Went there I get food for the family. My sub had one slice of meat and the bun was so hard..also my daughter got a taco salad and there was no taco meat.. seriously you get paid enough money to make our food correct...And then when I go back to tell them they catch an attitude..I'm beyond pissed ..

When I was working at the Gamestop nearby, my coworkers used to get food here. The cheese always came with a side of food poisoning. I hope it's improved. Also, usually the most expensive gas in Waynesboro. Suitable for other needs but only just.

If sheetz employees don't like there job by making food, employ someone who does this is the last time I spend my money for this about 12 bucks per sub for a few flakes of steak and little everything plus there not doing the first come first serve they also like to complain just because of what we order like if we order 10 hotdogs they complain. This has gone long enough im DONE WITH SHEETZ I do not recommend this place spend elsewhere. got a bag of cheetos 2 steak subs 1 with cheese that's where the prices add up.

Wanted to add that I really do love this location! I will drive out of my way to go here/order food bc the team here is amazing and always has a friendly attitude even when they seem very busy!Everyone is extremely friendly, even if they are very busy! The food is always delicious. I love the salads they make, always fresh and crunchy lettuce! My go to gas station!

Recently the facility has become very dirty. Some of the light colored tiles are black. The MTO value combo meals are also all unavailable. I ordered a bucket of fries to share but it was only filled 75% of the way. The photos were taken at the pick-up counter. I recommend eating at another establishment. (Sheetz please don't let all your locations become this bad or I will lose my Sheetz Freak Status)

I love Sheetz locations and love the convenience of this one being close by. But the food has always missed the mark for what I expected from Sheetz. Cold. Long wait times. Incorrect order. I expect the cheese to be at least melted around my cheese steak. Instead I get a burnt bun loaded with greasy meat and no cheese melted onto it. Horrible rush job

I went in and got a fryz platter and was disappointed when I looked at it and saw it has almost half the amount of everything I used to get is not worth the $5.29 i spent for a few bites of fries and a bite of toppings it just sad how little I got with my fries which was one of my favorite things to get there. It used to have a good amount of everything now I feel like I'm being conned out of my food.

I brought some friends visiting from the West Coast to Sheetz prior to a hike -- mostly, just so they could ogle the East Coast paragon of gas, food, & convenience! This store was very busy Sat afternoon and not my favorite, but hardly worthy of all the local ire.We stocked up on Utz chips. Would love to see other local chips carried, as well, like Route 11, Gibbles, and Martin's. We're blessed to have a bounty of options here: no room on the shelf for Frito-Lay.

The manager on the evening and crew on duty on April 10, 2020 was very rude and unprofessional. I decided I will not be going to this sheetz anymore. Love the manager on day he is very awesome he gave me candy to send to my son and his unit on active duty in the fall. So they can get rude with you and you are not allowed to get rude back because management and crew can talk about you while you are there in their store. Guess they didn’t like me calling the corporate office while waiting for my food.

Mixed feelings. Friendly and good food when in a hurry, but, one particular older associate NEVER wears his mask over his mouth and nose. He has it on his chin and is touching my products so it should be on correctly.

Always seem to be so slow making food. Especially compared to the other Sheetz in the area. I live nearby and refuse to get anything other the a drink and gas at the Sheetz. Have had numerous issues with line orders not being started until after I show up (saving zero time for me).

It was so PACKED, yea thats normal but I have never been in a more slow Sheetz in my life. The people who work there look like 5 minutes to ring up my one item and she did not even communicate. I had faster service in Pittsburgh on a Baseball game day.

This sheetz is a joke. The last 5 times I’ve went to this sheetz my order is always messed up. They give me the completely wrong food, they always short me on sauce and when I ask them for the correct food the staff ALWAYS has an attitude. The service is a complete joke. I will NEVER go here again.

Sheetz Store #401 in Waynesboro, PA is okay as far as Sheetz stores go. Ample gas pumps ensure little or no wait. Being a Sheetz store, customers tend to pump and then leave vehicles sit unattended by gas pumps as they go inside for a bite to eat. The food is standard Sheetz fare. No alcohol sold at this Sheetz as it is in Pennsylvania. This store is typically pretty busy. It's Sheetz so you should know what to expect already. Gas up your car and then your intestines.

Unfortunately at this location the staff either doesn't enjoy their job or they just consistently have problems with equipment. 3 out of 6 times visiting and their kitchen is either closed or something is broken. Don't bother with this location. Go to Turkey Hill or Rutter's.

Messed up orders all the time worst time was the most recent order. They somehow forgot the sandwich I ordered and only gave me the side I ordered. Didn't notice till I got home. Thanks for screwing me out of money
