Dr. Beck and her team are absolutely amazing!! I brought my 10 year old kid in here on an emergency visit (he had a hole in his cheek from fighting) and she calmed the birth of us down. I can't thank the hospital enough for all they did for him and he's doing so much better now!

I can't even describe my appointment today. Dr Beck and Laura were no longer there. I drive out of my way because they were so awesome. Needed a prescription refill but told I needed to come in for physical since it's been over year since a physical exam. Technician comes in the exam room chomping on huge wad of gum. Reads records with me. I express my concern about medicine (steroid) and ask about getting blood work done. Technician leaves room. Consults with "doctor" who says it's a good idea. They take my girl for blood work. I hear her meowing like crazy. They bring her back in exam room. They are done. I can leave.I said "Aren't you going to give her a physical? " Long story short after all their excuses, no. But they charged me for one. I disputed at front desk. They acted like they gave her one. I've been going here for years. I know what a physical consists of. Told me they would have bloodwork back in 30 minutes and would call with results and let me know about prescription. Well, 10 hours later, never heard a word. My girl still does not have her medicine she needs. I am beyond disgusted with these ya who's running this practice now. Will be disputing the $390.00 charge on my cc if they don't make this right. Looking for a new vet.

Dr Beck is a wonderful vet. Over the years before I found this practice I had gone to several vets who supposedly worked with rabbits. I found Dr Beck's name on the House Rabbit Society website and was so impressed with the difference. She is extremely knowledgeable and loving towards my bunnies. She works with me since I live an hour away and will call in prescriptions or teach me how to do different medical tasks at home when needed. I recently had to have my 8 year old rabbit put to sleep. As crazy as it sounds, I could not have asked for a better visit during a difficult time. She was so loving and compassionate, shedding tears along with me. She explained everything, answered my questions, helped me to feel comfortable with my decision, and make my rabbit comfortable. Dr Beck hugged me as I left, which was more than I got from the family member who came along with me. I appreciated that I did not have to pay my bill on the day I put my beloved pet to sleep but was told it would be mailed to me. I would highly recommend Dr Beck to any pet owners, especially those with rabbits. She's the best!

We have been taking our rabbits to Dr. Beck since our rescue recommended her, and she is just wonderful. She thoroughly checks our buns and truly understands the nuances that many vets would easily overlook. It is obvious that she truly cares about the welfare of our sweet little family members!

Was nervous about finding good care for our rabbit after relocating to the area and we're so glad we found Penn Animal Hospital. It's not easy to find a team that is so knowledgeable and has experience caring for rabbits. Extremely nice staff, accommodating, and an incredible value for top notch care. We also boarded our rabbit with them for a couple weeks while we were on vacation. They sent us updates and pictures of our rabbit having a great time. We highly recommend Penn Animal Hospital!

I don't know the circumstances for those 2 outdated negative reviews but I've been a regular patient at Penn for 16 years + and I have NEVER found any of the receptionists to be rude or curt! While their personalities differ, the 2 primary ones are/were great, organized and knowledgable. As for the staff, they have been nothing short of friendly, kind and loving to ALL my pets who have ever been patients. Debbie Beck Ross, primary vet and owner, has consistently been thorough, thoughtful and on top of things. She knows when to refer and has always been fair. They have a pharmacy right next door and have always been quite accommodating.

The best vet ever!! Me and my lil one have been to about 3 other vets in our 13 years together. Penn is the only place that I would ever recommend! The Dr is super knowledgeable, talks with you/listens and takes excellent care of your lil one. They are super good with animals too that can be a lil aggressive, like mine is. They just hold her and talk to her, keeping her calm. Awesome!!! :)

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. Our sphynx cat has been really sick for months and the vet we used to take him to wasn’t doing anything to help him. We took him here and they were soooo nice and informative and helped us figure out what was wrong with him and spent so much time talking to my boyfriend about what his problems actually were. Within 2 weeks our little guy had gained back 25% of his weight and is doing amazing! They saved his life and I will be forever grateful!

We have a rescue pet with some issues. He's a sweet boy and he just shakes when he has to go to the vet. EVERYONE in that office from the receptionist to the techs, to the vets have been fantastic with him. The offices are clean, appts. run on time, and getting your prescriptions couldn't be easier. We would recommend this office to anyone!!!

Murphy gets so excited when he knows he is going to the vet's. He beats me to their door every time we go. Dr Beck and her whole staff know what they are doing. I will never take my Pitbull anywhere else. When he stays at their kennel for a few days I always worry he won't want to come home.

Do not give your email to this place. They hound you with BS. My dog died 5 years ago I ask the multiple times to remove my email address. It hurt me everytime as it reminds me of her horrible death. To this day I have recieve . Email. Now coming daily. I would never use a vet the disregards a simple request.

Penn Animal Hospital was always great with my cats.They be on the higher side of price but they do a wonderful job.I never had negative thing about them until one day my cat was not walking correctly so I called about it and they said that thre vet is leaving to pick her kid up at the bus and be up here fast if you want to be here.They never gave me a emergency number to call so with my cat being that bad I told them off and went elsewhere because of that.sadly the cat had to be put to sleep.I would give them a 5 star if it wasn't for that manner that day.My cat went elsewhere right after that.
