Honestly , its like a outdated Ross store.. but the staff was awesome, they handled my exchange with ease.. actually i think it was only one lady working the front but she was very attentive and definitely deserves a raise asap..I like the store and staff that i dealt with made the experience much better

Limited selection for actual grown adults of the female persuasion. You have to be size M or smaller to get anything half decent and heaven forbid you're past a size 7 shoe.

Large selection of clothes and shoes at discounted prices. Also has a good selection of household items. Convenient location at Wayne Heights Mall. Very reasonable prices. Has public restrooms. Large parking lot. Friendly employees.

When we found this place on the internet we were expecting something like HomeGoods, but with slightly better prices from the name of the store. We were not blessingly surprised. Selection was very sparse. They were not a great amount of items in any department, and the prices were certainly nothing that deserved the name outlet. Prices seemed one bar with any other retail store. Store was clean, but we probably will not be back.

I've driven past here many times and decided to finally check the place out. I found a bunch of great stuff for great prices. I couldn't believe the bargains. Very friendly staff. I will definitely be returning.

It reminds me of a TJ Max or a Burlington. Brand names at cheaper prices. The store was very clean and well maintained. It was neat and organized nicely. The staff was very friendly and helpful but not overly helpful where you felt like you were thought to be stealing or make you uncomfortable. We will shop there more often. Still very nice and clean store.

Employees are great. Love the prices. The employees go above and beyond. I had my mom,who is in a wheelchair, it's hard to open doors. An employee saw us coming and opened the door for us. The cashier opened them on the way out.

This town had needed a store like this for quite a while. Instead of having to run to Hagerstown or Chambersburg to pick up some clothing, you can get it right here. I've stopped in several times to pick up clothes for the kids and have had really good luck each time. I hadn't no hesitation in suggesting someone to check the place out.8/1/22 update. Burke's is still a great thing for this little town. I was able to get everything I needed after a quick trip.

They have some great finds and prices. Only reason got 4 stars is they don't carry alot of anything really. Need to stock more in this store. They do have online shopping tho!!

Burkes is very clean and has many good deals throughout the store. We try and check back weekly ad new merchandise arrives. The interactions with employees have all been professional and helpful

I do not know the exact opening date of the store in Waynesboro, PA. I do know it was very recent. I visited the store today, but was very disappointed. I was hoping for a very different type store, one where I could shop without going out of town. I visited the ladies rest room, and found it to be very dirty, no toilet tissue , or seat covers in the handicap stall, and the floor was filthy. I did make a purchase, but will not be returning. Too bad, Waynesboro could really use some nice stores..
