Poor customer service from pharmacist, prescription is never filled when sent. They also are always out of it, and never contact you about this. My prescription should have been filled over a week ago, no one ever told me it was unavailable. Then they changed the policy so certain prescriptions can’t be transferred. So now I have to take time out of my work day tomorrow to make my doctor call the same script to the giant eagle .5 miles away from this one! Looking into changing pharmacies now!

I will never recommend Giant Egle pharmacy, very unprofessional employee works here, I went a couple of times for a flu shoot they said their system not working or I needed to wait 2 hours.

False advertising. I went in to get a vaccination and they turned me away, because they are too busy filling prescriptions. They should change their website to allow appointments or provide specific vaccine hours.

Prescription is never ready and 80% of the time it is the brand name when my dr has noted generic and worker noted my account as generic only. Most employees are helpful and nice, but there is one youngish extremely rude check out girl. She gets an attitude and corrects me and then gets upset when I give it back. She should not be dealing with the public. I only use this pharmacy b/c it’s the cheapest with GoodRx. Sigh. Tired of waiting for my prescriptions every time I go in!

I wanted to thank Kristen and Wendy for going above and beyond yesterday. They truly understand what customer service is. They went of their way to help find a coupon for one my prescriptions. I really appreciate extra help that was extended to me. Thanks again !!

The pharmacy is run terrible.The contactless curb side pickup is pointless when they still make you come inside. The also have the pharmacy doors blocked off so you have to walk through the main entrance and through the crowded store to get to the pharmacy.Our doctor put in 2 prescriptions for my wife which the pharmacy changed just one of the prescriptions to my wifes maiden name, then told us the doctor only sent one becuase the other was under a different name. We had to have our insurance call them and straighten it out which took hours.Go to any other pharmacy.

Dropped off a script on Friday and was told it would not be in stock until Wednesday. I drive there on Thursday after work only to be told the script was still out of stock. Why didn’t you call and let me know? FAMOUS ANSWER: We left you a voicemail. They don’t even call. CVS filled it in 1 hour for $10. GE was charging me $50. High prices, waste of time, and lousy service.

Ive had a lot of insurance/payment information over the years, and sometimes it causes confusion in pharmacies!These guys have handled it great every time, no confusionAnd they even set my stuff to auto refill so I cant forget!

Horrendous customer service! Many workers and total chaos. Rude, unapologetic, and totally unprofessional. Honestly, they could learn about customer service from the Meat Dept. or other departments within the store. I will take my complaint (incident) to Corporate as this is supposed to be a valued dept within a store that is dealing with the health and wellness of people.

Tried for HOURS to get in touch with the pharmacy. Either the line would disconnect after being transferred from the menu, or after being on hold multiple times for over a half hour each time no one ever answers the phone in the pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy ever.. don't ever call in a refill and expect it to be done that day.. oh and don't call in a refill and just go pick it up because it probably won't be ready.. my advice either find another pharmacy or call before you waste your gas to make sure your scrip is there. All this frustration and all I take is Prilosec #ridiculous6months
