Forry’s Drive-In is a very popular place on the southern side of Pinchot Park Lake. Parking gets tight when it’s busy. Once it gets hot in the summer, they have a terrible hornet problem at their picnic tables which makes it difficult to eat there; we usually have to eat in our car. The food and ice cream treats are always good and reasonably priced.

The milkshake was delicious and I would definitely go back just for that. I’m somewhat picky about my meat and cheeseburgers so I didnt particularly care for it. The french fries were hot and crispy. Prices were decent.

Forry's is the best! The food is absolutely delicious. The cheeseburger sub is arguably the best around. Definitely, sit out back in the grass on the picnic tables. You can't come to Forry's without getting some ice cream, though. It's the best! All the soft serve flavors are fantastic.They don't make restaurants like Forry's anymore, that's for sure.

Classic place. Friendly staff, very country atmosphere. We got Forry's mixes (like a blizzard - ice cream with bits of candy or cookie in it). Generous servings, but we found them a bit overly sweet (especially the cheesecake ice cream which tasted like cake icing!).The raspberry ice cream was really good.Worth a visit.

We were not happy with the food. The burgers looked faked (very pale and looked rubbery), the 7 oz haddock fillet was a small, not 7oz, piece of fish in over fried breading that was bigger than the meat. The pizza party sub was just not well put together and didn't taste very good. But the fries werent bad and the ice cream was great. So, we will not be getting food there again, but would go back for ice cream.

Delicious ice cream! I got the peanut butter milkshake. The staff is super kind. I asked how long it would take to make a turkey sub, they said 5 minutes and they were correct. Really great prices and super affordable. They’re really on to something here.

Great ice cream. I choose a peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter, it was great! Tried some of the other choices and they were ok (banana split and chocolate). Unfortunately, did not know that they close their grill earlier than they close. Recommend they add hours for overall and then also grill etc..

I was so worried when this place was sold awhile back. But it kept its original lure thank goodness. Great food with an old time atmosphere. And not to mention the icecream is amazing! This place is great for campers not wanting to cook or for a quick cold treat after hiking the trails around pinchot lake.

Me and my wife found this place and tried it, and we loved it. However on our 4th visit in a week, (because the food was good and it's the closest restaurant to Gifford Pinchott State Park) I was not given a receipt and when I asked for one they made me feel like an idiot. Even after telling them previously that I travel 100% for work and that I needed a receipt for tax purposes. Didn't go back for the remaining 2 weeks I stayed in the area

Fantastic Burgers and Shakes. We got ours and went to Warrington Township Municipal Park since Pinchot lake was so busy. The girl at the window was so nice and our order came out quickly even though they were very busy.

Sadly this place closes Sept 17 so you'll have to wait until next year unless you hurry. The food is typical fast food but the Cole slaw is really good.

Great sub and fries. Nice clean, covered & open dining areas. Nice scenic seating out back. Giant ice cream cones! Lots of food and dessert choices. Very reasonable prices. All with great smiles from the friendly staff. Place was very busy just after I showed up, so Forreys is still popular as it's been around a long long time!

A staple in York County for over 40 years. You know it's good when you pull up, and there is a line back to the road waiting for ice cream. Good selection of food as well.

Great place to go ......brings back the feeling of the good old days. :-) We call ahead to have our cooked food ready when we arrive. Fair prices....very friendly employees and consistant yummy food. :-)

We went tonight at around 5:30 and there was a small line ,but when we left at 7 the line was a lot longer. They have hot sandwiches, subs , fries and several platters to choose from, along with soft serve ice cream. Flavors tonight were vanilla, chocolate, van/choc swirl, peanut butter, raspberry and pb/ rasp swirl. Everything we had was good.

Cute little outside Ice cream place. My kids like the milkshakes, my husband got a cheeseburger and he said it was very good. The prices are good and they have a good customer service/friendly crew working. They have birch beer too. 🍨🍔

Food wonderful as usual. Prices great .n Patsey Cline n Johnny Cash over speakers makes it even better. Highly recommend the fries n shakes. My client w special needs loves the fish sandwich . I usually get the burger w above stated . Delish.
