We moved from Maryland to the Pittsburgh area three years ago & needed to find a veterinarian. We decided on Bradford Hills after speaking with staff & viewing the facility. We have been extremely satisfied with all the veterinarians, assistants, & front desk staff. Everyone is kind & welcoming & the veterinarians have taken care of our dog for sick & well visits. They are caring, knowledgeable, listen to our concerns & spend a lot of time explaining everything. We would highly recommend this practice-you won’t be disappointed!

Everyone from front desk to Vets atBradford hills Vet are so helpful as we have 3 Maltese’s that are at times in NJ and then here with me. Also a very small Maltese that had a serious issue and survived surgery and is happy and playful but needs special attention to spacing vaccines etc due to size and feeding challenges. We always have a great experience at Bradford Hills. The doctors take the time to explain everything and all staff members are patient and good about answering questions. Max was diagnosed with diabetes and started on insulin right away. I received two calls, over the weekend, to make sure he was doing OK with his first few doses. If only humans could get this level of care these days!

My shih tzu had a very stubborn ear infection, and Dr. Braun was amazing with him. She cleaned all the gunk out and treated both ears with a strong medication. They were so nice and informative! Plus, we were only in town for 1 day, and they got him right in. Highly recommend!

From welcome to check out, the entire experience is welcoming and calming in spite of our very active and loud puppies. The tech was excellent with the pups and had them distracted for a very smooth vaccine!

The veterinarians, veterinarian assistants and other workers at Bradford Hills Veterinary Hospital are kind, knowledgable, and helpful. They keep good track of pets' needs and offer reminders for vaccine renewals and appointments. The offices are clean and the people are friendly.

My dog has been sick and I was trying to find a vet to check her. My vet wasn’t in and it was impossible to get an appointment. They took me right an away at Bradford Hills Vet and are working on making my yorkie better. I was very impressed with the staff and the doctors, and to make a long story short, they are now my Vets for my 2 yorkies. Love them.

Maybe a long time frustrated pet owner? Spent over $2,300 to get dog's hair back from a nasty yeast infection. My dog was prescribed pills, monthly shots, mouse, medicated shampoo, special dog food and Yet..... My friend told me about an antifungal/antibacterial powder for about $12 and she finally looks like a ln Australian Shepherd, OLD but not looking like she had Mange.The last visit was similar. $53 for an eye swab? Same eye infection for the last 4-5 yrs but the swab was protocol. Protocol for another $53.I realize a veterinarian has HUGE college loans BUT some of the things I've been charged for I Feel have been excessive. Sadly the cost of animal care has EXPLODED beyond what's needed.

Carolyn, Dr. George, Stephanie, Chloe are phenomenal. I had a rush my dog to get seen and they took me in even when there was only 5 minutes left to their shift they went above and beyond to take care of my boy. I'm thankful that I was in good hands. I appreciate all they did for me today.

I love all of the doctors there and have a lot of faith in them and they truly care for our pets. I went to another vet for a while (due to location) but came back to BHV. They are the best.

I love the staff, they really are so helpful. I absolutely love Dr Braun, I trust her completely… she listens to all of my concerns and cares. Unfortunately, their pricing is out of control. It’s a shame because I don’t know how people can afford to keep their precious pets healthy. It should be mandatory that pricing of everything be discussed before each treatment or medication prescribed. My last visit was almost $500 and no testing was done. Medication cost was ridiculous! I love my dog and will continue to pay but it’s so sad to worry about affording care for your pet.

This was our 1st time there and they made us feel very welcome. Ginger was the dog who is seeing the doctor for the 1st time she was very nervous. The receptionist or veterinary technician she came over to get to know Ginger. After we waited for the Room to open, another assistant came in to take history of Ginger to better prepare for The Visit with veterinarian. Shortly after the doctor reviewed everything,asked questions and took very good care of Ginger during the examination process. She answered all our questions and offered alternatives. What a super place !

We appreciate this place because they’ve treated our beloved German Shepherd dog accurately, efficiently, and always informative when I needed answers or clarification. As a medical professional myself, I definitely appreciate that. Great patient care and vet doctors are compassionate. Happy to support this business and blessed that my dog is under amazing care when care is needed. Will recommend these folks to anyone! Pricing not bad...not cheap and not expensive.

All of our dogs are ( & have been) treated by the various members of BHVH. My family cannot say enough great things about this place. From the office staff, the techs, the grooming to the pet hotel; our animals are cared for as if they were the staff's own. Rory and Rosie (and our heavenly dogs) are forever grateful for this place and so are we.

Bradford Hills is excellent in every way. They are friendly, efficient, quick and most importantly terrific and loving with the animals. My dogs have mostly seen Dr. Bell. I can’t say enough positive things about him. One of my dogs is highly anxious and sensitive. Dr. Bell worked with us and my little guy is a new personality a few months later. So much happier and calmer! All the doctors and assistants have been terrific! And the groomer is AMAZING! It takes a long time to get in to see her because she does such an out of this world job! I wish she could style my hair!

BHVH's veterinarians help give us the best possible lives together with our dogs. Most interactions have been about healthy animals. We have also seen cancers, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, multiple ACL injuries, and the like. Through it all the vets, techs and staff have been supportive and very skilled. They have our trust.

Everyone that works here is so wonderful, Sweet, kind, caring and so loving!! I rescued a sweet boy and when they treated him, They were so patient with him and gave me all the information I needed to know to get him back healthy. and to understand some of the things that he was doing and how to stop it. Anything I would worry about they would call me back right away and then make the determination if he needed to be brought in for it. I recommend this place to any pet owner in need of a great place to take their pets!!
