The overall experience was good! The store was busy as was the checkout but by the time I needed to check out the wait was a few minutes!I needed only a pair of earrings! The selection was limited but it is after the holidays. The sale featured Buy one get one 1/2 off....I don't care for that deal (anytime) as there was only one I was able to purchase and many times that is the situation!!

i went to return a shirt. i was told to go and find a new shirt but it had to be the same brand and price. This was impossible to do. so I went back to the counter and the lady said " I will just give you store credit" Why wasn't that done in the first place? would have save me 20 minutes of my time. Time is valuable and I wasn't compensated for that.

I can always find what I need at Kohl's and our checkout person named Bill was friendly and helpful. He was a great asset to your store.

I received a coupon several days after placing my order online. I went into the store and the associate was very friendly and helpful to honor the coupon. She had to return and repurchase the items and she did it with a smile. I have been a Kohl's shopper for many years and they always honor the customer. Thanks Kohl's!

Went to Kohls just to browse. Got a few things and ended up in Sephora’s. Cynthia really helped me pick out makeup. She was patient showing me a variety and then letting me choose. I thought I then had to go up front to check out but she told me I could check out right there. (That was a relief). I will definitely go back for Cynthia’s help!!

The store itself is clean- disorganized and completely scattered in the children’s area. The prices are still way too high. $65 for a pair of jeans that are similar at Walmart and I can buy for half the price? Why would I spend my money here?

Khol’s is my favorite store especially during Christmas. I shop for my families gifts and always find what I am looking for. I love the discounts you receive in the mail. West Mifflin Store: Shout out to Derek the awesome manager and Sandy the angel cashier, great experience. Excellent service, unexpectedly fast check out considering the long line around the store. There was a "Karen" there, complaining and whining and then profusely apologized when she was at the register before she knew it. (My wife, and yes we are still married and I am still alive to write this review.) Kohls exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU KOHLS

I do not shop much at Kohl's. The store is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Merchandise is pretty much the same as other stores.

Was just at the century 3 location and I checked out on lane 1. The worker, younger African American woman, was so miserable and rude. I asked for a coupon because on all the signs around the store it said to ask the cashier and she got all aggravated with me and said I have to see if I have one. She was throwing stuff into the bag with annoyance and when leaving, I beeped going through metal detector. I went back and she was mad at me for her forgetting a security tag. Her whole attitude was awful and she should be reprimanded for having terrible customer service skills. I was very disappointed because I really like kohls overall.

Kohl's really needs to hire some employees. Walked thru entire store looking for employee for assistance & not one person on sales floor except at register. At one point I literally yelled out "is anyone here?". Crickets.

Wow, Kohl's has become very expensive. They pack as much as possible in that place. They do give Kohl's cash if you return something to Amazon, but I couldn't use it on anything I bought. You can't buy your dog a coat with that coupon. Ok, so I went to buy a Halloween blanket. Wait, that can't be used for this. I just have the coupon to a random person .
