I'm giving them five stars because I don't want to pull their average down. That said, remember this advice, "When you're at an ice cream place, order ice cream". They had 5 wonderful servers at the front counter, pulling and serving ice cream, good tastey ice cream, and quickly. However, they had only one cook, so hamburgers take a loooong time, and they didn't remember my request to hold the mayo. It was a good hamburger, even with the mayo, it just as I said, took a loooong time. So next time I want a sandwich at DQ, it'll be an​ ice cream sandwich. 😉

The food here is good and what you would expect from a Dairy Queen. The service is good and the place is pretty clean. The parking lot isn't very big and is right off the main road which can make it tight.Edit Nov '23: I have started visiting less simply because the prices continue to rise and to get lunch here, I now can expect to spend 50-90% more than other places in Waynesburg. Staff is still really good even after some turnover.Edit Feb '24: Prices have risen again and it is getting to the point where I could get higher quality food for barely any more money.

I went through the drive-thru. Line was a bit long, but it went pretty quickly. Good service and the prices are a little cheaper than the DQ's that are part of a convenience store chain around this area.

Popped off the highway for a quick treat. Staff was friendly and even though it was busy we were served quickly. This DQ serves food as well as ice cream treats, but we were there for some mini blizzards so we can't comment on the quality of the food.

DQ is clean usually but the staff is fairly standoffish and not accommodating at all. Don't even think of substitutes or switching things up. Not even politely saying sorry we're not allowed, it just NO you can't do that. The food has always been fresh and of course the deserts are great

I went through the drive thru, for a blizzard, I'll never use it again 15 minutes wait in line! If your going for ice cream; blizzards ect. just go inside its a lot quicker.. That why I gave 3 stars!

If you spent the afternoon at a youth soccer game and your son is hungry, he'll love this place. Chicken tenders, slushies, ice cream and fries. The four major food groups, all available here at Dairy Queen.

There chicken dinner used to be my favorite but their chicken had gotten smaller & harder, need not to fry it so long or its old.. just seems the fast food restaurants named brand ones, don't put much effort into their fixing of the food. And presentation. They just seem to give whats available old or plain out not tasty, throw it in a bag and get it out the door or window, its all about the all mighty $. They used to care about what went out to their customers.. just my opinion

Best Dairy Queen around. Great food. Never any complains. I've been to Dairy Queen's all over the western Pa area. This is by far the best one.

Family trip to D.C. from Chicago. We were about 9 hours into the drive and we were hungry. What better way to visit PA with a trip to Wendy's for some burgers and dessert. It hit the spot and we were on our way to D.C. Kid's menu was excellent.

Very slow making food, and 4 orders after us received their food first. If you only get 30 minute lunch don't go there. 14 minute ticket time for our order (pulled pork, cheese burger and chicken tenders with fries). They made the ice cream and let it set on tray the 14 minutes.

If there was a zero it would be given. The manager was just down right nasty to me and cheated me out of food. When I corrected her on my chicken basket( which comes with a drink) she tried to charge me for a separate drink. My ice cream was horrible and the service was so slow! Wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

Waited 30 minutes in drive through and the finally got to the window and waited forever again before someone even came to the window... I then paid and was asked about sauce for my cheese curds I said yes thank you then... they come to the window and said they didnt realise they were out of the cheese curds... ok fine no big deal but dang it took them like 40 minutes before they even realised that

First time I downloaded the DQ app lastnight..I went to the Dq drive thru to use my free. Blizzard for downloading the app..i showed my phone to the mgr at the store because it kept showing unavailable..I had a week to use it and I just downloaded lastnight.. The mgr was rude I only asked her if she could call the owner and she did but the owner did not honor my free blizzard because it showed unavailable..poor very poor customer service.. Anyhow I called the main DQ headquarters and they are going to help me.. They said someone will be in touch with me.. They did say that the store should have gave me my free blizzard especially after I sat in the drive thru for 20 min...I guess there too cheap to part out a small blizzard..

The customer service could use a little tweaking. They're not too friendly. Act like they're doing you a favor when they take your order. Food is typical. Nothing outstanding.

Employees heard complaining about customers through drive thru speaker. Ordered Ana Sunday and two pieces of toast. Sat in driver thru for almost ten minutes while I observed employees standing around.
