If your hours are till 10:00 pm daily why is it that at 9:50 your doors are locked? It's not till around 10:00. Very disappointed in the staff for trying to keep people out when clearly your door should be open.

A big sign on the front said that they were open until 10:00 PM every single day, but I came here at 9:53 PM to buy a toothbrush and it was completely locked up. Wait until my dentist hears about this.

I recently visited the Dollar General store in Waynesboro, PA, and it was a disappointment. The employees were glued to their phones, and the whole store was a cluttered mess. Boxes and carts were scattered everywhere, making it difficult to navigate. The overcrowding and lack of organization made the shopping experience frustrating. The cleanliness was also lacking, with a disgustingly dirty floor and windows that were hard to see through. I expected better from a discount store. It's a shame to see a store neglecting basic cleanliness and professionalism.

The workers are very kind. I usually get a cart full of stuff and they always are willing to help. The store is clean too. Also, its quiet, so it is a comfort for people who has anxiety, just like myself.

Store is in decent condition, customer service varies depending on who's working. That's the big reason for the rating. They have some great employees and unfortunately a few that need to brush up on basic customer service skills.

Decent prices for the same or similar (generic) products you will find in other stores. The one thing they do have that thrills my husband, is hard red hot cinnamon candies. He suffers from dry mouth, so when he can't drink water, they are the "bomb"!!!

Convenient location. The place is falling apart though- Feel like I'll fall through the floor every time I walk through the place. Staff once asked to go through my purse for whatever reason. I said go ahead- I'm not sure what they were looking for - but I felt violated and of course - there was nothing but my stuff in there. WEIRD. So, unfriendly staff. I once also asked for a bag of ice- the woman didn't want to leave from stocking the shelves- almost went somewhere else. And when I said thank you- she moaned and walked back into the store. Perhaps, management should re-train their people.

I had a good experience at the local Waynesboro Main St. Dollar General . I was able to find everything I was searching for at very reasonable prices.Wider Isle's would be appreciated ; in addition Main Corridor Signs indicating what types of Items are down each Isle. paying More attention to store Layout and Design would definitely increase the store's Income 🍬🍭🍪☕🍡🍩🍫🥫🥨🍞🥜

There was a customer inside the store smoking. When she saw me come up to the register she put it out. I made a comment about it as the smoke had been blowing in my face by the fan. Both the customer and cashier just laughed about it. Last I checked, smoking inside public buildings such as a store was illegal. The disrespect both of them had for others was ridiculous.

The staff is wonderful. Friendly, helpful and generally a pleasure to deal with. Likely underpaid and overworked but aside from the convenient location they are the reason I frequent the store!

Not one employee in there was wearing a face mask. But on the glass door coming in it says face masks required. And then they weren't even enforcing their customers about face mask. Coming in with just your mouth covered it's like not wearing one at all.

This store is walking distance from my apartment. I can grab the few odds and ends essentials I need quickly. The employees are really nice.

Prices are cheap for cheap products. Staff can be a bit uneasy to speak with and under dressed sometimes but but all and all ok for fast meal ideas or shampoo an pet things

Dollar General is notoriously under staffed and their employees under paid. Shopping here is a matter of convenience, though they do have a large selection of items here.

Worst dollar general!!! First of all the store is dirty and the items are scattered on the floor.The staff are rude and act that you don't have a right. However they have a huge selection,other than that BAD don't go here....

I visit this location they and the girls there are always extremely helpful, warm and friendly. I have plenty of other options that are closer but I specifically go to this location because of the ladies working there.
