Store is clean and shelves always stacked, and organized. Self-checkouts and Cashier assisted checkouts always available, with hardly any people waiting in line. Employees are helpful, attentive; and friendly. Overall, a task or errand that is made a lot easier, thank you!

Martin's, well it's like a lot of other grocery stores, things are getting so expensive everywhere unless you go to a discount store to get the things you need. Some don't care what things cost but you can find things that are a good bargain. For me I shop wisely and look for the deals.

At the deli today. Walk up and take a number (44). No one else in line. 5 minutes later, young female takes my order. 2 pounds of chicken salad. She leaves the counter then walks back to the back. Comes back a couple minutes later, stops at the slicer and starts spraying some cleaning solution on it. She's wearing gloves. Comes back to the counter and starts getting my order. While wearing the same gloves she was cleaning the slicer with, and without washing her hands, she starts pulling out the plastic container and sticking her hands in the inside of it trying to pull them apart. Then she fills the container, prints the label and gives it to me. Sorry, I'm not taking a chance on eating something potentially tainted with cleaning products. Change your gloves or wash your hands after being exposed to cleaning chemicals and before handling food. Your chicken salad is sitting in the butter case.

Very nice variety, things you don't see in other Martin's fountain head was my favorite now Waynesboro is so much better better stocked better fruits and veggies. Now after 8 PM I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ITS LIKE

This is ridiculous. You need and IT person for your website that knows the business. I am very frustrated. No other grocery store site is this bad. Last wk site was down. This wk I can't get my order to go thru to pick up tomorrow. At this rate I do not see patronizing martins is more a negative than a positive

The employees do not look happy or even content to be here and the lettuce in over a dozen salad mix trays I checked today were browning. I think Martin's is overpriced but also is the only grocery in a 45 minute drive of here that carries most of the products that I am shopping for.

Went to the deli to get a half pound of turkey had 3 customers ahead of me and only one person cutting meat and cheese . While 3 employees ran around and cleaned and closed down .waited 45 minutes for my meat because the other employees would not stop to help her ridiculous . 345 plus the meat cost $2 more than butcher shop in Chambersburg

Martins is a fine place to buy groceries. I bet two people could fall in love here, under the right conditions. Just use your imagination. Cupid’s arrow could strike right in one of the aisles of Martin’s!

Went to the store and they didn't honor the bonus card That's the only reason I went to this overprice grocious store I will no longer be shopping there what they charge for their food I can get cheaper at Walmart a lot cheaper and with a lot friendlier people that work there

Clean store and perishables are fresh. Great deals with a store card. Isles are narrowly spaced. Parking lanes are also narrow. Self check out available but they have enough clerks to check you out without waiting in long lines.

Very clean and organized. The checkout attendant was so nice and the deli attendant. I wish I would have gotten their names so they could get the recognition they deserve. I stopped to get my childhood memory foods before heading back to Florida and I would definitely use this store as my permanent shopping store if I lived in waynesboro pa.

I use the Martin’s app to order stuff my groceries. It takes only minutes to get my order into my car and I’m done! Great staff! I highly recommend Martin’s.

I've never had problems with this Martin store itself but I seem to be having a good bit of trouble now with their system as far as the Martin's pickup. I have never had a problem with picking up an order and being charged wrong. I placed an order on Saturday and was double charged. That double charge took the last bit of money out of my account and now I don't know how I'm going to pay for gas for my car to run to appointments or for my husband to go to work so thank you Martin's corporate for screwing my family and I would love if this doesn't go to corporate for it to go to them because they need to fix this problem

Is nice has a lot of items, even an aisle for organic(not my thing). They have a salad bar here but it is only open until 6pm. The alcohol selection is large. There is also plenty of parking, with a gas station out front.

Always a pleasant experience, especially for quick grocery shopping trips. The lines are never long, even when they seem to be very busy with the amount of people shopping. Never noticed it before, but they also have a ton of houseplants which I absolutely love.

Clean, nice counter sales people at the beer and wine check-out. Food prices can be a little high, but you get gas points you can use for money off per gallon of gas

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very organized. The people in the store were very friendly and helpful. They had safety measures for Covid in place. Everyone that spoke to us used manners whether they worked there or only were customers. Very satisfied with my shopping experience and will definitely be shopping there again! The staff is always so helpful. Everything was still really good. Helpful and friendly employees. Clean bathroom and store. Produce really fresh. Good prices and deals. Etc. Will stay a repeat customer.

Definitely one of the top tier grocery stores,between,Martins,Giant and (Wegmans,)a bit much with Martins and Giant great quality of product and valve I'm glad there close by.
