Almost time I go here (the pharmacy specifically) I leave absolutely frustrated. The staff is wonderful and as helpful as they can possibly be but my prescriptions and my sons’ prescriptions constantly get filled but lost. Not connected to any profile with our names but yet my insurance shows that it is filled and waiting at that specific branch. There was 1 pharmacy tech that was able to find them somehow but clearly this system needs an upgrade. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff really is great and they deserve some credit for that,

I just tried to pick up a script that I called in 2 days ago ,it wasn't ready. The pharmacist got it ready while adressing other issues. The woman was busy talking to someone @ the window. The pharmacist asked the woman to finish checking me out. She got mad because she did not want to leave the window / person she was conversing with. She grabbed the pill bottle slammed it on the counter, then she realized that he started to check me out. She grabbed the bottel of pills and walked away and slammed it again on the top rail of his work area. I said you seem to busy to check me out. I thanked the pharmacist for getting my pills ready. I left I'll try to get my script @ another time. I was the only person when i walked in. It was 15+ min that i waited.

This is a great CVS store my medication is always always on time the wait staff is perfect the answer any questions that you have I actually just got done remodeling the store of the carpets beautiful the place is nice they keep everything stockta bathrooms are clean when I got to tell you I love this CVS
