Pretty disappointed with the service at the Waynesburg location. Tracked down an associate and were told to wait. Nobody acknowledged us after that. Waited 30 minutes and left. Totally different experience than the other locations we've visited. We've purchased several pieces of furniture from big lots in the past and always had excellent customer service.

Most Big Lots when you go into them are empty and don't have a good selection of anything, most of the items look like they were just thrown on the shelves but this one however is very organized very well stocked and has a great selection of stuff. Probably the nicest Big Lots I've ever been in

I was surprised that they had very few toys for kids to choose from. The prices were however nice. Also they were not set up at the registers for wheelchairs to get through. Some of the toys were not priced so I had to wait for them too find a price..

I never get a lot from here, but they get merchandise you don't really see anywhere else around here. My favorite product is the Aloe drinks they have!I only give 4 stars, though, because they recently changed the layout. It was able to give them more furniture to sell, however checkout was a bit of a mess, especially when you are trying to social distance.They had them lined up with a wall of candy at your back. If someone got done at register 3, they'd have to pass by, really close I might add, those at register 1 (they had 2 closed), to get to the exit and allow the next people in line to checkout.The layout is similar to how Gabe's used to be, though even they had more room to get around others and keep away from the other customers.Other than that, and a few items for sale I noticed were actually expired, the experience was good!

I picked up a piece of furniture here and I had the worse experience ever. They were so rude and unprofessional that It was unbelievable. I have never ran across such nasty attitudes at a place of business. I called one of the ladies out on her attitude and her response was “whatever.” I get having a bad day but that was totally uncalled for.

My family shops here for quality outdoor furniture and our pool stuff like chemicals and toys. Everything is usually great quality and very well priced plus customer service is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints

This place is awesome and it looks even better now that they redid the floor plan. When you walk in you see all the furniture and the layout is beautiful. It makes me want to buy furniture!!! I mean who couldn't use a new couch? Will be back to check out the selection again.

This is by far the cleanest, most organized, always-friendly-staff Big Lots I've ever been to. Tons of furniture and patio/outdoor/seasonal items and decorations! My go to for fall and Christmas (and any other holiday) decor.

Pretty small. Seasonal selection was really lacking except for Christmas (visited on 10/17). Bathrooms were disgusting and the doors dont latch.Amending to one star from 3. The bathrooms are still disgusting, and the toilet paper was wet (6/18) I was so grossed out I left my cart of items and went somewhere else. I won't be back again for any reason.

Extremely friendly cashier. Store is clean and organized so I quickly found the item I was looking for. 3 ring binders cheaper than Amazon prices.

I definitely enjoy Big Lots for certain things. For example, furniture, kitchenware and outdoor items are their best items. They are well made and very inexpensive. Everything else, I would recommend Wal-Mart as it's cheaper for pretty much everything else.

I don't really think this is a "discount" store unless you get something from their clearance section. Mostly priced the same as Walmart. They do have some cute items in home decor (priced high) and fairly affordable furniture (not sure of how sturdy/reliable as I've never purchased)

Good variety, friendly ppl. Only reason I give it 4 stars is there restrooms had a padlock on them. Had to leave and didn't get to fully shop because I had to pee an there was no restroom.

You can find alot of personal hygiene products more volume for less..and alot more to furniture cheaper than other retail stores...I really love Biglots they have a wide selection of items now even food also seasonal decor...I recommend walking in I'm sure you will not leave empty handed

Not a super big fan most of the stuff seems to be disposable or very cheaply made how to place I would go to purchase something that I would expect to last for a lifetime and that seems to be the current status quo so if you need disposable items oh I guess like toilet paper or cheap clothing then this is the right place to go
