I hope you never have to use the men's bathroom here. It's on the top 10 most disgusting. Also how are people washing there hands with no soap? The location has things priced a bit high on certain items although that's basically all the stores. I also want to note employees shutting off the lights 30 minutes early from closing. It's not that you can't see but imagine an elderly tripping in the dark . Turning the lights off and setting the stage for customer injury by doing so presents a very strong lawsuit.

Nice well-kept Goodwill. The staff was friendly and kept the line at the register moving. The prices at this location are good. Half price day makes the prices great! Nice mix of brand name items and items in good condition. This is a small store so it does not have a lot of stock but that makes it easier to shop.

I just wanted to make sure one of the employees, it says on my receipt Snyder A, gets recognized as an amazing employee. I haven’t had someone ask me how I am in I don’t know how long, let alone someone who seems like a genuine person who liked interacting with people, and liked her job. Customer service is immensely difficult in Every-way for little compensation for what’s expected. And I rarely ever, maybe 5 in 15 years, write reviews, but I feel like it’s important especially nowadays, to acknowledge the people in the world that do an outstanding job at being a person. Thank you again! I never realized that someone asking how my day was and how my evening is going would make me regain hope in humanity.

Since it changed location it's been not so great. I swear, most of the better stuff dropped off gets sent off to other stores. This is one of the poorer locations I've visited. Have had some good scores in the past. It's like the least worst of stuff dropped off.

They have great sales, I bought 6 pairs of pants, 3 wallets and a purse and spent $20. If that's not amazing I don't know what is. Pants there come in an abundance of sizes. It's AMAZING. ❤️

The new store is a lot bigger and much more spacious. Kept clean and well organized. Good deals are found throughout the store and the staff is usually very outgoing and friendly.

I have been donating there for three years now. The staff was always friendly and appreciated what we donated. There was a woman who I had not donated with before on my last trip and she was rude. She did not accept clothing because we had wrapped them in sheets. We clean out estates and donate thousands of items each year.

I used to come in this store all the time which had great customer service and staff. I recently went in and was surprised that the people i had seen regularly were no longer there. I asked what happened? and was told they were fired during this pandemic?! REALLY?! The best staff with the great customer service and attitude are no longer there and my experience with the new staff was less to be desired. They seemed annoyed I was there and had horrible customer service and seem rude. What once was is no longer. Don't bother going in or back. I won't. Sad.

I visited this store tonight (Friday, Aug. 21, 2020). As soon as I walked in the door I overheard a customer at the checkout counter say, "Google says you close at 9 pm, maybe that's why people keep coming in". To which the cashier replied, "that's wrong, w close at 6 because of covid). I'm only left to assume the customer made this comment because the cashier made a comment about new customers. Without even taking a breath the cashier then yelled at me that they were closing in 7 minutes. Confused, I looked at my phone for the time. It was 5:35. I questioned the 7 minutes and she informed me that they need time to clean everything up and settle their register. I could not have rolled my eyes any further. Goodwill's mission is to provide skills to help people into better jobs, or whatever they claim. They've completely failed at teaching their employees customer service. I walked around for another 7 minutes and heard them tell 6 more customers that walked in the door that they had 7 minutes, very disrespectfully each time. I left the store at 5:45 empty handed, intentionally. I'll be sure not to support Goodwill in Waynesboro any longer.

WOW!! What happened to their prices?? Covid hit and prices skyrocketed. A coffeemaker that6 month ago would have been $8 is now $30. Went to two in the same geographical area and the same was seen at both. Might as well order new online somewhere.

The employees were swearing and making fun of people. If your going to work in a customer facing job, be professional. I and my family will NOT be returning unless the two employees working at 3:38 on November 4 are fired.

I'll get right to the chase just Goodwill Meats to re-adjust with pricing a product the company was developed to help the community how to communicate jobs help the community get items and the community I'm talking about is being lower-income community this Goodwill seems to have forgotten that maybe in terms of competition with another in sales I don't know but as a traveler I have been to a lot a lot a Goodwill and I have never even almost her I'll be kind of prices I just want to have whatever the reasoning for it is does not pertain I just urge whoever is in charge of the store to please remember that people love Goodwill but a lot of people also need Goodwill it's not right take the Goodwill of others and profit out of percentage of this caliber at the end of the day I know they have bills to pay but they are the number one most donated Goods establishment in America this review is to love no offense the store was nice the associates were kind but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous I looked up three items that were in there all of them pertaining to comic books and two of them were actually retail price and one of them was very shy of retail

GREAT to see Goodwill open! However, prices have increased quite a bit. Carts are huge, too big to move around in store. I only found a few things. Not paying 2.00 for a 99 cent item.

Loyal goodwill shopper and this is the first time to this location and WILL be my last. Bought an item on sunday. Returned monday to pick it up to find the item had been given away to someone else in less than 24 hours. Employee failed to check the receipt. Save yourself the trouble and find store with competent employees.

The last few times I've been here I haven't found too much in the way of current, neat fashions in my size. The selection of books and vhs movies is always pretty good, overall an okay place to find good values.

I usually don't have a problem@ this location.However a new women name Bonnie was kinda rude to my elderly Aunt Mary!The one lady Susan handed her, her picture frame without a bag. (5/7) She ask for a bag, an Left. as we were leaving Bonnie said something to susan an started singing " let it go"The older staff like penny, wayne. I can't remember the other lady's name.But they would of wrapped the glass frame in newspaper or something then put it on the bag without her having to ask!

As a retail business owner I have to say the girls there work exceptionally hard and keep everything very organized..and are very helpful..The male clerk there is the nastiest man I've EVER encountered..one Sunday close to closing he was upset by all of our purchases which was over 100 items and cursed at me and my child relentlessly....if I walk in and see him I head right for the door...
