Had 9 items. Sales associate double scanned some of my items and the system prompted him to where it said already scanned item. Manually entered it in. Something seemed off but checked receipt. 12 items scanned on receipt but I only purchased 9 items. Difference of $21 some odd dollars discrepancy. Didn’t catch it until I already left the building so didn’t even bother to go back in and try to argue I got double scanned. Just don’t be returning to this store. For the sake of future customers, educate the staff better.

I recently had an experience with the store manager at Goodwill, Ann. I found her to be dismissive and unhelpful (very dry and short with me) when I asked for help. It would have been great if she had been able to be more attentive and willing to assist, as she is a store manager. I also noticed her lack of compassion/bad treatment of her employees. She seemed very rude toward the other employees, and I was honestly baffled by her attitude. I hope this problem will be fixed for those employees. Everything else was fine, the store is very clean, probably the cleanest one I’ve been to. Just wanted to share my poor experience!!

I visited this Goodwill location recently for the first time. It is by far the nicest one I have been to. The store was clean and there is a large selection of different kinds of clothing, accessories, home goods, etc. Dru helped me at checkout and was an absolute gem to speak to while we removed the hangers from my items. I will absolutely be returning and I hope that I run into Dru again!

I used to look forward to coming to this store for various reasons — first of all, the staff is incredible and obviously care about their store. Items are visually arranged so nicely & even though I am not a regular here they always remember me when I get to stop once every month or so. I have a problem with one thing and one thing only — the growing trend I see is selling used vans shoes with no laces for $19.99 and up. A donated pair of shoes should never be more than $15 — to purchase vans laces you’re going to spend $10 and then you’re at the sale price of a new shoe. A vans shoe is not a designer!! I used to come home with so many items from this store however I notice the color tag of the week less and less on the racks… this is constructive criticism because I really think this store is great & doing everything else right. But I go out of my way to come here & I am finding I have less reasons to visit.

I did not know that it takes two cashiers to wrap glassware for one customer while my husband and I wait to be checked up along with other customers for 25 minutes in line. Not to add that there no carts left so my husband and I had to carry everything in our hands. There were multiple employees walking and talking around the store rather than opening the other two registers to assist the customers waiting. The two cashier men were quite rude staring and laughing at the line of customers.

The store is difficult to navigate. The shirts are all lumped together by size, it would be nice if they were at least broken out by short or long sleeve.

Nice selection, but overpriced. I couldn't find any pair of jeans for less than $20. I'd rather just go to the salvation army 2 minutes away.

There’s plenty of parking and it’s fairly clean. We saw some nicer brands on occasion like Sonoma, Steve Madden, and Calvin Klein.It has a rather… used smell throughout the store but I’m sure it’s not easy to keep a Goodwill scentless.

I love this goodwill great employees nice and clean and well organized. They had a nice clothing section and book selection I found a couple Stephen King books I was looking for I was excited. Employees were so helpful and they all had smiles on there faces like they enjoyed their job. It had a nice clean smell in the air not like other goodwills that smell like uncle joeys armpits after a 3 day Meth binge in Memphis! I will definitely return back! I travel around the US a lot this is one of the nicest goodwills I been into. If this review helped you please like!

At one time, this was a decent store for interesting items at extremely reasonable prices. The last several times that I visited this store, I noticed that the prices had increased. In my opinion, they should be GIVING these items away or burning them.

I went there for an interview and was told that I was "lazy" and that "I just didn't want to work" because I merely suggested that I couldn't work Saturdays and Sundays since I have my little brother since both of my parents work and we don't want strangers to watch him since he has downs syndrome and is non verbal so I'm sorry for seeming "lazy" for wanting to keep someone who can't fend for themselves safe.

Goodwill is a wasteful place. I showed up abiding by their guidelines of donations, and got told that I was not allowed to donate a wasteful company does not want to help environment by repurposing items. DO NOT SHOP

This store opened in November 2017, so it's a very new store. My husband and I walked in to check out what they have. They have a good selection of clothes. I was able to find shirts that fit me and for my occasion. They have a lot of clothes and shoes. The back section has shelves of miscellaneous stuff... not that impressive but let's hope as more people donate to this store they have more desirable items. This is a great location for a goodwill store, and I hope the people in the surrounding communities will donate what they have to this store, so that people that don't have much money can come here and buy what they need.

This West Mifflin Goodwill is one of the best stores I've been to in a long time. The staff is great, they are friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. The store is always clean and orderly and the prices can't be beat. It's a gem you really should look into. Enjoy!

The overwhelming scent of cherry air freshener knocks you off your feet when you walk in but the store is extremely neat, tidy, and well organized. One of the best I have been in actuality. I personally feel the prices a little high but it's a regional thing maybe. I will fenture back some day.

Love Goodwill. On Sundays..all things with the color of the week ( this week was blue tags) are 99 cents. Fun looking for items with this color of tags. Clothes that match. Some forever 21 tops included. Filled 3 bags plus a Christmas wreath for $25.00. Bought for winter. Great to buy thrift clothes. Save money and save clothes from the landfills. Totally green!!!

This Goodwill has actually become one of my favorite thrift stores around Pittsburgh. There's lots of "clothing waste" type stuff to pick through but in my opinion worth it, since I almost always find some really great items. Prices are good too and they have color coded sale days, etc.

Well laid out and clean, tags are color coded for price (no tag switching 👌) plus each color has a day of the week that it's 50% off and Sundays it's only 99c!Mostly clothes and glassware, slim pickings on toys/electronics/sports equipment. Not their fault as they have only what's been donated to them 🤷‍♂️.

This is one of the newer built Goodwill's around the city. Very nice inside and out. The staff are also pleasant and helpful if needed. The selection is pretty reasonable with a nice mix of the usual thrift store items. Definitely worth a stop!

The cashier denied me after I told him I had a medical condition. He was slurring his speech and in a laughing mood. Yet they take dirty clothes and sell them dirty? He was very rude after the fact that I told him I cannot wear a mask. I will not come back after this bad customer experience.

Pretty nice Goodwill. Not huge, but also far from the smallest one I’ve seen. It was pretty clean. Overall stock wasn’t very diverse, but they had a healthy amount of records to look through so it was worth the trip.

This store is very clean. Everything is priced, on hangers, and clean. They even have dressingrooms and bathrooms. I cant believe this one and the one in north versailles are the same company. Its night and day. Only negative thing was i found a portable d d player. I set it at the register and when i came back it was gone. So i was a little angry that the cashier didnt hold for me.

It has a little of everything. Not much furniture, but it super small so I get. Lots of jeans and shoes to pick from though.

New store among many grand openings in West Mifflin. Well organized and no strange smell. Doesn't have many antique goods like furniture. I think they are still growing.
