Like Sam's even more than Costco. Not as busy, prefer their pizza and ice cream in their café. Nice and affordable car washes. Also love their custom service and choice of products.

Curbside delivery booked for a 1-2 PM time slot. Order still not ready by 2 PM. I also tried calling the Club to ask for an update on order progress and no answer or way to get through to anyone at all, let alone anyone in the curbside department. At 4:08 PM I am informed the order is finally ready for pickup. Head to the club, park and enter my collection spot. I am now informed it will be 5-10 mins wait. Nearly a half hour later my order arrives to my vehicle. I get halfway home then decide to pull off and check on what was placed in my trunk. Charged for but missing two rotisserie chickens. Went back to the Club and managed to make it just minutes before 6 PM closing time and finally got the missing chickens. First and last time trying curbside here. Never again. Completely unacceptable.

Always treated very well here by the exceptionally friendly and polite staff, especially the greeters and receipt checkers. Our family shops here for bulk needs like toilet paper, cereal, eggs and milk, etc. and love the great prices. Sam’s prices are hard to beat though sometimes they are out-priced, but for convenience and selection, it’s hard to beat this place. The building always looks clean and well-lit as well.

What I really enjoy about this particular sams club is the employees here will really let you know how much you are annoying them. Checking out? The cashier will definitely sigh. Walking? That is pissing off someone I am sure and they will let you know. I have never gone in there and come out without receiving attitude. I laugh it off but no way ppl arent getting majorily pissed over this

Terrible customer service.. the lady who setting customer service she doesn’t allowed me to use my wife sams card. and i was returned from store. I bring my wife to add my name on his card .. after my wife was there she still treated/ or inquired like i am in court .. I never had like that experience in any store … my daughter is sick that day and my wife she is in home I need to do shopping same day I tried to explain that she doesn’t listen.. I had online access to that Sam’s account and payment card also under my name ..

What's going on with Curbside pickup lately?It used to be a great service. Now, you wait for over a half hour. If you have to eventually leave because nobody is bringing any orders out, they charge you for your order anyway. And I've had them actually give my order to the car beside me, and then charge me for my order as though they gave it to me. And then, when I tried to ask them about it, I was told my order would be ready in about a half hour and just to wait. But I had already been sitting there waiting for 20 minutes.

Wanted to purchase 10 x 14 Backyard Discovery wooden gazebo on display in West Mifflin store only to find its not available at the store. But it can be shipped for an additional $300. Booo. And Boooo some more. Bad deal!!!

Used curb pick up. They had our order a bit messed up. Waited for 35 minutes for it to get sorted. The employee was very kind and helpful. But Walmart is way faster and more efficient in their car park pickup services. Sam’s club is owned by Walmart? They need to adopt the Walmart model and get rid of what ever they are currently using. Always a wait for orders here at this location.

Scan and go food court only? Horrible. Like, we in a rush and others like my father would not be able to work the app. I'm sure your losing money with this Nonsense . Make it optional . 5 star for the gas prices though.

I like the store but it can get crowded on the weekends. Would benefit from a few more self checkout spots. I like to compare prices and have noticed that certain things can be found cheaper elsewhere, but overall, most prices are pretty good, and you can definitely save some money, depending on what you need.

Great for bulk food shopping and finding unique and rare items. Also, with a membership you can shop for food, get glasses, get auto repair and get gas at the same location. I like the clothes and the bulk snacks at Sam's club. However, because membership is not cheap, make sure you are going to Sam's club on a regular basis before you get membership. Also, this store doesn't offer the best selection. The sam's club at Robinson Mall area offers way more selections. I saw a lot of stuff there that this store doesn't sell, for instance certain brands of snacks and drinks.

The passed 3 times I've gotten a rotisserie chicken here they haven't been thoroughly cooked. Normally I'm not the type of person to complain but this time it's particularly bad.. so buyer beware!

Wow, I was expecting that they would at least keep their doors open until 8 o'clock. Not lock them ten minutes early. A store that you pay to shop at should stay open until the listed hours.

I was in line for so long and the young black girl on the register needed help and all the white managers was in a group laughing and talking. This makes me not want to shop here is looks likes there is some racism going on

It's really stupid that you decided to stop taking card at the register for the cafe. Everyone does not carry cash on them and everyone does not have the app on their phone.I do not see the point of not taking it at the register. Just stupid.

I was here for a couple years now and I went there tonight the cafe was pizza less with 15 mins to be open and when I asked for manger she was rude said they were too busy and so I went to cancel membership and am reporting this to Corporate and I am going to Costco To join I MAY EVEN REPORT THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BORO

I really like this place. The workers are very kind and always smiling. We stop here at least one or two times per month to pick up supplies for work and things for home. I really like the seasonal items from the clothes to the supplies. There is always a lot of items there to pick from. Cannot remember the last time we went to get something and there was nothing in stock. If you are a regular shopper here I would definitely recommend getting the scan and go app. I wish all stores had this option setup so that all you had to do was scan items in your cart and pay though an app then just walk out of the store. I'm guessing the only reason why stores don't all allow this is due to theft issues. Sams always has door people and people to greet you so they can keep an eye on items getting out of the store. Another thing we like about our location is that they will periodically do cookout days especially on the weekends when the weather is nice. They will setup a tent outside and grill food like hamburgers, hotdogs and sandwiches with pop. It's a great snack or light meal either before or after a shopping session. So if your looking for a membership club this is the place to join. Btw... take a look at this chocolate cake. Their bakers and deli area is great too and there's always something for a quick party or get together!

This is a great place to get some boring food ingredients, gas and essential home supplies. Their scan and go app is convenient.My membership was free, so it was worth it.

Shelves or well-stocked and they are always getting in new products. Employees are really great if you can't find something they go with you and help you find it. Lots of products with price deductions. Outside of the entrance is a Amerigas propane tank exchange. It is open 24 hrs. You don't need a membership card, just a bank card.

Typical Sam's Club. One is pretty much like the other.Good deals and a wide variety of products for sale. Some days, there's a soft pretzel truck near the entrance. Auntie Annie's brand, I do believe.In/out of the parking lot is fairly easy. Recommended.

Nice, clean store. I dont like the sample machines making you watch an ad before you get your sample, but it is what it isThey also dont have a few miscellaneous items that we used to get there. Maybe they are able to be ordered online but who knows
