A great experience from start to finish: Greg came to our home to see what we wanted and to take the necessary measurements. A few days later he guided us thru various options at the store. The selection process was informative and relaxed as Greg answered questions without trying to "sell us" some specific carpet that was perhaps more profitable. The installation team, Jesùs and Geraldo came on time and did a beautiful job. They carefully moved some very heavy furniture and replaced it exactly where it had been upon completion. They were professional and courteous. Their work transformed 3 rooms - my wife and I couldn't be more pleased. And yes, a good value for the money. Thank you, Floor Concepts.

These folks did a great job on 2 custom-cut bound area rugs we ordered - they fit perfectly and look great, exactly as ordered. We also had them install wall-to-wall a few years ago and the work was excellent.Their showroom is full of rolls of carpet, arranged by size. All are 12' wide, so if you go in knowing your minimum size needed, you can start from that point. We chose a carpet that was larger than what we needed (there was more than 10' leftover) so we weren't required to buy the whole roll - which saved us several hundred dollars.They have bound area rugs (8x10 and 9x12) ready-to-go in the back, and also hard flooring options.An easy place to do business with - we're glad we found them.

We stopped in Floor Concepts about a year ago but chose to go with a big online carpet retailer for a very inexpensive patterned rug. That was a mistake! A year later we needed to replace a totally worn rug and came back to Floor Concepts. We not only replaced that rug, we got a second for our living room. Every time I walk into either room I think of (1) What a dramatic change it added and (2) How comfortable and quality both rugs feel. Finally, the customer service we received from Brandon and his team was exceptional. This will be our flooring provider from here on out.

Went in to look at carpet and talk to them about a carpeting my staircase. When I sent them photos and additional info via email, I got minimal response and then they ghosted me. I'm guessing my project was "too small" for them.

Absolute professionals. First class experience. Extremely knowledgeable and want you to get exactly what you’re looking for and be satisfied. Came out to our house, measured every room and detailed everything they would do in less than 20 mins… (unlike empire who stayed over an hour and tried to hustle us.). Said they would have a quote emails by the end of the day and we had it 3 hrs later. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for carpet or flooring. They are the best

We've bought bound remnants from them in the past and were very happy with our purchases. Now, they tell me they no longer sell the bound remnants as they used to. Looking for a new place to buy two 3x5 bound remnants for a bedroom. So sad. 🙁

We needed a specific size area rug cut and bound for our entryway. We went to our go to carpet place that is family owned in Cranberry Twp. Got a quote on a fine quality carpet. We were really taken back by the quote so we visited Floor Concepts! They had the exact line of carpet, and we got exactly what we wanted for HALF the quote from the other place! It was done and is beautiful. We will never go back to the other establishment. Floor Concepts is the way to go!

needed new carpet in our living room. went to remnant city because of family and friends recommendations. couldnt be happier with our experience, went in, had a decent selection of budget friendly carpet, found a color we were looking for. they were very straight forward and honest with prices and answered all our questions honestly. didnt feel pressured of ripped off in any way. very knowledgeable. scheduled our installation and had 0 issues with it. the installer arrived right on time, and was finished exactly when they said he would, done within 3 hours. ill be going again in the future for sure, no surprise fees, no hassles. fantastic, thank you

I honestly can say anything more than I’ll never get carpet elseware. I loved working with these people at this family owned business. You won’t be Disappointed . Cheap carpet. Not worth it. You get what you pay for. Cheap. Carpet is below standard quality. Workers were hard on my furniture. The one gentlemen put his knee through the back of my dresser trying to move it by himself. He then denies he did it. The bedroom set is 4 months old and is very expensive brand. Dave the installer told me he was going to replace the back board on a Friday. Never called me. Did not answer my text or calls, now Monday i call office and they told me they thought it was done and Dave is on vacation. This is very unacceptable. The carper in stalled is thin, cheap, and tacks are coming through it all the way around rooms. They sold us a 8 pound padding and compared to a real 8 pound padding it looks like toilet paper. This has been since oct 5 and no one is taking care of my issue. I paid a lot of money to have these techs to lay carpet. Their sub contracters and installers they hire is anyone that has a van and tape measure. My results are i am replacing all the carpet by a upscale flooring company that does it professionally. And dresser still not resolved

I wanted to from a small local business to give my support . I bought an area rug for my daughter ...called 2 days later to say we would like to exchange it at their store for a remnant because it was too small. They would not take it back !! If your not happy they do not stand behind there product . Very disappointed with their customer service !! I guess I will give my business to the big chains at least they want to make their customers happy!!!

I’m not sure where they are trained to put in carpet/hardwood floors, but something’s not right with this place. We had them install carpet in one room and hardwood floor in 2 rooms, and we had issues with all 3. First, they nailed in a white border around the hardwood floors, and didn’t seal the nail holes, so we were left with about 50 unsealed nail holes around the rooms. Called the store and they said we have to fill them in and paint them ourselves, they don’t do that. Second, they put wood borders along where the hardwood floors are adjacent to our other wood floors. Only problem is, they put them in wrong and they fell off after 2 days. Had to have them come back and fix. Third, where the carpet is adjacent to our other wood floor, about 10-15 nails have started coming up out of the carpet. We’ve stepped on them several times, and have small children that walk through there all the time. Called the store and they said we have to hammer them in. Only problem is, we’ve hammered them in several times and they keep coming up.Please go somewhere else for carpets/hardwood and save yourself the headache of dealing with their completely shoddy workmanship. We will never be going back to this place.

What a shame, called to ask for info on indoor/outdoor carpeting with questions if it is available in remnants. The woman who answered informed me that it is special order. When I asked for some info on how special order works for this type of carpeting, even taking the time to say 'please bear with me, I haven't ordered carpet for a sunroom before, so may have questions' she unfortunately chose to be weirdly rude, getting a strange attitude, saying "I... can't... tell you what to order... you'd have to decide that." What an odd and unexpected response when it was clear this wasn't the question. As a customer, you would think it's completely normal to ask for information when calling a flooring company. Oh well, I guess they don't need the money or potential repeat business. I immediately cut her off and ended the call, refusing to sit through such bad customer interaction right out of the gate. What an odd, odd response and choice by this staff member.Reading through the reviews here, it's immediately noticeable that any negative reviews have paragraphs of defensive and blaming responses from this business. Between the bad initial interaction when calling (as a customer, asking to spend money there) and these replies, I think we'll stay far away from this place.I won't be surprised if there's a defensive, customer blaming response to this review, though, based on all the others here.
