This is my favorite Ross in Pittsburgh. The store is like a warehouse and has so many options. Electronics, toys,health &beauty, pets,housewares, bed&bath, shoes, men's, women's, kids, lingerie, and plus size departments. Help seems to be hard to find, but the deals are worth the wait in line.

Great finds and good prices in the men's dept, carpet and household depts. Love their selections. I have gotten so many wonderful items.

When buying pants, check to see if they are deep enough. That is often one of the irregularities in the clothes they sell. Losing your keys, credit card or Access card or anything important because pockets are too shallow is not smart. Long waiting in line is the norm. Some positive things about it too

I'd like to praise an employee by the name of Carol that worked around 7:30pm on 02-25-2022. Her customer service is out of this world! She was extremely helpful to my husband and I. Hoping a manager sees this and rewards her, handsomely. Bless you, Miss Carol! I'd also like to recognize the employee that greeted me and offered me the motorized scooter upon seeing my impaired walking. I didn't catch her name, but she was very polite. Great crew this evening!

I shop at this store. Often and Iam always. Happy. With. My experience but. Today had. To return three items from a hundred dollar. Shopping. Trip. Two weeks ago had my reciept and cahier. Gave. Me a hard time. About a tee. Shirt with. Tags. On it saying it was. Worn I said. No the tags are on it then. She. Said two. Other. Items. Had. No tags. I show. Her. The. Price tags on. Both she. Wasn't. Going. To refund anything another. Lady named. Delores was. So. Nice said. It's right give her. Refund and as I was checking out after. Spending another. Fifty dollars this cashier made a rude comment about. My husband. Who was. Waiting in car. For me .Iam always. Nice and polite to everyone but this cashier is rude to . People.

Perfect place to find that cheap last minute outfit you only plan on wearing once or twice. They also have cheap school uniforms, perfect for those kids who always come home with mystery stains on their shirts, this way you can just buy more without breaking the bank. Cashier's are nice but very slow and the store is extremely dusty.

The prices are the best part about this store, even doe I dont shop their all like that. Some staff is really cool, and it's rarely busy. Sometime the place can be gross as hell, but I'll always come back when I need to grab some things.

I went in to use the bathroom. It's the best part. Prices on clothes and shoes are low but quality is pitiful. You can get other things like house decor which is similar to what the Family Dollar stores carry. There are small discounts on toiletries and laundry products which is helpful.

Love the deals and the merchandise..but the employees at this store are the absolute worst..I work in the area so I'm there at least weekly..each and every time there is a line if about 5 to 10 people & no other cashier to open up another register..why? Because they're all out front smoking & on their phones..literally 90% of the time I come here this is the issue...management blows..employees could careless..place is a joke as far as customer service...worst I've ever seen

After ignoring my mother an employee and her friends tried to instigate a fight because she wanted to make a return. I would avoid this place. There are a few good employees but mostly trash that will yell at and try to fight a 50+ year old woman.

Had an older woman follow me around store and that's fine if ur less obvious! Then she was so aggravated I watched her slamming the shoes around out the corner of my eye. Look, if u hate ur job and decide To passively aggressively harass folks just quit! Some nice customer rep is waiting to take ur place.

Brought a converter box from here. It was missing its remote. What department store makes you write down your address and I.D. number when making a return but refuses to see if all the parts are there to resell the item. And last year I got food from there that was moldy. Long story short, if your looking for descent electronics or food this is the wrong place. I live across from here and the only thing that changed was the employees.

I love this place. The clothing is excellent and it is very easy to find clothes that are not super tight if a person is interested in dressing in a way that doesn't look like they're wearing their underwear on the outside.

Good place for random nic Naks has alright deals. Can find steals most of the time. But with the dollar tree being just a walk away it's not worth it to really go unless you want cheap clothes. For Kenny wood or need something cheaper than knockoff items!

The majority of the staff, including managers, are incredibly rude. They dont care to answer any questions, yet alone tell you where an item is located. They walk away from you. I just called and was hung up on. I wont be going back. I dont know why upper management doesnt crack down on their terrible customer service.

I was in mine didnt mind waiting then got cashier with grey hair who was ignorant to me when i came in. I dont want to be waited on people like that waited for other cust go to her. Front end states sir go to her shes open. Yeah barely come in this store now make it far and few in between thankgod waterfront got ross's marshalls tj maxx better off there. Plus can find same items here at Dollar general and family dollar

I just called up there asking about a certain item which I now know they don't have. The lady who answered the phone was extremely bored and rude and quickly said no and then hung up on me. So screw that store and it's pathetic employees. Just because their days are bad doesn't mean they need to be mean to shoppers or callers.

Love roses wish they had a better online site. Also good place to pick up food items to. I would like to see more plus size clothes. Try it out good store.

Really afordable place. They have a lot of sales. The place has kids toys, clothes and shoes, home products, adults clothes and shoes, a small groceries department (dry food) and much more.
