regulars in the store. Had to wait while they were ahead of me and then while they purchased. Which I was mostly fine with as I work Customer Service. Then a walk-in occurred while I was in the room and I hear “oh yeah I should be able to make some time for you once I’m done with this lady.” You know when the waitress puts down the bill before asking if you want dessert, you know service is over and they want you gone. Felt like that. Decided I wasn’t going to ask about other items such as a strapless or bathing suit, when more styles would be in, etc. Made my purchase, left a tip though I debated, and left. Not sure about returning.

I don't leave a ton of reviews, but I really wanted to leave one for Levana Bratique. Bra shopping can be a nightmare, but the ladies here really made it into a positive and peaceful experience. I went in for a bra fitting and the woman helping me went above and beyond. She must have brought me a dozen different bra styles to try on and was so patient and kind. She even helped me clip each one and adjusted the straps for me! I left with a grin on my face and a bag full of the best-fitting bras I've ever owned. I'm never going bra shopping anywhere else again. (PS - they have a huge range of sizes, and if you wear a bigger cup like me, you'll have plenty of options beyond the ugly granny bra aesthetic I'd come to expect shopping elsewhere.)

I never leave reviews-but this is one time that I need to say stay away-the place is a ripoff! They say never an exchange or return etc., they mean it! In October 2022 purchased 4 bra's at 72.00 a piece, yes a lot of money. Two were backed ordered till late November. The 2 other bras I wore and rotated them hand washed them and did everything that was suggested. When I was washing one I noticed the eye's on the hook and eye was coming out of the sewn material. Disappointed-so when I picked up my other bras I showed the owner she said that I was putting the bra on wrong and that was the problem-but the other bra was fine? Then she told me I could sew it. Why would I repair a bra that is tearing after only wearing about 30 times? She pointed out her ridiculous policy in a manner that she thought I was stupid. She does not stand behind what she sells. One positive side is that the young lady that measured me was so professional kind and educated me on bra fitting.I wish Soma would bring back my go to bra!

I had a very positive experience at Levana's. After several attempts to buy a bra online that just resulted in wasted time and money, I really needed advice from someone who knows how to navigate all the weird fitting quirks between brands and fabrics. My sister has shopped at Levana's several times, and suggested making a fitting appointment. This was my first bra fitting in years, but I was able to find several really flattering options. My sister and I both have large chests, and we both had many options with even more colors available for order. There was no pressure to purchase, just lots of good advice. I would absolutely shop here again.

I had an amazing experience! They helped me pick out several new styles of bras that I never would have chosen on my own. They are so much more comfortable and supportive than what I was wearing before! I was wearing both the wrong style and size for my shape. They helped me pick ones that fit me best! They have functional and pretty pieces!
