Mighty Dog Roofing was amazing. We had several other roofing companies tell us they would come and give us an estimate and they never showed up. Mighty Dog Roofing returned our call the same day and had someone come look at our roof the next day. They replaced our house roof in a timely manner and their work crew went above and beyond to make sure nothing was damaged when they were taking off the old roof and replacing it. Roofing is a very competitive business and you may receive quotes from different roofers that are poles apart in price. Mighty Dog from start to finish focused on our need. They were quick to respond to our initial call and gave us a detailed estimate that exceeded our expectations. Not only did they find storm damage on our roof they located damage on our garage and out building. The estimate they provided was submitted to the insurance in a timely manner and was fully funded less the deductible. Their customer service continued through the actual replacement process and all three structures were completed in 2 days!! There is nothing more terrifying, then finding out you need a major home repair just a few months before your wedding.While at a Business Expo, I spoke to several Roofing companies. Mighty Dog is the only company that followed through with their promise to reach out to me after the Expo for a estimate. Ethan and Jeremiah have been the best to work with. Let's start with; their Mascot is a Boxer (If you know, you know)Jeremiah come out to the house while I was working to look at the roof and start the estimate. After I returned home from work, he returned the same day to go over what he had found and what my next steps should be. He laid everything out clearly and had an estimate in my email before the end of day. I decided to reach out to my insurance due to the nature of the damage. I only made one call to the insurance and Jeremiah took care of the rest. He was in contact with the adjuster, and helped with anything the insurance asked for.Ethan worked with the mortgage company to complete the process of payments and then we waited for a clear day to do the job. It was a few weeks (although the first date for repair was within 2 weeks of speaking to Jeremiah) but the weather was not very cooperative. During this time Ethan and Jeremiah stayed in contact with me via text, calls, and email.Once the day arrived, their crew showed up on time and ready to work. Alex the lead, was polite and courteous. They made sure I was set for the day and didn't need access to the areas they would be working in. The crew jumped into action and began the first steps of my new roof by removing all of the old shingles down to the wood. All of the workers, had smiles on their faces and great attitudes. There was even a brief dance party (they didn't know I could see them) as they made way of my repairs. You could tell by their actions and attitudes that they cared about the job they were doing and enjoyed it. Their craftsmanship was top notch. After they were finished they took special care to make sure there were no nails anywhere, no mess anywhere, and left my area clearer than it was when they arrived.10 out of 10 would recommend5 stars is not enoughMighty dog for the win!!!If you need a new roof look no further!

10/10 recommend! They came inspected my roof and took photos to show me what was wrong and why it was leaking. The process was so easy! picking a metal roof and so many color options! The install was quick and easy, best part i didn't have to be home when it was installed. They were very quick and running around (seen through my cameras) They cleaned up after themselves. I even got chocolates at the end of the whole process. I’m so glad i went the Mighty Dog Roofing for my roofing needs!

My office had a leaky roof during a heavier rain. I called Mighty Dog and was able to schedule the next available appointment to have the roof checked out two days later. However, that day, another project finished early so I was called back and fit into their schedule that same day. I was very happy to see they understood time was of the essence for a potentially faulty roof. Furthermore, they were able to repair the roof rather than replace, and my roof was back in working order within days of the initial leaks. I will absolutely use Mighty Dog again.

Joel was extremely professional and friendly. Was willing to take the time to educate us and answer all of our questions we had. While the color didn't exactly match to our roof the work was done very well and is backed with a 2 year guarantee. Love that the company and Joel stands behind their work . I have never had a company so dedicated to their craft as Mighty Dog has been. One of the owners saw a flaw in our roof and stopped by our church office and gave us his card. Mighty Dog Roofing is a great company. Joel came out to do a free estimate for us and went above and beyond. He looked at our gutters and re-leveled the side of one. He then showed me how to correct the other end myself to save money. He also found a crack in our bathroom vent pipe boot and told me how to fix it to extend the life of the boot.The roofing and gutter guard estimate was also very reasonable. Overall, they are a great company and very professional. I would consider them for future projects.

Brought in competitive quote, with a great background in various types of contracting. The crews were hard working, courteous and response to our needs. When a larger amount of underlayment was needed, they got the wood ASAP and we agreed on the increased charge. No dickering about pricing or delaying the project. We now have three new sections of roof that will keep us, our rabbit and our horse safe, dry and warm this winter.
