Watch out when placing pick up orders. Check your bags before you leave. I have had multiple instances where it's very obvious that someone is attempting to hide that a product has been stolen by wrapping it in a bag or shoving it under other products & the box is completely empty. Thankfully I've gotten refunds, but definitely some sort of theft going on.

Sometimes they have exactly what I am looking for, sometimes the shelves are empty. It really depends on the day and item in question whether or not I will be able to find it here. There have also been a lot of complaints from people being followed in the store which has nothing to do with walmart but please be careful and take note of your surroundings.

This walmart has the rudest employees of any walmart I have ever been to. I spend over $100 in groceries and they can't give me change for a $20?! When a customer spends money in your store, please have the attitude that their business is worth something to you. I was told I would have to buy something else just to get change! Rude! Rude! Rude! To lazy to open a drawer.

My visit to Walmart Supercenter was overall positive. The store offers a wide range of products, and the prices are competitive. The staff was generally helpful, and the checkout process was efficient. However, there were occasional challenges with item availability and crowded aisles. Despite these minor issues, it remains a convenient and budget-friendly shopping destination.

I placed an online order at 10:00 am on 12/02/23 for a 5:00 to 6:00 pm delivery time. At 6:00 pm I received a text message stating that my order was going to be delayed for 2 hours. I called the store and was then told that they didn’t have any drivers and wouldn’t be delivering my order at all that day. Which when I went to their website, I could see that the order had not even been shopped for. I called corporate and was assured that my order would be here by 9:00 am on 12/03/23. I again checked the order status online at 8:30 and it hasn’t been shopped for yet. So, I called the store and asked to speak to a Manager and was told that I would have to wait for 45 minutes. And that I would have to reschedule my order for 12:00 to 1:00 pm today. I told the store that corporate had already rescheduled myOrder for today at 9:00 am. I then called corporate back and they said that I would have to reschedule my order and I reminded them that I already did that with them the prior evening. So, Walmart has already taken their money from my card and I can’t get it back for 2 to3 business days and I have no groceries and can’t go shopping somewhere else until the money is refunded! I will NEVER shop at Walmart ever again!

Placed a pickup order this morning and it was ready for the scheduled pickup time this evening. Only a few needed substitutions and 2 items out of stock. My order was loaded easily. Staff were friendly too!

Always seem to have what I need and stocked well. Staff is friendly most of the time.But like any Walmart, use caution when leaving the aisles because somebody will run you over.

Your run of the mill Walmart. Except. Since the start of Covid, a hotbed of idiots, entitled Boomers and general racists. I have been accosted, threatened and demeaned here by more people of my parents' generation than anywhere else in town. And when the management is informed about issues with customers and the safety therein, it's a shrug and "Let it go." I'm not Elsa. If I had another place to go besides here or Martin's for my grocery needs in Waynesboro, I would but Walmart comes in and the decent stores are gone. Behavior like I've experienced here wouldn't have flown with my parents or my grandparents. Why do people even think it's acceptable now. Why do people just shrug and "Not my business." Or does your moral compass just point permanently south. I was raised better, maybe it's time you grew up.

The employees are friendly and helpful, the app is kept updated on inventory, and it's not hard to find the thing(s) you're looking for.

Workers are not friendly. They will talk admonst themselves and not ask if you need help...this is happened many times...when you walk in Greeting should be Welcome to Walmart, thank you for coming in! Understand this...your business are the people that shop at your store! Don't take your business for granted...at the registers there is no hi, did you find everything you were looking for...or even a thanks for shoping with us...what has happe ed to the value you assign a customer...your actions by your employees show that management needs more training ...probably this will not be acknowledged but I hope for a response...Ron

This Walmart location will get 2 stars from me because of the" Greeters" at the entrance. The female greeters are lovely they greet & smile pleasantly with everyone. It's the male greeters that need retraining & not all. There is one Gentleman who is very nice 🙂. I will find out his name to give him a nice review. It's the other ones who do not hide that they are prejudiced and have a red ring around the collar. You should be ashamed of yourself. I have experienced it every time I walk into & out of this store when this person is at the door. He turns up his nose and looks everywhere around him to not greet us. He greets all the Caucasian patrons that enter but doesn't say a word to my family or myself. I only shop here because unfortunately Waynesboro Pennsylvania is a hole in the wall and only has 1 Walmart. I'm going to start shopping in Hagerstown Maryland or in Chambers Pennsylvania. I may be dark in complexion but I have respect for myself and others, I know how to act, I have morals. I was taught to be kind to others. It's disgusting to me that we still have idiots that feel they are better than others because of their skin tone. Well w_i_e is not always right, sometimes it's down right stupid!

Descent size place with nice and friendly workers there. This Walmart is always neat and clean. Refreshing to go into a place and be able to shop with ease on the eyes. The care that the workers here take within this store truly shows in the upkeep of everything.8Sept.2023 Not a pleasing experience this trip. Unfriendly staff. Work on your customer service skills.

Very slow cashers, feel on purpose to make customers use self check out. Merchdise pricing keeps raising, and customers have to provide the labor to check out. Ridiculous!

They had everything I needed. Follow up, they are constantly adding new interesting products throughout the store. Alot of small businesses and new businesses so many to choose from! They have increased personal shoppers for the on-line orders... that's alot of people to get it right. The best in comparison to other near by Wal-Mart stores.

The remodel SUCKS. After more than a dozen visits, I still cannot locate ordinary items that I am looking for. Grocery was mostly unchanged, but most everything else has been moved. I am unable to discern any logic underlying the new layout; is the design intentional to get customers to walk around aimlessly looking for what they want and to get us to buy more? I am sick of tracking down an associate to ask where the bath soap is, etc. Since it has become so difficult to find what I want, I'm simply going to shop elsewhere, even if it means a longer drive.

Over the last three days I have been on the phone with customer support for my delivery orders not showing up but charging me twice. The manager named Zachary is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in this capacity. Zachary is completely incompetent at his job. Yesterday he was an hourly employee, today he is General Manager of the store. They will tell you the delivery has been assigned when in fact they use a third party system like Instacart that the driver chooses to deliver the items. I ordered for SHIPPING last night with the lousy credits offered and SURPRISE! its being delivered from the same store. Except its not delivered. Do not order a damn thing from this store unless you plan on tipping over $20. The only time I haven't had an issue with delivery is to tip way more than 20%.***AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS***If you are bored, please join in on harassing Zachary along with me :)

The remodel has made the checkout lanes a tight squeeze for a high traffic part of the store. Hardly ever have anything in stock unless it was a couple days before and you were on the fence about getting it or just lazy workers not doing their job and no where to be found. Workers don’t understand personal space and will get all up in your babies face. For such a small town it makes zero sense for all of this issues that I would expect from a city.

This walmart is the best for grocery pickup and pharmacy. Friendly and kind. They always give my pup abs treat when he rides along for pickup. Even when they are very busy, they move quickly. I appreciate the staff for everything they do.
