Pharmacy staff is useless. They never know what’s going on. Totally unable to answer simple questions. I hear, I don’t know, to simple questions asked and have to ask them to look it up in the computer. I’ve never seen one staff member, including the pharmacists, ever smile or be cordial to any customer. It’s a shame. I wish my insurance allowed me to get Rxs filled at a different pharmacy, but I’m stuck with CVS. Store is really showing it’s age. If you need a CVS pharmacy, it’s worth the 4 mile drive down 19 to the MCandless store, that’s where I’ll be going.

Woman manager shut down self check out right in front of me over 20 min before store closing and proceeded to stand there screaming for the other employee to come check me out. UNBELIEVABLE AND UNACCEPTABLE MANAGEMENT...

I had issues with CVS pharmacy in NC and here is no better. Despite receiving texts that my prescriptions are ready, or calling it in and being told it is ready, I come to the pharmacy and they do not have the prescription filled. This has happened several times. I am transferring to a different pharmacy once I finally can get the refills I tried to pick up today. I rarely do these reviews but felt compelled to do this one.

Female pharmacist is very inexperienced and uninformed. She should not be treating human beings until remedial education is completed as to the proper administration of medications. As it stands now, she is very dangerous, putting people at risk. She is clueless about how treat children. She even went as far as risking injury to a small child by putting them on a swivel chair with wheels and encouraging swinging around.

This CVS is the worst I have ever been too. No one there has a clue as to what they are talking about. To the point that I would define them as liars. Stay away. In fact, to be safe, stay away from all CVS stores

Wouldn’t recommend. They try to cheat on you by filling less tablets than there are supposed be. I was there to fill my prescription which was supposed to be 30 tabs of medication. There were only 25 in the bottle. I had to drive back to claim. They didn’t apologize at all. Sloppy workers.

This store is the worst! Tried to call to ask if they had a product that I need, called and waited 20 minutes for the clerk to go and see if they had this product only to have another clerk get on and ask me what I was calling for when I explained she said well I don't know who you would have spoke with and said just a minute and 20 more minutes later I HUNG UP!!!!!!

Pharmacy is useless. Take lot of time on simple refill instructions. The new team lead who mostly talks from behind her computer is sort of haggling and unfriendly.

Drop off prescriptions here regularly, and they are filled quickly... havent had an issue with inattentive or rude staff. Much better experience than the Giant Eagle pharmacy down the road.
