I have taken my 10 pound Maltese Shih Tzu mix to Carolyn for about 6 years and my baby always looks perfect. She keeps note of what clients like but always makes sure to ask in case they want something different. Definitely recommend.

I was really worried about leaving my 5.5 month old puppy with her for a bath and nail trim, as he is a really anxious and hard to handle drama queen. I thought for sure that she would have to muzzle him, but nope, she didn't. He came out looking and smelling great! I highly recommend Carolyn. She's so confident and professional...and she actually answers the phone when called. Just a great experience!

Our one year old Havanese had a wonderful grooming experience yesterday at Carolyn's. When we picked her up she was happy, her coat looked better than we have ever seen it, and the cut the best she has ever had. Everything is cut evenly in each area and an excellent job was done with trimmimg her nails and the hair on her pads. In addition, they were able to groom the same day I called, I only had to leave her for 2 hours, and the pricing is very reasonable! We are very happy with the whole experience and quality of cut!
