Was in there tonight 2/9 and ordered food the really nice girl that was training answered my questions and even tho they had a huge online order I didn't wait long for our food that the girl named trinity made. Great new employee! Our food was awesome!

Rutters......This loyal Waynesboro PA customer is very disappointed with the fact that your air compressor has not been working properly for just about a month. I first made the staff aware of this issue three weeks ago. With the current ridiculous gas prices it was nice that atleast at this location I and everyone else could get some free air in our tires but definitely not for about the past month. I again approached the staff today and they assured me that they had made the proper notifications to get the issue fixed but still nothing has been fixed. Turkey hill in town charges two dollars for five mins of air "barely enough time to top off four tires". However atleast their air compressor works properly. I know this is an extremely specific review but common Rutters sometimes it's the little things. Get your air compressor fixed.

Close to my home and always have what I need. Cashier's are pleasant and the fast food they have is great. ( Update) grade from 5 to 5 stars.

I like most the employees and wanna say 5 stars but they forget items in my MTO bags somewhat frequently. Like this morning they charged me for bacon then went ahead and forgot. Fix the dumb mistakes and its 5 stars.

amongst several occasions i have ordered fried food and i can taste the oil is old and the chicken is really dry the one time i really knew because me and my friend ordered on the same order ticket can anyone tell me the logic of putting one of the items in the old fry oil and then the other food in brand new fry oil like we won't know the difference if they're on the same order. a little expensive to get food that taste like a bird roasted in the trash. hit or miss only order when certain people are working because some of them honestly don't know the saying " IF YOU WOULDN'T EAT IT DON'T SERVE IT" simple as that. let alone several times how do you charge some one for extra toppings or sauces on their burgers or fries and you don't even put it on so i have to waste my day... to walk back and get them to fix what's right on their order screen..

I would've given this place 0 stars if possible. I work very close to this location so I have given it several chances. The mto station is horrible. They never remember my condiments (ranch, bbq, ect) today i got a salad and wanted to throw up at the sight of it. My lettuce was clearly frozen and unfrozen. It was in huge chuncks amd basically see through. The onions were hard and slimy (how that's possible i have no idea). My frappe was the worse thing i have ever tasted. How do you mess up a vanilla coffee frappe?! The staff is so so unfriendly. It's always wet amd clamy inside. I don't care if everything is a penny, I'm never going back.

This place. ......best chocolate milk in town....I go outa my way for it. I know this sounds a but childish to sone ...but for the ones who know. . you know.....and ill say this on record.IN MY EXPEREINCE every time i go its cold.....way before exp date....and mmm mmm its just a step above. The choc. Peanut butter is damn decent but a bit rich to make a full change. Them somabitches know a thing or two bout raising them choc cow's.....its like kobe beef for chocolate cow's.....see what i did there ...lol o yea that hapoened

Just got a chef salad. For starters it was supposed to have eggs, which it didn't and over half the greens/lettuce was black and slimy! Had to throw the whole thing away!! Will never get food from there again!

Been a year since I've been here, still an embarrassment to the Rutters name, tis the most ghetto, rude, and backwards staff I have ever seen. This store just has no hope. But to be fair it is Waynesboro Rutters so that doesn't help its cause.

So, no xlarge cups, ok maybe I don't need that much soda anyway? So grab large cup fool with artificially sweetened diet coke. NO LARGE CUP LIDS. seems like a small thing. Would be nice if they'd do their inventory a bit more frequently

This was my first trip to this location and it will be my last .. I ordered 3 cheese burger sliders and when i went to eat them after leaving . the sliders were ice cold .. So i went back and ask the girl to remake them and she proceeds to just reheat the same sliders .. So i complained to manager .. This young lady either needs proper training or she is going to make someone very sick for time .. Temperatures abuse . seriously !!! I will not be back to this location ever !

I come in all the time, but I really need to find somewhere else to go. The customer service is getting worse and some of them need a surprise drug test. Also is the new hangout at night for drug addicts.
