There is just something about walking up to a giant ice cream cone building to order a cone of soft ice cream!! I live the seasonal flavor changes and never miss the pumpkin in Fall 🧡

Excellent soft serve ice cream served out of an iconic " Ice Cream Cone" Standard chocolate and vanilla but also raspberry and pumpkin. Yhere are a lot of other options, like sundaes, etc., but to me, the soft serve is so good I never order anything else! Be prepared to wait on a hot, sunny day.

I got a black raspberry milkshake and it tasted AMAZING!!! But, my only issue with the milkshake is the size. I got the large and it’s only about as big as a normal small milkshake, which is sad, specially when you consider the price. This milkshake costs $5! So, that’s why I’m giving this place 4 of 5 stars and not 5.

Their soft-serve is some of the best I had and their prices are not outrageous. The place has plenty of outdoor seating. I subtracted one star because I think the place is in need of a little TLC to clean-up some areas and make some repairs.

Thirteen dollars for one sundae and a gelati. The banana gelati had zero taste of banana to it. I asked for a lid to take it home, and was offered a soda lid for the gelati... if I even wanted to give it a shot later on, I now couldn't because the proper lids were either not carried or offered. The wait is too long, especially when you can seen teens hanging out in the back- doing nothing. I truly wish I stopped at a Rita's or Dairy Queen, and I always want to spend money at/and promote small business, but this was garbage.

If you are looking for a nice family oriented place to eat some ice cream then this is the place. Outside seating adds to the fun summer experience and the staff makes you feel right at home. I tried the twisties brownie treat and it was better then any "Blizzard" I ever had from "you know where". So support your local shop and get you some wonderful ice cream from some wonderful people.

Ice cream is great. If you love "Roadside America", quirky little places, this is it. Definitely take the little ones. My granddaughters loved it!

The best soft ice cream! Seasonal flavors are made with fresh local fruits. The peach is simply wonderful. The soft ice cream is so creamy and delicious. You can tell that the best ingredients are used. They also serve traditional "hard" ice cream as well, and it is wonderful. There are a variety of waffle cones, as well as sugar cones and dishes.Want something a bit different? There's plenty of options to choose from, from sundaes and shakes to ices and other frosty treats. The portions are a bit on the generous side, so be aware of that when ordering. They do have a child's size serving, which is smaller than the small cone size, and that's a great size if you only want a little ice cream. There's a play area for the kids and plenty of outside seating, as well as some covered seating. There is also plenty of parking. The building is shaped like an ice cream cone. Kitchy and fun. It's an iconic local building. Also, the staff works really hard and are always pleasant. It can get busy in the evenings, so be prepared to wait a little. I guarantee the wait is worth it.Definitely worth the trip.

They offer a lot of different options for a soft serve place. I wish the menu was easier to read as I found two or three different things I'd have rather had while eating my chocolate marshmallow twist cone. Check out the different cone options. It's a fun place for the kids and the ice cream is good, but it is pricey for what you get.

We love the cone! Great selection of hard and soft ice cream with large menu of sundaes and treats. And did I mention its served out of a GIANT ICE CREAM CONE?!? The space surrounding is filled with a wooden train, horse and buggy, picnic checkers boards, and lots of toys to keep the kids busy while parents can relax in the gazebo or at one of the many tables around. Ps. Try the superman ice cream, it's the best!

Ice cream selection and taste is really good. Prices are good and location is very easy to see and has ample parking. Nice area to sit and hang out while you eat. They could use more help to speed up ordering.

I don’t have strong feelings about the Cone one way or the other. My kids love the ice cream and different items to play on. The building is neat, and the Amish buggy is interesting. The noise and exhaust from the traffic on Penn Ave kind of put a damper on the ambience. The prices seem on a par with other ice cream places.

Delicious. Beautiful grounds. Great variety of ice cream and snacks. Can get very busy and slow in the late afternoon/evening and on hot days. Vanilla Ice cream had thawed and refrozen a few times. You could tell by the taste. New ownership. Sad.

Fun place for a quick treat for the family. Plus it's a GIANT ICE CREAM CONE!! The menu can be a bit confusing, but just tell them what you want and you'll probably get it. Prices are on par with any other similar place. Plenty of parking and a play area for smaller kids.

Hershey Ice Cream as well as flavored soft serve. They also have a cute caboose themed food stand. Children's play area, clean friendly service. They accept credit cards and offer a "doggie sundae" which is Saffron approved!

A detour off of 78 took us here. Great place to take a break with an outdoor play area for kids. Even the little tables are fun for kids. And there's a life sized horse statue with a real Amish buggy. There is even a restroom with changing table. Good slushes and ice cream. Good prices.

I tried this place yesterday for the first time. As I walked up to the counter I felt the place looked run down. I got to the window and the menu was overwhelming and not to easy to understand . I made my order for two large waffle cones asking for one to be chocolate covered and one not. The price was over $11 for just two cones!!! I was in shock .. I received my cones and neither had chocolate on the cone so I went back to the ordering window and I could not get their attention. People is you are going to spend this kind of money on soft serv ice cream go to Fox Meadows. Their ice cream is true " homemade " ice cream for less...

the owner is very immature and rude. i’m a former employee. even though i’m not working there anymore, he still continues to talk about me to my boyfriend, who is also an employee there, in a rude manner. i am 15 years old and the fact he is talking about me after months is beyond me. he also had said i was “banned” from the cone which makes no sense at all because all i did was quit. before i had quit he listened to me and my boyfriend’s conversation on the cone cameras…which is weird and very unprofessional. i don’t recommend letting your child work here, especially if it’s their first job

Overall a great experience for the whole family. Cost is comparative to Dairy Queen, but they offer gluten free cones as well as plenty of play things for the wee ones.

I will not be returning to the cone for ice cream. 👎We were charged over eight dollars for a small size cone of mixed soft serve & a small scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone with sprinkles! For eight dollars I could have purchased 4 half gallons of my favorite Turkey Hill ice cream at Dutchway this week!
