I only stopped in for a cold to go drink because it was warm out and I was waiting for a very late bus in front of the Diner. I don't know the name of the young lady behind the counter, but she is always cheerful and friendly. She actually gave me my drink from free. Still tipped her enough to cover cost of drink. Hope she stays there for a long time. I know of alot of other diners where the server's are just rude and mean. Keep up the great customer service.

Went to breakfast with grandson. Friendly staff. Surprised by the size of the kids breakfast. Overheard the table next to us who complained about everything from the service to the people who next near them (including us) who were too close. The staff remained friendly, professional and replaced their food again. Our food was perfect. Pleasant place to eat and enjoy the day.

My first time at the restaurant. Poor customer service. Got snide remarks about decorations falling off like we did it and on purpose. The "manager" on duty was loud and gossiping with associates instead of greeting us. Took 10 mins before we were greeted. Had to ask for utensils and napkins. Also had to ask for a drink refill.Other staff was yelling across the floor for someone to teach new server how to make a milkshake. Person at register stating she need change but didn't know if it was dimes or nickles she did not know the difference. The food was good which saved the experience. I would not recommend this place. So unprofessional.

Incredible! We’ve been looking for a diner to call “our spot” for a few years since moving to Pa. Thank goodness we stumbled upon this gem! What a wonderful experience from start to finish. ❤️ Clean, lovely staff, great variety of food without being overwhelming. So excited to go again!

Great servers! Went for midweek breakfast with 2 others & had the coffee, tea and juice on our table within minutes of sitting down. The 2-2-2 breakfast is a great deal & the plate is filled. Everything came out as ordered, hot and tasted fresh, not greasy or salty.This is a go-to place for our social breakfast meet-ups - even though it is not very close to where we all live - because it's dependable good food and service at a reasonable price in a clean, bright, upbeat atmosphere.Parking: The lot is with wide aisles, so cars are not jammed tight, and there's extra room & visibility to maneuver cars in and out.

Best diner in Berks County! The breakfast was delicious! The waitress was amazing and service super fast. We had the breakfast special. Take time out of your busy schedule to enjoy a perfect breakfast on a beautiful large white plate. You won’t be disappointed !

Un organized, not ready for a rush for meals. Came in first started sitting regular customers before me and my 2 children. Food is ok but not worth the disrespect.Gave them a second try. Was hoping the first time was a fluke. Gat sat down this time. We have now been waiting for over 15 min to get our drink orders taken. I heard they have ok food. Server finaly came after noticeing us. No one told her we were sat here. Let's see if the food is worth the trouble

Lovely wait staff, a husband and wife team waited on us. We were three of us at the height of lunch hour and still had prompt attention and seating.My tuna croissant was delicious. My first time here and I will definitely be back! Really enjoyed our waiter. Forgive me, I forget your name but your beautiful wife works there also. It was a pleasure meeting both of you!This place is also clean! Thank you for a pleasant Sunday afternoon lunch.

I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries, I added mayo and ketchup and was satisfied with the outcome lol. I would definitely consider stopping by again if I'm in the area. There weren't too many customers at the moment and that might of contributed to how cold it felt inside while eating at the counter .Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Yes there are options for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Very simple breakfast food order took over 30 minutes. Came out cold. Was the worst meal we've ever had at a dinner. The bacon is cooked in the morning and heated up throughout the day which made it rubbery . The eggs tasted like they were made in the microwave. My wife didn't even touch the food. It's a shame because the waitress was nice .
