Was so happy with our experience at Happy Tailz. Very reasonably priced, and it was visible so much love was put into the service. Instead of shaving down the cat, to get rid of mats across his back, they took the time to thoroughly brush everything out. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

Our last two dogs both went to the groomer/owner of this business. She was great with both our pups, so we have followed her business wherever she goes. Can't suggest her enough! Our Gizzy just saw her Tuesday and he looks so great!

We recently moved to the area and after searching for a groomer for Sophie, my King Charles Cavalier, we found Happy Tailz!Sophie, who is a bit anxious with new situations, was very comfortable with her surroundings at Happy Tailz.Denise is very kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and welcome.Sophie looked great and didn’t want to leave!I highly recommend Happy Tailz!

I just stopped in to take a look at the store and salon, and I a throughly impressed with their grooming setup. They are clean and sanitary and keep safety at the top of mind. Denise is a wealth off knowledge about all things grooming and they are a great steward od.the community. If you have a chance to book a groom with Denise I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Happy Tailz Spa. I’ve taken my Mini GoldenDoodle there many times, and I always feel as though Denise and Terry care for him as if he was their own! They have even given me advice regarding his fear issues and have also taught me some tips on how I can brush and groom him at home in between appointments. At the end of every appointment, Denise tells me to stop in or call if I ever have any questions. She’s always willing to help with some of the frustrations of being a puppy owner! 😊.

This past summer, Happy Tailz Spa took amazing care of Taffy, a senior long-haired dachshund I was fostering through rescue. They helped get her neglected nails and fur into MUCH better shape. They also went above and beyond to give me great advice, and their products are fantastic. I'm so impressed by their support of and caring for the rescue community. Thanks for helping Taffy heal and get adopted into a loving home!

My dog loves coming here! He was always terrified when I dropped him off at the big stores but now seems excited when I bring him to Happy Tailz. I love that they do not put him in a cage for hours while he waits his turn, or has to sit in a cage to dry. This is a "cage free" environment and it is so comforting to know he is well taken care of. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience a visit to Happy Tailz always is! Denise and Terry are so kind and sincerely caring about their furry guests. My Willie is always groomed exactly how I request and smells so clean with no harsh perfume smell. My boy is 16, deaf and does not see as well anymore so i am very careful who I trust him to. He has had such great experiences here so i will be using their overnight service so I can go and visit my son in Virginia. (His landlord does not allow dogs.} I really like that it is a very limited number of overnight guests, they will give him his medications and special diet, and that someone is with them all night.Pricing for all of their services is very fair. Everything is very clean and fresh smelling. I highly recommend Happy Tailz!

What a friendly place! The customer service really is what makes this place over the top sweet. From the second you call they are cheery and accomidating. My husky was SO HAPPY and clean when she was all done, even topped off with a little rainbow flower collar! My dane was too stubborn and huge to be seen there, but they were incredibly accommodating and gave me some great local business recommendations for him. I'm very appreciative of their customer service and recommend them highly.

Happy tailz always does a great job! Denise is so kind and caring and treats my dog like her own. They also do a great job cutting goldendoodles which we have had trouble finding anyone who keeps them looking cute and fluffy post grooming. I would highly recommend happy tailz!

First time going here. Australian Shepherd which many groomers don't know how to groom. Happy Tailz did the best job we've had done. Also he is an older dog and was handled very well. Will be returning.

Stay away! I waited over a month to have my long hair cat shaved. She is knotted from head to toe. They canceled the appointment that morning. When I reworked my schedule to bring my cat in the middle of my work day, they told me they COULD NOT take my cat because I was 15 mins late. No customer service and completely unprofessional!The response below is misleading at best. I had to rearrange my work schedule twice (Thursday and Monday) and refused services because I was 15 mins late. Absolutely unprofessional and will NEVER be back.

I would not ever bring my pets here nor recommend this company business to anyone. I brought my 2 beautiful long haired cats in to get Lion Cuts. Denise and Terry are a husband and wife duo that groom pets. I was told they had the latest equipment for cat grooming and went based on a recommendation from a dog groomer. I picked up my cats. Paid $155.00 for the cats assuming all went well because neither mentioned anything about the grooming process other than they couldn't give my male cat a bath due to feisty behavior. When I arrived home my kids let the cats out of the carriers and we all were horrified by what we saw. They completely butchered both my cats and one of my cats has a deep shave indentation on her back. I called Denise and Terry looking for resolution to how they groomed my cats and they said my cats were moving around. Well animals do that and any experienced cat groomer knows what their getting into before they begin grooming cats. I've been having my cats groomed for over 15 years. Never have I ever seen such poor work and Denise nor Terry took responsibility nor offered a discount until I inquired about. Denise stated she spent time putting the work in and felt as though she was worthy of payment regardless of how she did. She even charged me for washing both cats and offered to give back the $15 for not being able to wash one of my cats. Any business that does not satisfy their customers should readily be willing to rectify the issue. They did not. They became very irate and argumentative and bothered that I thought they should give me my money back. I stated to them I could not give them a positive review nor recommend them to anyone else. Only after I stated anything about my review did they say they would give me back half of what I paid IF I signed a form mentioning I wouldn't discredit or badmouth them. This is BLACKMAIL. I called them back and stated that I was not signing a form. If they care about the nature of their business, their customers and their name. They will do what's right. Any good business owner would do that. They stated their not giving any money back unless I sign a form. I care too much about other people to only think of myself and sign a form to hide what they did. I will never take my animals there again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND that others don't either. Denise and Terry are not in a business because they love animals and want to satisfy their customers. I sense this business is struggling based on conversation. I also believe it is due to poor grooming and customer service. Before I hung up Terry tried to blame my male cat for scratching. Did he not realize my cats were declawed. Very shady business. They are only responsive and available due to lack of a strong, loyal customer base.

We just moved in the area and we were really excited to find this spa. Our Aussie mix has bad arthritis and they completely catered to her legs. They offer natural products and CBD oil baths. Highly recommend.

We get lion cuts for our two cats at least once a year and right before summer. Happy tailz did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price! Great with people and pets!!

My cats like coming here. If you own a cat or know anything about cats you would understand what high praise this is. Both cats are always calm at drop off and pick up. I would definitely recommend Happy Tailz

There’s something off about this groomer and I believe it is the establishments obsession about having good feedbackI’m sure she watches her on line reviews like a hawk. I don’t trust it at all.
