All good thanks To the butcher working with me Always pleased with the meats and food in this tops. The helper in the back with the butcher always takes my order and makes sure it it is ready when I go to pick my order up. I am picky where I purchase my food from. Thanks to Tops and the manager of this store or work's well together.

Always helpful staff. One Suggestion I would have is to be able to get tomatoes on your sub.I was a bit confused about that.... No tomatoes available but we bought one in the produce section to put on ourselves.

I never have problems at Tops. But today is a different day. I bought 1 stamp from customer service. Instead of cutting it from the rest of the stamps he peeled it off the paper and handed it to me🤦‍♀️. I didn't have the envelope with me beacuse I had also got a money order. So he had to tear that section off so I could put it back on the paper it came off of.I have never had anyone peel it off the paper when ever I got 1.

Dirty Overpriced and poor customer service. Out of state grocery store with out of state management. Locals can stock shelves though. Weis is cleaner cheaper and Pennsylvania owned and operated. Easy choice here!

Had to get a receipt fixed. No one was at cust serv. Asked an employee and he said he'd be over when ppl cleared out of the self-serve area. Another guy came and helped me. He said we should submit a tax exempt form to be on file. We should have one on file. He refunded the tax but didn't do it correctly; he didnt refund it as sales tax. We just went thru this same thing 6 wks prior and they did it wrong then too and apparently didn't file our form correctly since he could not find it.

Early morning visit so I would have had to use the self checkout. Seeing my trepidation, clerk Ethan opened up his register and checked me out. I am grateful for this kind young man.

I love the location of the market with it being central to everything downtown, but their prices aren't exactly the best if things aren't on sale. If you want to save money you travel up to road to the other grocery store, if you're trying to make a quick trip to grab one or two items TOPS may have what you need although good luck with that as well.

We stopped in for some basics & also left with some extras. Shelves were well stocked & staff was friendly. There were bakery goods I haven't seen at other stores so had to pick up a couple to snack on. The pumpkin cake was yummy. I bought a few cute Christmas things I didn't need but they are extremely cheap & cute.

My daughter and I were there last night ,,,terrible terrible time.Not much on the shelves,deli was closed,only seen two people that were supposed to be workers.We got our items went to check out.There was a worker cashing out a customers with the closed sign on the line.We went to the self check out,( they never work right).after many times items would go through.As my daughter was finishing her order a male worker walked up,his name DEREK,,.We went to scan my items,wasn't working.My daughter walked up to this boy asked several times if he was working,he started screaming at her told her to go back an push some button,we rold him it was his job,he was watching a video on gis phone.We left with her order left mine there,We will never go there again,Weis market is up the road

Terrible. I helped the girl load the heavy stuff. And pulled the cart up so she could finish loading and finish doing her job. Wow. When she was doing bagging my food. She walks away. I had to finish loading my cart. She gets payed to do that. And I had to do that. Really. And I even helped her. Wow.

The most deplorable place I have EVER gone into for food.Fresh produce should read, freshly rotting produce.The freezer department (coolers) were so caked with frost, I wouldn't feed what was in it to a wild hog.Prices were ASTRONOMICAL on anything healthy. Junk food was about average prices.We chose to drive an hour away to get what we needed.

I like it because I know have friends there. My brothers a manager but ignores me because he's rude but 🤷🏼‍♀️ oh well. They just have very slow cashier's and they always leave out expired stuff majority of the time. I shouldn't have to check constantly. That's all tho really. They also have a lot of employees with only like one or two registers open at a time, and the other workers just stand around.

Good beer selection, meats and sandwich stuff too. A good store to visit with lower foot traffic as many of the Corning Inc. jokers shop at the Wegmans and Target. Luckily their too lazy and "important" to shop at Tops and so this store is kind of a hidden gem with generally smaller lines.

Prices are high and not enough items in stock. Produce area looks great. Great customer service and cashiers were great workers and pleasant which we need in these trying times

It's a bit shabby and you often can smell the meat counter throughout the entire store. However the prices are good and their selection is decent for the area. They carry many items that can't be found at the larger grocery store in town.

Used to love this store but things have really changed for the worse. Often bogo items in the meat dept. aren't available or there's only one item. Plus they have this asinine practice of constantly changing locations of items throughout the store. It's as though they don't even attempt to keep customers happy.

Drove all over looking for some simple chili peppers. This place was the only place i was able to locate them. Called ahead and the staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to make sure they got the right thing i described. Once there, the gentleman stocking produce took me directly to what i needed. all staff was awesome.

It's a supermarket. Not sure if it is a chain or just a stand alone. The cashier was very nice and friendly. They have different brands than I am used to but only here for a far too long weekend.

We were there around 7:25 PM on 5/5/2022 and when we come out to our vehicle around 7:40 PM to leave we seen an employee parking where customers park. The employees should have to park away from where customers park. Tonight was not the only time I seen this happening. Please tell your employees to park where they are supposed to which should be along the back side of the parking lot so there are parking spaces for customers.

Very sorry to hear that Ken, who worked at the deli-counter is no longer employed there. He was one of the best deli-servers Top' ever had, and I hope he may be re-hired. He deserves it ... and so don't we the patrons of Tops.

Place is way too expensive when I go to the shop I have to only buy things that are on sale anything else can't even afford it today my wife entered the store and was followed by a store employee all the way to the back of the store to see what she was going to do she was looking at the discount rack in the back of the store near the bathrooms but was followed nobody and I mean nobody at 57 years old needs to be followed around the store we will not be shopping here whatsoever I can't even believe people still come here we now drive all the way across the border into New York and shop at Aldi's we don't bother shopping in stores in Pennsylvania no more for groceries

Please pay attention to your produce! Was very disappointed on my last visit. Almost all veggies were past prime, rubbery garbage and some even smelled bad.

I usually shop here but the management is terrible. I just stood in line to check out for 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. There were so many people behind me waiting to checkout that no one could move. I would have thought they would open another checkout but they didn't until two customers, that i saw, left their carts and just walked out. Management should have noticed the rush and had more than one checkout open! Ridiculous!
