Gross incompetence. TheyTold me they would have an electric part for me on Thursday guaranteed. Then on Friday guaranteed. Then on Monday guaranteed. Then on Tuesday guaranteed. I found what I needed a couple miles away. Steer clear!

Best harware store hands down. It has been around forever. I remember going there when I was a kid. Also I worked there over a summer while in college. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my lumber and tools.
