Passed out from all the fun they had!!!! My gracious! To say I was scared to leave my babies with anyone is an understatement... when I went for my tour, I saw how excited another puppy was so I was more at ease... listening to Miss Betsy, and the constant communication she had with us while my fur babies were there made it even better... but the real winning for why she and her organization should get more than 5 stars... how happy my babies looked when I finally saw them after my trip...They were like, oh hi mom, you're back? Hahah!!! Thank you so much for everything!Highly recommend this place! The pups loved it, and as a fur mom, I loved that they loved it and were treated so well!

Dropped our baby off for 13 days. 1st time he has been by himself at the kennel. He was pretty hesitant the first day or so. They really worked with him, and had him completely comfortable and gave him loving everyday. He had a great stay. We will definitely be back! Smudge gives it 2 paws up!!

This was the first time we boarded our dogs while going away. I have to say this process was very smooth, the place was clean, and Betsy was very nice and professional. We felt our dogs were well taken care of and loved it there! I would 10/10 recommend this kennel to others and will be returning in the future! This was our first time boarding our 11 month-old border collie and we were very pleased with our experience. The facility was clean and we were at ease when we left our boy with Betsy. We were also grateful with the advice Betsy had given us regarding our very active boy. We will be using Marsh Run Kennels again!Another wonderful stay at Marsh Run Kennels. I contacted MRK9 to help me get control of my then 5 month old Belgian Malinois. Bart spent several hours with me and my dog(Mickey), helping me to understand my dog and teaching me effective training techniques. Mickey is still a hyperactive Mal pup, but since going to MRK9, I have been able to more effectively control and train him on my own. The team at MRK9 is great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

These people are great! They were able to help us out when we were in a tight spot, gave us a very reasonable rate for boarding our dog, and treated her like their own. She got plenty of personal attention and was returned to us happy and healthy.

We absolutely loved our experience boarding our two dogs at Marsh Run Kennels. This was the first time our dogs, Flora and Gus, have been boarded, and we went away for a week. The owners were absolutely kind, responsive, professional, and you can just tell that they live for dogs and your dogs will be treated like family there. They have 24 hour care, which is incredible. Our dogs looked so happy there, and they came home looking almost better than when we dropped them off. We really love how accommodating they are and how easy it is to get ahold of them at any time. The kennel area is huge, well maintained, and has everything the dogs could want to be safe, engaged, and comfy. As someone who has always been nervous about boarding, I would recommend Marsh Run Kennel over and over.

We tried MRK for the first time and the experience was wonderful. Our dog can be a little anxious but he warmed up quickly to the staff and had a great time. There is plenty of room to run around and play, the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future, especially for the day care, during the times we are away from home all day.

Kenneled our two dogs here this past weekend. The facility was very nice and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our dogs seemed to have really enjoyed themselves! They were definitely tuckered out when we picked them up from playing so much! Will be taking them back should we need to kennel them again and would recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Marsh Run Kennels. We have a puppy and were so nervous to leave him for the first time. That didn’t last for long. The staff was so welcoming and the place was so cleaning. When our dog was leaving, it looked like he was saying good bye to all of his new doggie friends. I love this place! My dogs came back clean and healthy and happy- more than I can say for the last kennel we used. Betsy was wonderful and took care of our dogs like they were her own. Our Golden Retriever Ruger spent six days at Marsh Run Kennel, and Betsy and Bart went out of their way to treat him like one of their own. He will definitely be going back in the future. Betsy even managed to take the time to respond to text messages when our trip was extended a day. We highly recommend anyone in our local area to visit the kennel.

We started bringing our pup Sydney here for doggy daycare, as she is very energetic and LOVES to play! We felt bad leaving her in the crate while we’re at work and one day I stumbled upon Marsh Run Kennels for doggy daycare! The staff is great and Sydney definitely loves her time here. As soon as we start up the lane and she realizes where we are she is up and ready to get out of the car!

I got our Black Bear German Shepherd from Marsh Run last October. Betsy let us come visit our puppy as much as we wanted leading up to the day we could bring her home, and she was great with working with my schedule and responding to me quickly. I went on vacation and had to leave my dog for the first time. I was so anxious about it but after speaking with Marsh Run several times, I knew they would definitely take care of my baby. They answered all of my questions every time I called and made leaving him there much easier. I was able to communicate while on vacation as well to check up on him. The prices were great and my dog had a good time. I feel much better about leaving him now that I know there's a place that will always take care of him if I need to leave him for a few days. Will be using Marsh Run for all of our vacations and boardings in the future!

Having had a not so great experience at a kennel closer to home, we drove 1.5 hrs to give our dog the very best care that Betsy & Bart were happy to offer. Our dog was treated like fur family, given a great social experience and never simply 'left in a crate or dog run' like other kennels elsewhere. I received daily updates of her progress and she was kept clean, safe and cool during the hot summer days. Our dog is fearful of thunder and she was kept company while storms watered the corn outside the doggy compound. Five stars just isn't enough for Marsh Run Kennels, they are simply fantastic at caring for animals. I would trust them with any animal anytime.

My cocker spaniel Bae stayed with Marsh Run twice this year. And from the bottom of heart, they were a life saver. I feel totally comfortable with Bae with Betsy, he can be handful at times. I just got home with my two dogs after they spent a little over two days at Marsh Run kennels. I went to a local Facebook group in my town asking if anyone knew of a great kennel to take my dogs. Over half of the responses we're people raving about this kennel. There must have been at least a dozen people trying to convince me to go there. From the very beginning I was impressed with this place. They got my dogs in with only a couple days notice and we're extremely accommodating to their needs. They even educated me on a couple of things that I was having trouble with, which was very much appreciated.the drop-off procedure was simple but thorough, and they made sure that I had all my paperwork in order and understood exactly what was going on. I didn't leave until my dogs were comfortably in their kennel and had water waiting for them. I left there with a good feeling, and being a mom that means something. When I arrived at the kennel today to pick them up they were taking a nap alongside a couple of other dogs in the same room. When I walked in the room they just looked up at me very calmly and then of course started barking when they realized who it was. But my point is that they were not stressed out or upset in any way. They were sleeping on comfy blankets and seemed very content. They both had food and water and their kennels were very clean. They had been out for a morning walk a couple of hours ago and when we were on the way to the car I noticed that they only peed a little bit. Their bladders were not full and they did not have to poop. That told me they had been out for a sufficient amount of time and within a reasonable amount of time from when I picked them up. I didn't call before I came to ensure that this was not a setup. I'd had a bad experience with a different kennel a couple of years ago and was hesitant to take my dogs to another one. But necessity caused me to have to do it, and now I'm glad I did. This will make vacation plans and family emergencies much easier to deal with, knowing that I can call Betsy and she will take care of my babies. They're actually going back on Thursday because I have a family issue to deal with. It takes so much stress away knowing that they will be well cared for while I'm gone. If anything goes differently on our next visit I will update my review. But I have a feeling that's not going to be necessary. By the way, the grounds are beautiful and very secure. I appreciated that they didn't just let anybody in.

We love Marsh Run Kennels! We have a German Shepherd that is very wary of outsiders and sort of a difficult dog. We even have to medicate him to take him the the vet. Major goes with Bart and Betsy with no problem at all. He even gets excited when we pull into the driveway to Marsh Run. It makes me feel at ease knowing he enjoys his time there. Bart and Betsy make drop offs and picking up so easy and convenient with their 24 hour availability. Thanks again for taking such good care of our dog!! :)
