This DD has gone super downhill. The employees make me feel weird, they give me weird looks when I pull up to the window and make teasing jokes about not having seen me in a while. My bagel is never correct, the bagel is always dark and hard like a BBC in an adult film, the egg and sausage are as cold as snow, my coffee is usually close to what I ordered. That's all of course assuming they're giving me the right order in the first place. When I try to place my order they don't know what their different drinks are. They never give me my receipt or napkins.

I hate this place's entrance with a burning passion. It's right after a stop light. Like could you not have made the entrance the exit and the exit the entrance so there isn't someone almost always trying to cause a wreck by slamming on the brakes for the wicked right hand turn in? Avoiding just out of spite and I've always found Dunkin coffee watery.

Their drive thru needs to be a little faster at it. When people order on the app they are usually on their way to work and getting their drink. Also, the volume on the speaker on the drive-thru is really loud, especially at 5:15 am!!! Their drinks are really good and much cheaper than the place down the street. Their medium is the same size as a Venti as the place down the street.

"FNU THE MANAGER" has to be one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE managers i have ever dealt with for literally only 3 months. If your considering working here SKIP IT you can get better pay and better management in greencastle chambersburg or maryland dunkin locations! I was terminated today for this "manager " failing to let me know he changed the schedule on my day off (i was sick thats why i was off in the first place.) so i went about it Saturday thinking i was supposed to be off sunday-monday but im met monday (today) with nothing but "your terminated" through text and a gaslighting phone call at 7 am. 0/10 management sucks here

I usually go in the early evening to dunkin drive thru and there's a wonder lady who is so polite, same one that I usually see, dark hair, glasses and skinny (I know it's not important to detail the type of person, but I did it for these people who know they are) she's always very nice and that's the whole reason I go there, she is 5 stars. However, I had a terrible experience this morning as I had decided to go for coffee and munchinks on my way to work, as soon as I drove up to the drive thru I was greeted with a rude "want macchiato." Question, I did politely decline and places my order, now I didn't realize I had a $50 bill and $7 in my wallet assuming I had smaller bills so I decided I was going to add something else, I went up to the window and the girl took a minute which I totally understand that it'll be a bit for my order, I expressed that I had forgotten that they don't take $50 bills and decided to take the extra order off, she closed the window and was telling the manager that I had a $50, she was a bit rude about it. But the manager (im assuming was the gentleman) said it was ok, now I know what it's like opening in the morning and not having the change in the drawer to break it so I politely expresses that I wouldn't do that to them, she then proceeded to loudly talk and say "she doesn't want it." While I was still trying to talk to her, I know this may sounds dramatic to some people, but it was her tone from the beginning, she had a non caring attitude and was mostly rude. That is the only reason I put it as a 3 star, it's not fair for others to miss out because 1 or 2 people hate their jobs and lack proper customer courtesy, I was even polite and calm about it all, but she proceeded to have a non caring demeanor. I hope that she learns from the other girl who is polite and caring, otherwise there will be continous complaints from others.

Almost EVERY time I go, my order is rarely correct. My order isn't difficult. I get a frozen coffee with caramel and blueberry shots, whip, and caramel drizzle. Then order a second one exactly the same way. Today, they hand me one without the drizzle and they aren't the same color. They put 32 shots of blueberry in one. WHO DOES THAT!?!?

Staff is rude and can't follow directions. I asked for a frozen hot chocolate, no extra swirls, no whipped cream, and no toppings. I got all of the above. When I told them no whipped cream, she still set it in front of me and walked away. When I said no whipped cream, I was ignored. It's nothing to scrape it off, but that's not the point.

This Dunkin' Donuts and the one in Lancaster are the only 2 I will go to because their drinks are on point and the service is great. the only reason I'm giving this one a 4 star is because i did have an issue with 1 of the employee a couple weeks ago.. I went inside because outside was wrapped around the building and I could see She was busy and she looked at me. And all I said was do guys take cash inside. (Because the one in Lancaster does not because they got robbed. And I didn't want to stand inside waiting if they didn't take cash.) And she said "we do but you're gonna have to wait" in a rude tone.. I didn't appreciate it. Then after about five more people got behind me is when she came over To take my order, but by that time, i'm already upset and so I was just Like no thank you never mind and I left... So I took a break from DD but have recently started coming back And the lady at the window today was excellent and she even gave my dog a biscuit. Thank you

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts since I moved to Waynesboro 5 years ago. For a while, it was just fine. Then I noticed the staff kept changing all the time, and the food and coffee was becoming more subpar. However, the experience I had earlier today took the cake.I had to run to Rite Aid today, and decided to get a coffee for my wife on the way home. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and wait. No answer. I decide to go inside. No one is in the store. I call out for someone. Nothing.Another customer comes in and asks what is wrong. I tell them that no one is here. All the while, I see at least 4 cars go up to the drive thru, wait, and then leave. After wondering what was happening, another customer suggested I call the police, in case an employee was in the back, perhaps hurt or unconscious.I call, the police come, and it turns out the one employee that was supposed to be inside is sitting in her car. She tells the police officer that the store is supposed to be closed because they are too short staffed. If so, why was the door unlocked? Anyone could have just walked behind the counter and ran off with donuts and coffee. Also, do not get me started on the last time I bought coffee for my wife at this store. They didn't fill her cup all the way, and there was barely any cream and sugar added.All in all, I do not know who owns/manages this store, but they need someone new running the place. Someone who can hire people who will do their jobs and do them well. Not people who sit in their cars and abandon the store and then claim they didn't see any of the customers driving into the parking lot or going inside.I think I might stick to Starbucks for a while.

First review will be below this comment as this is my second review several weeks later.I was asked to review them again and well my opinion is that if you want your coffee made correctly go in and watch them. Getting a coffee from here is already expensive as is because i substitute for oatmilk and its nearly never made right. If its not made with the right flavor, they add the wrong milk. Sadly its even when they are slow. It seems more like neglect on the worker park. So maybe get new workers since they cant follow simple written instructions.First review :Constantly getting my order messed up. It's extremely irritating. My order rarely differs so you'd think they would eventually get it right.. but no. Hopefully at some point they will. Now I just refuse to leave the window until I triple check my bags.

Food and coffee is always great but I have sat in the drive through line today for over 20 minutes at this point and haven’t even reached the speaker. This is the worst service I have had here. (Edit: now 30 minutes) I would rather spend my money at Starbucks in Waynesboro than Dunkin.

This place is going downhill. A lot of ppl were complaining when this place opened about being told to order inside & orders being wrong but I didn’t have issues ordering drinks thru the drive thru. I order macchiato’s all of the time. The past few months they’ve been making them with less coffee & more cream taking away the caffeine I order them for. I’ve even been handed 3/4 cup several times. My tipping point was a few Fridays ago when I stopped for breakfast on my way out of state. I ordered a sandwich & drink. The person ordering asked if I wanted to add hash browns & I said oh ok. As I got in the road I realized they didn’t even give me the hash browns yet I was charged for them. I returned to town a week later & told them at the drive thru that I wanted refunded. The person at the window talked to me like I was the crazy one & said I can only talk to a manager early in the mornings. That was my last visit. Not only did they encourage me to order something I hadn’t ordered, I didn’t get it & they refused to refund me. I shop elsewhere now.

I’m only giving this place a one because of the nice employee at the window however, the manager Monica is terrible. She is rude to both employees and customers. Monica took me and my mother’s orders at the drive through, which was not a hard order we just both cannot drink dairy so we asked for oat milk. And she proceeded to make the smart remark “wow” after taking it without turning off her mic which was ridiculous. Then when we got to the window we got our one drink handed to us but our other drink was forgotten about. The lady who was at the window which was not the manager apologized several times and asked what drink we still needed. She was going to make it for us. The manager then went to her and said these exact words right infront of us at the window “ You’re not doing anything right you’re making mistakes and making bigger problems for us.” I have worked for several different coffee shops and other food places and have never gotten treated like this or degraded like this. As a manager you should never talk to an employee like this. I get constructive criticism but this was just degrading. She was only trying to help and she did was not even the one that messed up the order. The sticker of the missing drink was attacked to the cup they handed out to us already. They put both stickers on the same cup….Monica needs written up or something and I’m only giving this place a star for how well the lady at the window took the “criticism” and how nice she was to us. I would have definitely lost my composure and would have walked out.

I recently paid a visit to Dunkin Donuts on Route 16, and although the staff was friendly, the overall experience left something to be desired.The donuts at this location were disappointingly saccharine and dense. Their positive attitude and customer-focused approach made the in-store experience more enjoyable, despite the disappointing donut quality.However, the drive-thru line at this location often wraps around the building, causing traffic issues on Route 16. This congestion can be frustrating for customers and other drivers alike, making the overall experience less convenient than it should be. It would be helpful if the management could find a solution to mitigate these traffic issues, such as increasing staffing during peak hours or reconfiguring the drive-thru layout.In conclusion, the Dunkin Donuts on Route 16 has its pros and cons. While the staff is undeniably pleasant, the overly sweet and dense donuts, coupled with the traffic issues caused by the drive-thru line, create a less-than-satisfying experience. If you're craving a donut and find yourself in the area, it might be worth considering other options or visiting during off-peak hours to avoid the traffic congestion.

The crew they currently have is great, drive thru is usually a little busy but the line is kept moving. It's not often they are out of product and if so they do their best to mark it on the ordering boards. We use the mobile app to place 90% of our orders and we haven't had a single issue in over three months.

Never again!! By looking at the past reviews, it's apparent they don't care, no replies or apologies on any reviews. This is the second or third bad experience, waited over 10 mins for a hot coffee, only 2 other cars in drive thru. I don't recommend this location, and the GM is very rude to customers. Also if you work here, make sure to give a 2 week notice or else you won't get your last paycheck. Theyve been known to do that as well.

I ordered a chai tea latte and a sausage croissant sandwich. I received a cold drink (instead of a hot one) and a burnt sandwich. I could’ve understood if it was a hectic morning but there wasn’t a long line. I probably waited 4 minutes total.

I think DD has the best coffee. I just get a medium hot coffee with cream & sugar. The donuts are just okay. I'm not a fan of sweets so the donuts are usually for someone else. I can tell you they are always cold. They don't make donuts at this location. They are shipped in, and thus, probably refrigerated. The people are really nice though.

Two stars because more than half of the employees have no clue how to make regular brew coffee let alone a specialty coffee. The other small percentage of the employees make literal perfection in a cup. I go here daily... Yesterday, a real young girl took my payment and handed my my coffee from the drive thru. I tasted it before pulling away, considering the mentioned above. It tasted like a cup of flavored foam. I wasn't mad. Just wanted to figure out the issue and get it fixed so the line could keep moving so I told her it didn't taste right and asked if she frothed the coffee too. She said yes. I said you only front the milk in the milk frother and nothing else. She gives me a nasty look and says "how are you gonna tell me how to do my job"... So I encouraged her to not take my word but to go ask a manager. I was still talking and she angrily turns and walks away and closes the window. Okay 🤷🏼♀️... About 7 or 8 minutes go by and the real skinny short guy in there comes to the window, thinking I am the next customer. I begin to explain the situation but before I was even a few words in, he cuts me a nasty look, closes the window and walks away. I was literally still talking but again, okay 🤷🏼♀️. He comes back a few minutes later, hands me a coffee without my whipped cream that I literally pay extra for every single time..I didn't say anything, I left that go but the coffee was still messed up. I left him know it wasn't right but that it'll do because at thos point I've been at the window for around 15 minutes and cars are behind me. I am a regular. I don't expect special service. My coffee is always messed up but I'm very nice and patient when dealing with it. I order a macchiato. A coffee that does not get stirred yet, every day they stir it and I ignore it. Stirring it makes it a latte and changes the taste. The only thing I take it back for is if it doesn't taste right or if it's burnt, which actually happens a lot. This is a $6 coffee. My main issue is, why isn't management making sure employees know how to correctly use machines and properly make their specialty beverages? If we get a regular coffee with cream and sugar, we always have to stop somewhere for a straw to stir it because they don't stir cream and sugar in a regular coffee. But they stir a macchiato?? Hence, the exact reason why I had to explain to the girl "how to do her job".... 🤦🏼♀️🙄 Someone once said stupid runs in packs, I'm starting to believe them.
