Twin Kiss is a MUST HAVE when passing through or just a stop in for a cool cup of ice cream! It’s ABSOLUTELY one of our FAVORITE ice cream parlors in Franklin County by far! Just a little ways outside of downtown Waynesboro near Quincy & Mont Alto… some of the best ice cream and quick to go foods. A++

This place has drastically gone down hill over the years, the food is not as good as it used to be and the prices have increased. While dining in the other day we went to look at/feed the deer and there was one that was obviously VERY VERY SICK! It couldn't walk right, was breathing weird and sounded very congested/wheezing, tounge was hanging out and it just seemed overall very lethargic and sickly. I had brought it to one of the the staffs attention and they said they knew it was sick and acted like they could care less and just walked away from me. I felt so bad for the deer. I won't be back to this place.

Went there today, menu was almost nonexistent. I have a service dog and got nasty looks when we walked in. So, we left. I've been coming here my entire life and I will never be back.

We love love love the people and atmosphere here! Double Cheeseburgers, fries and milkshakes is what the family gets every time because it's always good. You really can't go wrong with their food. Also, try the soup! It's always great to grab a burger and lounge in the shade on the tables or drink a shake and run around with the kids on the playground. We are always sad when it closes in the winter!Still delicious!

Several years ago, I would have recommended this place but now it is just awful. First, the selection has dwindled tremendously both on the food and the ice cream side. I could get over that if what remained they cooked or made well. Which brings me to my second point, the food has gone downhill in quality significantly (but ironically up in price). Despite being the only customer there at the time today, my son's chicken tenders managed to be burnt and fries undercooked. That may be due to my final point, the employees. You used to go here and even during the busiest times the employees were friendly and at least offered a smile. After my visit today, I will never return again. There is absolutely no customer service. Employees treat customers like they are a burden. I wouldn't be surprised to see this place close in the near future. It surely isn't what it used to be!

I am sad to say I can't give them 5 stars. I enjoyed the fella that helped me with my order of 2 Lg. Chocolate shakes. Very pleasant & fun. I didn't meet the gal that made them. I'm sure she did her best. The ice cream was grainy, yuck! Definitely chocolate! Just a waste of $9.00. I hope they figure out how to resolve this problem so others can give better ratings. We probably will not be back this way again. I hope others will come & find this little ice cream shop because they serve a variety of food. Maybe the fries are awesome. I hope so.

I have been here 3 times since this summer started and every time I have been here the employees have no idea what they're doing or they look lost. I am in no way blaming them since new people are hired every season but the training needs to be better or they need to stop hiring new seasonal employees. This used to be my favorite ice cream shop and honestly there are better in town.

Awesome place to take the kids for ice cream. They have decent food as well, but mostly we go for the ice cream. The have a small playground, a fenced in enclosure with deer you can feed, and tables everywhere out side. They also have a small arcade, and of course a dining area where you can just sit inside if you so choose. It's a place with a local home grown feeling.

A local establishment that is very popular. They offer many different sandwich options along with ice-cream. There are many things on the menu that I have not tried. Their prices are pretty cheap. I am not a fan of the deer enclosure but lots of people are. The play set (swings) are ok if your kids want to play and eat. They offer an arcade (haven't used) and an unattended enclosed dining room.

One of the best places to get ice cream. Outdoor and indoor seating, deer to show the kids, some swings, and even a few arcade games. I don't order food often so don't have real good knowledge of it, but the cheese steak I did get before was pretty good.

Twin Kiss used to be a great place, but it has definitely gone down hill. The prices go up and the quality goes down. The deer are nice to feed, but that does little to overcome the rest of the business. I will never recommend eating at Twin Kiss. There are better options available.

Went to the twin kiss for food for the 1st time, ordered a ham sub & fries sub had no tomatoes, the lettuce as far for the ice cream in no issues.was rotten looked gross

I used to go here growing up & i loved it. I stopped one day with my kids to share the experience & the burgers were over cooked, burnt and very dry.. The frys were ice cold, and my daughter ordered cheese balls but they were also over cooked and hard.. The food was inedible and awful.. We will never be back

Nice selection of milkshake flavors, including root beer, and cotton candy. Wonderful outdoor seating area, arcade games, even deer in the back. When I went they had a baby only one week old!

Great local restaurant! They have ice cream and shakes as well as great sandwiches, subs and burgers. Their cheese steak is great for the price. You can get shakes in over 20 different flavors!

Feels like icecream servings could be more generous for the price, but are about average when compared to national chains. One of our usual spots if we are in the area and hankering for a treat.

A local icon, ice cream selection is great take your treat and feed the albino deer on site. Indoor charcoal grill with local meat, a little more $$ than fast food but all handmade and well worth the extra pennies. Be prepared for a wait in hot weather around mealtimes. Closed over winter months.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake but with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup, but it depends on who makes it how good it is. I think they do not have a specific amount of syrup that added per size. I always order my burgers cooked on the flat top grill like they used to be a long time ago. They are much juicier that way.

Their ice cream and appetizers are pretty good but their subs are sloppy and ill-prepared. If you want something sweet, get their ice cream. For something to grab-n-go eat, you're better off going to Sheetz or Rutters or any other place.Update: Figured I'd try the place again. Again, ice cream is good, but food quality is dirt poor. Food was burnt, completely messed up my order as well as my fiancee's order. We asked for Lettuce tomato and mayo. We got lettuce, no tomato, onion, and mayo. Went back and got my refund and NEVER plan on coming back. This place used to be good, now it's a terrible place.
