Not only is my Ocicat handsome and healthy. His temperament is superb. He's affectionate and gentle, playful but not mischievous. I've never owned a more polite and friendly cat. In the three years I've had him he has never once swatted, bitten or hissed. Of course Ocicats are a beautiful breed, his silky coat is to die for, but a good breeder balances flash with good pet qualities and they hit the mark here..

Not a good experience. Could smell the cat pee walking up to the house. Cats kept in wire cages locked up one male/one female. This is a cat mill. Not a loving family with 2 cats who had some kittens. There is one room if nothing but cages of breeding cats. Ammonia so strong I could not breathe. My clothes reaked of that smell even when I got home. Do yourself and your family a favor, check the CFA to get a legit, papered and registered cat that will come with shots, microchip, and a vet check.

We picked up our female ebony spotted silver kitten 2 years ago. "Dolce" has all the attributes of an ocicat. She is playful, affectionate, fetches and is friendly with others. She is also trainable and smart. The owner was very informative and pleasant. Thanks Trudy for all your assistance. We highly recommend this cattery!

I was in constant contact with the breeder and even visited Mama cat and her litter which had my 3week old kitten! Every question was answered, all fears eased. I have never had a cat before so I was probably a pretty annoying and demanding customer but was never treated like I was an annoyance. Over a year later, I have a very healthy, beautiful and almost impossibly perfect feline roommate.Ocicat personalities are special and the breed is difficult to find outside using a breeder. I did shop around for breeders when no shelter in the country had an Ocicat needing to be re-homed.

Welcomed a classic little cinnamon and nutmeg kitty boy into our family in September of 2014. He is a very smart boy who has learned several commands and spends his days filling our hearts with laughter and joy. He loves his leash and harness - we go for walks around our neighborhood, jumping for moths and butterflies, watching toads jump, and climbing up trees along the way. We are adopting a second gray and black classic this weekend. We love Purrfurdots. The moment you step inside at Purrfurdots, you see the quality of care. Our Diego is a treasure, we welcome Francisco (Frankie) this weekend.
