sometimes when I go into this Family dollar, things are unorganized, unfocused and slow…Not today, the Front register worker (Dani, or Danielle i forget) was very friendly, and She paid attention to a slow to work security tag, the other worker in the store was friendly. The place was clean and the shelves looked maintained. After tonight my opinion on that Family Dollar has improved

Was told to leave my bag at the counter. told them they could look in it when I left the store.Wasn't good enough had to leave it at the counter didn't feel comfortable because half the time they are not at the counterI want to know the difference if I bring my bag in because I was riding the busBut a woman doesn't have to leave her bag at the counter im not 13 im a 44 year old adult

I was in Wernersville. I frequent other Family Dollar Stores. This one had cleaning supplies in stock. But personal items not so much. Just never know. I'm thankful I can just hop to another store in the area. FYI - the cashier was super fast, efficient, and pleasant. I love it when they rock at their job!!👍Update: 1 year later 2023.Womelsdorf store closed, so this would be my go to. After a few visits...new faces, low stock on items I usually buy, new coolers and freezers. A few months later damaged coolers, ugly mess, place seems disorganized. Notice a lot of price increases. Eventually I'm lucky to pick up anything, not even a bottle of a few favorite drinks because the displays are low or empty. My last visit, 3 employees, the store looked more disorganized then I have ever seen. Though the cashier was very engaging and polite, I won't be back. Just disappointed!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, I'm told to hurry up at the cash register because "She's getting a line" and then giving me an annoyed look, tapping her fingers. Very disrespectful. I don't know how this person is still working there. Very poor customer service. And, they are not following CDC guidelines and do not wear masks. After tonight, I definitely won't be returning to this store.

Love this store because it will save you money, window cleaner CHEAP, bathroom tissues CHEAP, cell phone charging cords CHEAP. and a lot of groceries yes CHEAP. you have to go there. and the checkout clerks are cool
