Started going to Rite Aide on advice from a friend and glad I did!! Most of the staff including a few pharmacist now know me by name and greet me as they would a family member!! Everyone there goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs!! I will never go to another pharmacy as long as they remain where they are!! Thanks to all the Rite Aide staff for the Excellent job you do and for making me comfortable while picking up my meds!! Job well done!!!

The pharmacy never seems to be open!! I recommend you pick up your refill prescriptions atleast 3 days before you run out of medication. That way if they don’t open or close early you won’t have to worry about running out. It’s already bad enough they aren’t open on weekends, but in the past 3 months I’ve been using the pharmacy there’s been multiple times when the pharmacy has closed early or wasn’t open at all on a day it should be. Today for example they closed at 1:30 out of the blue. They said it was because of Covid, but come on…closing early bc of covid in 2023 is ridiculous for a pharmacy. If there’s a hint of a snowflake about to fall they close early. The store itself will stay open, but the pharmacy closes. They’ve also changed their hours 2 times in the past 3 months. I take medications that REUQIRE I take them daily. Last month when I went to pick up my script they were closed. It was a Friday. I had to go 3 days without my meds. This month they closed early on a Thursday.

I love everyone at this rite aid pharmacy. I'm always greeted by name, and always asked about how I'm doing. Super friendly staff and prescriptions are always filled very quicklyThank you guys 😊

I have been getting prescriptions filled at this store for over 35 years. I can count on one hand the times that my prescriptions were ready when I walked in. One hour or 10 hours after it was called in, the results were the same - it will be ready in 20 minutes. Enough time to wander through the store and shop but not worth going home and coming back later. I have finally had enough. Time to take my business somewhere else.

Don't let the shopping center scare you off. The best Pharmacists in the world work here. They are patient, friendly and knowledgeable. And, I must say... they are the fastest at filling prescriptions as well.

Every year they get slower and slower but 15 minutes waiting because someone after me needed product advice was not acceptable. I mean had they communicated that to me I might have been more understanding, but I had to go ask. An apology after the fact was lame. And this is just the straw that broke the camel's back. The last time I was asked if I was 50? OMG do I look 50?

Waynesboro's Rite Aid is the greatest. Treats you more like part of the family then a customer. Assist my husband and myself in keeping abreast of medication adverse reaction and interaction. Refills can be submitted by scanning code, automatically or by phone...would not go anywhere else.

Not sure what happened. Used to be an amazing place. Now I've learned to call in my refills a week in advance because that seems to be how long it takes to fill 14 pills.
