Has a nice layout. Easy to get around. Most of the isles are not cluttered. The employees are friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh. The prepared foods in the deli section are excellent (at least the ones I have tried). Very convenient parking. Has public bathrooms that are clean. The girl in the Self Checkout is very friendly and helpful. She has a lot of patience.

Great fresh food/produce. They use Buy 2 get 3 free- pretty economical.They have a website you can get digital coupons, so you don't have to carry them.Many sales are BOGO which are great.If a sale says buy 10 for so much each, you only need to buy what you want, not 10.You have to watch the sales for comparative pricing, luke anywhere.Hard to figure savings, although the clerk tells you at the end. Tricky but comes out correct.

Insanely high priced! $6.99 for a 6 pack of pepsi? Went across the street and got for $2.50. Was there the first day of sale and already out of 2 items in the sale flyer. Asked about rain check and was told they don't do rain checks. Deli was out of white american cheese. This is the 2nd time that has happened that I know of. The newly hired associates seem very uninformed and are rude. Don't stock a lot of the old Big M favorites. Several people around town have been saying the same as me and a lot of us are traveling to the Big M in Osceola to get the regular shopping done.

Some positives, well stocked, nice selection, open early and close late...,however prices are higher than other local competition on many items I regularly buy and use and some very rude help. I guess when you have little to no competition you can be like this and remain in business, 🤔 usually places like this close rather quickly.

My son lives about 15 minutes from here. The store has a good variety of food. Has organic and GF products. Very friendly staff, and clean.

Great deals sometimes. BUT... They do jack up the "regular" price to make people think they're saving more than they are... You gotta calculate & know what the usual price is to know if it's a good deal.

I would really like to say that the employee that put the writing on my daughter's 16 birthday cake. She did a great job doing the writing. I hope you get more employee's in the future.

Always clean and well stocked all the employees are great people and if you need help finding something they stop what they are doing and walk and show you the one gal just had a baby and you should see that little rock star

Nice little store but they don't sell Corned beef??? Not in the deli or pre package case??? I need my Reubin sandwich you can't make a Reubin without Corned Beef! This is Pennsylvania! Corned Beef should be sold at every Grocery store especially in small towns! Now I have to drive to Walmart or another store to get what I want! If I drive 30 miles to Walmart I guess it makes sense to buy everything there since it's cheaper and I'm already there! Sorry Tops but unless you sell Corned Beef that's a deal breaker! I gave you 4 stars because it's a nice place to shop if you don't want certain items.

Quick spot stopped for lunch. The rotisserie chicken was the bomb as was the fresh produce for a great price. Cashier was nice too.

Exceptional neighborhood staff, many who have worked here for years! More than willing to aquire an item you may need if at all possible. Gas discounts with purchases.

The deli manager, Roxanne is the only problem in that store! I wouldn't work for her for all the money in the world. A boss shouldn't belittle employees...

A lot of variety of foods and other shelf items. Help always available to find items for sale. They'll track them down. Will tell u if not on sale anymore or if they have extra stock in back

The selection is good. Sales are good. Prices are high if you don't buy on sale. Registers are crowded and at times miss that hometown feeling.

The pricing is compared to Macy's for our area very expensive as I talk to employees in Wellsville New York and also in Westfield Pennsylvania our area is a poor community very strongly disagree with corporate tops

Not very friendly management, limited stock, replacing name brands with Tops brands. Shop there very seldom.
