Dairy Queen has really good ice cream. I just wish I could eat it . For real I go there because they have dairy free dilly bars . Not every place serves dairy free. The service was good and fast . The rest rooms were clean and the restaurant was as well . Keep up the good work.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free dilly bars are delicious.

Dining is closed for painting which is fine. So we place our orders in the drive through and we thought that would be no big deal. We ordered a few blizzards that were not labeled which I know is typical and not a big deal. Someone in our car had ordered a Reese’s blizzard with chocolate ice cream and somehow else had ordered a banana split blizzard, both look the same in appearance. So the person who ordered the Reese’s blizzard was told she had her correct blizzard as she proceeds to eat a bite and realizes it is actually the banana split blizzard (said person is also allergic to bananas) and instead of making it a huge deal, we just asked Dairy Queen employee to please make a new blizzard due to the fact the wrong person ate out of the blizzard. Dairy Queen employee absolutely refused to make the blizzard and continued fighting with us about it and saying it was not her problem, even though they placed the wrongs persons name on the blizzard. Absolutely mind blowing and we will not be returning to this place. Absolutely horrible customer service and if I could out 0 stars I would

I give it 3 stars due to the fact that I've never had what you would call a bad experience here but it's never been great either. When it gets busy the customer service seems to suffer and everyone looks busy however I'm not sure if they actually are. The staff is definitely always curious and they do have good attitudes. Dairy Queen has been in this community for a long time and I for one hope that they are a part of the community for a long time to come.

I have been going here for years but over the last year quality has gone down hill I order blizzards for my family I live 2 minutes from the DQ. At least every 3rd time I order I have at least one that is completely melted and soupy. Do waste your money at the DQ you will be better off going to McDonalds for your ice cream.

The food was soggy, and the taste was bland. I believe this burger was sitting out for awhile, and I didn’t even finish it. It went straight into the trash when I got home.

We went through the drive through about 10 minutes before closing. I expect to have the same service and quality ice cream as if I was arriving in the middle of the day. The product we received was less than adequate. A medium twist cone that was to be chocolate and Vanilla. I had just the smallest line of chocolate. Cone was 90 % vanilla and 10% chocolate. This is unacceptable. I also ordered a butter finger blizzard made with mixed ice cream and surprise it was again vanilla. I won’t be returning for a while as you lost my business. Plus your hours SUCK.

Prior to Covid19, my hubby and I used to come here about once a week for our treats. We would get burgers or hot dogs, fries and dessert, usually a caramel blizzard. The prices are good, food is good and the inside atmosphere is good...staff always friendly and helpful.Halloween is my birthday. I hadn't had a hot fudge sundae in years, so my daughter treated me. It was just as delicious as I remembered.Parking: Plenty of space for parking.Kid-friendliness: Hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and ice cream available. What more could any kid, small or big, want?

The food was pretty good. The French fries were really good. The chicken was ok. It was juicy and tender awesome. It really didn't have a lot of flavor though. The hot fudge sundae was good. The staff was friendly enough. The line was long and was taking a little to go through but it was ok. I might go back sometime.

Great ice cream, it is a Dairy Queen after all.... Limited menu though so don't expect to get much more then a hot dog in the way of warm food. The staff is normally nice but every now and again you'll get someone just having a bad day. If you're not really looking for anything warm to eat and want some good ice cream this is the place to go.

This place is awesome. My wife and I live within walking distance and go here a good bit. The staff always has a smile on their faces and the ice cream is always great. We got to try the food a day or two after they started the grill and our food was great and our order was spot on with no mistakes. Brad is also always helpful with whatever you need and goes above and beyond to take care of the customers and make sure they are satisfied.

This was a very busy dairy queen, but they were able to get people in and out through the driving line at a reasonable pace I got my old standby favorite the chocolate ice cream cone which was as good as ever. This place seems to do it right just like they always do. Well worth the trip and reasonably priced on top of it.

Love the ice cream cakes. Hot food is ok. Staff friendly. Great blizzards! I request them more chunky, they make it perfect, no problem. Enjoy everything here! Getting my next birthday cake here. Good variety of flavors.

I visit this location every once in a while with my family and have always been happy with the quality of food received. The restaurant has always been clean and organized. The restrooms also have always been clean. In the parking lot there are some picnic tables located under some shade trees which is nice during the summertime. Pulling out of the parking lot can be a challenge during the evening hours. In my most recent Visit the customer service was wonderful

Why is this the only Dairy Queen that closes early. Hagerstown and Chambersburg Dairy Queens stay open until 10... Who doesn't like ice cream in the evening...not at Waynesboro Dairy Queen.

Did not care for the rotisserie chicken bites for the really long wait at the drive-thru. The french fries were really good but I don't understand why they can't open for dine in when every other restaurant is. Several times we wanted to stop and eat there but I won't eat there again until they're open

I have always had a good experience with this DQ. Today...hands down, over the top customer service. We came in last minute for a cake for our daughter. Asked the young lady decorating cakes to just kind of throw something together. 15 minutes later she handed me a cake that was WAY BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS.I commend the young lady for going above and beyond. I hope the owners continue to let their employees take care of the customer to this level. I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name, she did a TREMENDOUS job.

The service was good and they were quick to take our orders. However, the back was very disorganized and two of our 3 blizzards sat at the counter until they were half-melted when we finally went up to ask them where they were. The third blizzard when it came 5 minutes later did not have one of the ingredients it was supposed to. Also, one of the other blizzards was supposed to have extra toppings and had almost no toppings. The only good thing I can say is that they fixed their errors as soon as we brought it to their attention.

The staff are all so friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want and then some. I work nearby and deffinatly plan on visiting frequently for lunch! Their burgers are fantastic. And the ice cream is to die for!! Awesome job!!

It's a popular place. We got our meal fairly quickly, but it took a while for our ice cream to arrive as it was really busy. We were able to sit outside at a table and enjoy the evening and the ice cream.

This place has awesome service, and really good ice cream, my only real complaint is that it doesn't have the full grill n chill menu. It's limited to just ice cream, and a very few food options. But the options they have are good, and the ice cream is great.
