Horrible Service with an Attitude! Employees are unaware of their products and services. Don't tell them you are a Veteran then you are really going to get it! An unhelpful and big attitude is all your going to get. A great place to go when you are looking for someone with a Big Condescending Attitude. I will never walk into that store again. I am worried that I am going to walk out with an assault charge because it is that bad!

I bought a set of pillows here which I am really happy with as I am with other items I've purchased here. It's a nice and well organized store and well laid out. There is plenty of parking in the lot which is also very nice . Checkout was a breeze and the low prices are great! Highly recommend this store!

I like the newer layout of the store, but you can never be sure you'll find what you're looking for. That's the nature of a store like Big Lots. Outside of that, they sell a little bit of everything.

Normally I have great experiences at big lots but not with the furniture department, had to wait over 20 minutes for a salesman to help us out and then not to have the furniture we wanted that was on display, a waste of my time. Can't even order it til May .

Went to Big Lots in West Mifflin to check a price on some bed room furniture and could not find a manger to assist despite making two requests in half an our time. Decided to just purchase a shower curtain instead. Thank God for the friendly young man at the cash register or this would definitely be one star. He was attentive an offered to get help and even apologized for the lack of service.

I once loved Big Lots and shopped there all the time. It was a great place to get discontinued items at a low price. Over the last year or two their pricing is almost like a department store. I quit going there.

Haven't been to this Big Lot for awhile. I still like it, Christmas sale area was a little junky but otherwise it's still a nice place to shop. Prices are always just right.

They have a little bit of everything and have a lot of great sales. Make sure to sign up for biglots rewards & they will send you 20% off coupons for certain times of the year. That's when I stock up!

Not a lot of choices. They are a lot of good things for discount for Christmas and that was good. I also bought Christmas decorations ahead of time and they were reasonable. Things are evenly priced I guess just not a lot of selection. That's okay I definitely would go again. It's just one place I don't really think about going to it's not on my radar.

I was surprised with how much furniture they sell here. The store seems cleaner and better stocked than in the past. There are sales associates available (someone broke a glass Xmas item, and it took almost no time to find someone to help clean it up), but they are not so attentive you feel stalked. It's a decent discount place to shop.

As soon as my family and I walked into the store we were immediately impressed with how open, clean and well organized it looked. Very nice improvement. Saw staff stocking all over the store. Pleasant experience and plan to return soon. Only area that seemed somewhat hazardous was the marked down items. This is reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Donna was very rude. Only people in the store and I had my arms filled with stuff and my girlfriend did also and she made us walk all around to walk through the aisle they had set up to get to the registers instead of letting us walk straight to the register and was being very rude about the whole thing. I do not appreciate that type of service what so ever. Especially since I am a general manager of a business that concentrates on good customer service. (Made us walk back through after already being at the register also and refused to wait on me will I walked back) just a very rude person

This Big Lots is the cleanest, most organized store that I have been to in years. The staff was sparse but I had no trouble getting my questions answered quickly and correctly. Be sure to stop into the Big Lots in West Mifflin next time you are on the area looking for deals. This place cant be beat!

Place should be shut down. Display furniture on the floor as on sale but they tell you they are unavailable, can not be ordered and wont sell floor model. I might be wrong but that is not only false advertising but misrepresentation. Im going to be sure to check into it. By the way, there was another customer there that the same thing happened to him but with another set. Employee could've cared less. I plan on pursuing action.

They have changed their business model a ton. They put a lot of emphasis on their furniture sales, but I miss being able to walk into big lots and find different deals that I can’t get elsewhere. Kinda like a “junk” store. But I still love it here

employees are nice, very helpful. just the other day we were looking at furniture and a woman came over to help us, we were only looking at the furniture we werent ready to buy at that time. but one nice thing that she said was in acouple of weeks they are having the 20% off sale and that would include the furniture that we were very interested in. that was very nice of her to mention it. i really like big lots for alot of things and know other people who shop there to but a another location closer to there home.thank you

I always find what I'm looking for and some things I can't find at other stores. It helps that after 3 visits you get emailed a 20% discount to use on your next visit. Very satisfied consumer.

I was in the store at 1pm today 11/18. There was a line for checkout.. there’s was a man checking out no mask.. when he got to the cashier he was eating something.. touching his nose .. no mask.. used their pin pad .. the pin pad was never wiped for the next lady in line.. when it was my turn.. told the cashier I preferred to go to the other cashier because of the above issues.. she said I’ll wipe it down for you.. meanwhile another customer had used it & she wouldn’t have wiped it down if I wouldn’t have e said anything.. we are in a pandemic.. the mask rule should be enforced & things like pin pads wiped down!!! I will think long & hard about going back because they are not safe!!!
