We had Signature Pond and Patio install waterfalls and a pond in our backyard and are extremely happy with the results. The workmanship is excellent. The rockwork they did is amazing, and it all looks so natural, just as if nature had designed it. Stanley, Lydia, and the crew are real quality people who we immediately knew could be trusted to do what they promised. They are very attentive to every detail and just as helpful after completion of the project. We highly recommend them!

BEWARE…. I just wanted to say this store doesn’t cater to the little guy, because I didn’t spend 400.00 on a pump and instead bought a lower price pump. The “ Guy” owner or whoever he was said this pump would do the job! I have limited knowledge so I trusted his word. He was out to make a quick Buck as far as I was concerned. The store has a Very small inventory of pumps filters & accessories, .pictures of store are very deceiving Just a “front” for more expensive elaborate pond landscaping! Be careful of the pumps he sells, the “New” pump that I bought was still wet from a previous RETURN, the young lady said we don’t take returns of pumps, then she said I can check my store returns!! Hmmm sounds like double talk to me. I tried to explain that pump I bought 2 days ago wasn’t big enough to pump water in my small pond. She gave me an option of hooking up two of the same size pumps and they would give me 10% off, so you are telling me to spend another 100.00 on the same size pump where the larger size is only 50.00 more. That doesn’t make much sense at all.Oh Amazon sells the same pump for 20.00 less. Highly overpriced products and very unprofessional. I will not recommend this business to any one even if they had 25,000.00 to spend on an elaborate pond set up.

Had Signature build us a pond about 5 years ago which came out nice . The issue I had was that I was never told that the pump needed an annual oil change nor did they leave me with any manuals that would indicate that. Now I am out $600 because my pump failed due to the oil was never changed. Please let your future customers know that the pump does require maintenance.

Working with Stanley, Lydia, and their friendly, skilled crew at Signature Pond and Patio was a fantastic experience in all respects, from the planning stage to the finished product. Stanley designed just what we wanted, and the crew was meticulous in bringing the plan to life, in cleaning up, and in teaching us how to take care of everything. Our waterfall is simply wonderful -- the sound, the natural look, and the ambiance it creates have changed the entire atmosphere of our back yard. We are so pleased!!

I had a faulty waterfall and pond and asked for Signature Pond to help correct the situation. Not only did they respond quickly but the end product was and remains beautiful.The ease of working with the company and their responsive nature are a true testament to their professionalism.

Not Wheelchair AccessibleI found this amazing place last year. My boyfriend and I are looking into adding a pond at his house, so we went there this morning. He uses a wheelchair to get around.It was a very disappointing trip because the store is not wheelchair accessible. It could be, but the accessible entrance is blocked with merchandise and the entrance the owners have chosen to use has steps.There is also a large, beautiful pond behind the store, but there are steps going down from the front. We went around the back where there are no steps and asked if that gate could be unlocked. The worker there tried, but was not able to find the key to that entrance.Obviously, the people who own this store want to do business with able-bodied customers.

$350 minimum service call fee that covers only transportation to your residence and 0.5 hours of work is highway robbery.
